Liz looked at the other guy, his questions pretty good ones. "Any chance I can join NOVAC?" She asked, adjusting her thigh holsters. Liz didn't want to just be a wondering soul here, she wanted to help the people here as well. One of the towns she had been in had been overrun a while back, forcing her to leave. She had wandered for a while and had eventually spotted this in the distance, having heard only rumors about it.
"I would love to say we built it from scratch, but we still don't have enough resources to do that. We cleared it out and fixed up what we could." He explained. "NOVAC is looking for soldiers, but they are... German. Very strict. Stereotypical." He said. "They came from what was Germany, and now we have a mutual relationship. In truth, they horde the most advanced tech they find. It's how they survived this long, no one else has that amount of power."
