Ren felt awkward at people treating her like a god. But what she said was true, her kind were respected. If his familiar had nine tails, her statement would have even more truth to it. Kitsune, more particularly Zenko like her, are divine in nature and rather wise. He could not question someone who obviously knows more than he does. Ren nodded and chuckled to himself before saying , "Alright"
Azumi giggled back in response and asked Ren to fetch a jar of some sorts. Ren did so and went on his way to the hospital equipment room. He was able to procure two jars that he put in his satchel. He stared in awe at the various jars that held strange objects. They mostly had sand in them. Probably the Sandman's works, he thought to himself. Thinking of the Sandman made him think of the loss of Futaba and the fate of Turuilla. It was sudden and it hurt Azumi the most when the former had perished. He would make sure to bring that hurt back to the monster tenfold.
He made his way back to the party, brushing off any thoughts that would bother him regarding the Sandman.
"Here's the jars. I made sure they're sterilized. I wasn't sure about heat treating them for full sterilization because I can't control my fire magic... or my spells in general"
"All that is left is to concentrate my will onto the jar and to have me bless it yes?", Azumi smiled at Sirius, "Or must someone literally ask me first for this ritual to work? Either way, I shall bless it beforehand and do the rest of my work. Ren, to me!"
Ren nodded as he assisted Azumi with blessing the Jar. It was thanks to his connection with Azumi as her summoner that allowed him to cast the magic of the divine. A normal mortal would not be able to unless they were very faithful to their deity or another similar being. After the blessing of the two jars, Azumi then concentrated her intentions into the Jar. For the sake of my friends. For the sake of my family, especially my summoner, Azumi thought to herself as she attempted to put these thoughts into the jar. For the sake of the people I care about, Ren added in his thoughts. He was not sure if it would work even with his connection to a zenko, but it was worth a try.

Well Aurora was a pure mana when she was alive...she had the ability to use water, ice, and light magic, of which she really couldn't use for offensive purposes, but I could use them... Even though she's gone, I can still use light magic to some degree...granted it's far from my prime, but I suppose I'll take your idea to heart and see what I can do..." said Jonathan
But then Ren and Azumi came into the picture, and after hearing what they have said, they sounded to be the best candidates for the ward project.
"Hmm...yes...I'm sure Azumi would be the perfect person for this job than myself; I could even tell because of the magic she was able to produce when all three of us was conducting my cauldron synthesis... With all of these jars set up, I doubt I need to do much of anything...but I suppose if I could help out a little, I can at least try..." said Jonathan

Camry was so close to the door. He kept calling out to Jalie. “Yeah, it’s me. You gotta wake up. You can’t keep sleeping like this. Come on, get up, I’ll be back soon!”
Jalie wakes up to a pounding headache, though not nearly as bad as before. She groans, bringing a hand to her head. "Where are you?" She avoids talking to him in her mind for now, trying to regain her senses and help the headache go away. She looks around the room, not remembering being brought in here or even where she was. Jalie stands up and looks at the papers scattered on the floor, they have drawings on them. She picks up a few of them and looks through them. "Huh.. what are these?" She picks up the rest of them, deciding to keep them with her.
After a few minutes of tossing, turning and screaming, Ashley was finally able to awaken from her nightmare filled slumber. It was rather intense and the expectant woman was just glad to finally be awake. Between the relief and the labored breathing, she just leaned back into the pillow as she began caressing the belly, feeling both strong and rapid kicks from her baby. After a few deep breaths, Ashley was able to breathe one final sigh of relief. "Goodness, that was terrible." She said.
Ashley then proceeded to look around, only seeing Jonathan's concerned face. "You were trying to wake me, weren't you?" She asked, frowning as she looked down at her belly, where her hands rested and the baby continued to kick, granted those were slowing down a bit.
The nightmares must've been a lot for the little one. "That Sandman you were talking about...I...I saw him."
Ashley then proceeded to look around, only seeing Jonathan's concerned face. "You were trying to wake me, weren't you?" She asked, frowning as she looked down at her belly, where her hands rested and the baby continued to kick, granted those were slowing down a bit.

"Yeah, I was trying to wake you up...you looked like you were having a nightmare, and given that you're pregnant, I wanted to make sure that you didn't fall and greatly hurt yourself..." said Jonathan as he then listens to Ashley saying that she saw the sandman "...Did he do anything to you in your dreams? While you were sleeping, you were only tossing and turning while screaming...so at least no physical harm befell you... Anyway, you're still safe...for now... Can I get you anything? Food? Drink? Anything?"
Jonathan didn't want to reveal that they did have a confrontation with the sandman not too long ago...and even worse that Turuilla is now cursed, and Futaba is dead... Only to not only prevent panic, but also sadness in losing someone, even if the two haven't been together for a long time...

Sirius finally noticed the awakened Ashley. “Good morning Madam.” He then switched his attention to the whole room. “The theory of belief is simple. If you believe in it, you give it more power.”
“Where I am heading with this is, holy water. Multiple recipes, the best one is a blessed pot, purified water and the blessing of a divine being. Regular water works in a pinch too. After it is made start with the inside, sprinkle it on the walls and then the outside. The problem is once I leave here, I don’t know if I will be able to get back in. Azumi, Jonathan there are runic wards too those require to be etched, fortunately those are one of the few things I can do with out my nature interfering. The dog was by himself when he woke up. He would shake and start trotting out and looking around. He went over to a wall first and lifted his leg and urinated on the wall before he began his trek.

The maiden in red let out a groan as she opened her eyes. She spotted a ace of spade card on the ground along with a pocket watch. "No...not again", she said with panic in her voice. The maiden stood up quickly and grabbed her sword off the ground. Holding her sword close to her, she spotted a illusion of a card guard.
"Die!", The maiden shouted, charging at the illusion. She had a maniacally look on her face. Swinging her sword, she ended sticking into a building window. She pulled it out and starting swinging repeatedly at the window.

It’s purely a matter that only a God can deal with, even then… It’s just my worry….” Sirius shoulders sagged. “No matter what I do in this situation it won’t be good enough. When asked if she needed anything, like food or water, Ashley shook her head. She was just glad to be awake and out of her nightmare filled slumber. However, this did lead to Jonathan asking her about the Sandman. She proceeded to straighten out her hair before looking towards the young man whilst cradling the swollen belly. "He was...chasing me. Down a dark hall way. Because I'm so far into my pregnancy, I couldn't even run and didn't get very far. He...cornered me and gave me this...menacing, angry and hateful look. And then I started crying, pleading for him to not take my baby." She frowned. "Then he...he held me against a wall, both of my arms pinned, also holding my throat. I couldn't breathe...and then, he ripped my stomach open." She sniffled as tears began to fall out of her eyes. "It was terrible. I'm just glad that my baby was okay when I woke up..." She sighed once more. "Nonetheless, how much has happened while I was...screaming in my sleep?"

That's...pretty gruesome..." said Jonathan, rather surprised to hear Ashley's story taking quite a very dark turn "Well I'm just glad you're alright...the last thing we want is for that to happen to you... Oh, and to ask your question, I think you were asleep for about a little over an hour...give or take... Nothing has happened during this time though..."
Jonathan then lets out a sigh of relief, he then ponders on what to do next. Finding more information may be their best bet right now, but leaving certain people behind again would prove to be very risky despite now having very powerful wards to help protect themselves against the sandman...although it hasn't been tested yet to see if it's true...

Thin but made out of multiple layers that alternate between darkness and light. You know one of the outer realities alchemy. There’s no rush warding comes first.”
By the way Dream catchers are amazing wards and a fun project. I also think we should do a few surprise wards, essentially a closet full of stones or, fabrics we can throw down at any given time to increase the strength. It may come down to it being a continuous project. We are better safe than sorry. Unfortunately the wards may make him more violent knowing he can’t always access you guys. I don’t think he’s interested in me at all as along as I don’t aggravate him to much. I’m dead, literally, he might not feel my presence, or he might think I’m just an extension… the possibility is he could not have known I was there and now he’s aware??? Or he very well played with my fear. Anyway I know minor shadow magic, a trick I picked up in the afterlife. The safest bet is to send me out if we need anything.”

"Oh, I didn't think you two were close by still...I figured you both are resting in different places in this hospital... But, yeah, creating special and powerful dreamcatcher charms is no problem to me...but there is a caveat in order to use them...the world that I've come from has magic all around them, it's likely been like that since ancient primordial times... To make the point simple, I'm unsure this world is 'magical' enough to support the use of the charms I could create...they will constantly need to be fed with non-corrupting magic for them to function... Especially since this closed world is a creation of someone very powerful, I doubt it would make it so that the dreamcatchers would work...as such it would be a waste of time and resources to make them that they won't even work in the first place... Of course, if we should still try and risk creating them despite the circumstances, I can make enough for everyone here..." "I better keep it a secret to them that I got enough material to make six of them...which means only one person will have to be without a charm... I suppose Sirius can be without a charm, since he does proclaim that he's dead, thus he's basically immune to the sandman's antics...according to his claims just now... It's safe to trust his word... As such as least I will have a charm to keep to myself, though I wouldn't mind not using one either since I'm sure that the nightmares won't affect me...at least I hope..."

Camry finally made it to the door. He propelled himself through, feeling as though he was going to puke. Then, he saw a room materializing. “Yes!” He cried as he fell into the room with Jonathan, Sirius, and Jalie. He landed on his face and felt his nose start to bleed but sprang to his feet. “Guys! I’m so glad to see you! What did I miss?”
