Imagine a lone pod travelling through the vast void of the space. Perhaps its a relic, once belonged to an ancient long forgotten empire, or simply more recent encounter between two interstellar races and got lost in the battle.

This pod could be found drifting... or stuck somewhere by your vessel or perhaps the interstellar travel is far beyond your reach high tech and you find the pod as its being caught to the gravity well of your home planet and comes crashing down as a rumbling fireball, that you then go investigate.

What im looking here is lone survivor from time/technologically more advanced race wakes up after being recovered in environment and culture totally alien (and more primitive) to him. Oh and fist to overcome the language barrier.

Combat related plot is one option but can be left out totally. Also the one finding him can be of any era (scifi/modern/fantasy) same goes mostly to player race. I prefer humans though.

Romance or other deeper relations are also OK but let them come at their own pace naturally if such is to happen.

Ideas and thoughts are not just welcome but wished. PM if get interested.
