Good evening forum goers and potential partners. ･゜ﾟ･*☆

While new to this site, I am not new to roleplay. I've been doing so since the dark, dark days of Yahoo! Messenger... So what's that, roughly... 15+ years? My preferences lean heavily toward fantasy settings and, if not obvious, non-human characters. I adore bringing darkness and depth to stories and fully immersing myself as well as my partner(s) in a world completely our own. With that in mind, I'm not at all against modern-fantasy, post-apocalyptic, and even fandom settings... but I do find myself doing them far more seldom. Interestingly enough I develop my characters on an "as needed" basis depending on the story proposal/interests of partners. Very rarely do I use face-claims or pictures to depict my characters as I believe a well thought out description is more than sufficient in most cases. My post length can vary, but I consider myself to be lit - advanced lit with posts up over 1000 characters. Additionally, I've gone through and read the site and forum rules to begin acclimating myself. I'll likely lurk around a bit until I become familiar, so please don't mind the movement in the shadows.
