Holly was walking home. It was nighttime and the stars were visible, which was a change. She didn't seem to see anyone around here, which was a good sign. If people were outside in the dark, chances are they weren't up to much good. Like she was. Many of the buildings looked the same which took her a while to find her house. After finding it she started to enter.

Just outside of the house a young male walked outside as he grumbled to himself "Stupid old man! He doesn't understand why I did what I did...Thor got it!" mumbled the young man "Isn't that right Hugin...Munin?" The boy asked. "Right! Right!" Two ravens cawed in response.

There was suddenly a loud screeching noise, followed by a bright flash of sparks at the other end of the street. A large contraption was skidding down the street, bouncing up and down and falling apart as it scraped over the cobble stone street.
By the time the contraption, which turned out to be a home made ornithopter of sorts, skidded to a stop, it was several meters past Holly, and it was on fire. The pilot was laying limply inside while the metal and wood frame burned around him.

Holly turned around when she heard it and jumped out of the way as it came. She approached it skowly after it came to a stop. When she saw a pilot inside, she attemped to take him out of it. Holly was nervous about burning herself but Holly made her mind up. She took the pilot's arm and pulled.

He very easily came loose from the wreckage with a groan and lay limply on the ground in front of her. He was unconscious, but he seemed okay.

She looked around for anyone who could help before remembering that not many people were out at this time. After a while Holly looked at the thing that the pilot was riding while maintaining her distance. .

It looked like a combination of bird and airplane. The wings were like a bat's and they obviously were meant to flap, and very quickly from the size of the engine. The paper-thin wig covers were nothing but smoldering leather now and ashes rose from the twisted hull while steam still pumped out of the engine and the gears tried but were too twisted to turn.

Holly went to the pilot. She tried waking him by lightly shaking him. She had the feeling that she might have to keep him out of sight. Holly has never seen anything like this happen before.

He groaned then blinked awake and slowly lifted his aviator goggles from his head. "H-hello...?"

"Hi" she said slowly. "Are you hurt anywhere? " she asked. Holly didn't see any marks on him.

"A-a couple burns and bruises... B-but I think I'm fine..." he said as he looked over himself. "Where am I..?"

"Outside" Holly said simply. She didn't honestly know what to call the places that she goes to. "Where were you before 'this' happened?"

"Um... I was flying. Can you at least give me a city or a street?"

Holly checked ome of the poles nearby. "Eckland" she responded. "And you said that ypu were flyimg?

"Yeah, that thing," he pointed to the wreck, "Maybe I should stick to biplanes," he groaned as he stood up, "What city is this?"

"Rowntree" she responded. "Where are you from? "

"I've never even heard of that... Am I still even in England?" he asked nervously.

"Yeah.. wait, no thats not the city name. I think its London. It definitely is. So yes, you are still in England. Did that plane malfunction? And what's your name?". She had been doing a lot of things tonight and that made her tired. "Do you have a place to stay?"

Holly looked at the pilot. "What is your name?"

"Yeah, it did. Anyways, I'm Archur... Did you pull me out?" he asked
