"No body ever said I was the most sophisticated person in the world" he pointed out.Referring that he didn't care if it was rude.He looked at Rain, "what's in it for me?" He asked.
Rain slightly smirks, ignoring what he said. "Experience. And me not turning you in to the cops right now. And coffee, if you'd like."
Nariko took advantage of his offer, and got a coffee."Experience?" He questioned like that word caught his attention. He figured this man wasent going to turn him in, after all, he didn't even panic when he saw the victim earlier.
Rain chuckles and leans toward the boy then whispers, "I'm like you. Only better and smarter. I've been at this business a long time." He leans back and crosses his arms, watching for Nariko's reaction.
Nariko sat back in his seat further, crossing his arms alittle, "so what are you saying? That your going to p,at teacher or something?" Nariko questioned looking at the man with blue eyes.
"That's exactly what I'm proposing." Rain replies to the boy. "Unless of course you can't play with the pros."
Nariko grew silent a moment, then uncrossed his arms, and held a hand out.To handshake. To form a contract. An agreement.
Rain's face forms a smile and grabs Nariko's forearm instead of his hand and shakes it. "Good. We have an agreement."
Nariko nodded, "indeed we do" he said.In Narikos case, it was odd that somebody who looked so much like a gentlemen, could be so cold hearted.Looks can be decieving.
Rain looks around the coffee shop. "I don't just bring anyone into the game. First you must prove yourself." He says to Nariko, then mumbles to himself "blondes. Blondes are good." He thinks for a minute.
Nariko finally received his coffee. He took a sip of it."Aren't blondes the ones that society claim to be stupid?" Nariko questioned looking at Rain.
Rain chuckles. "I suppose society does say that. But I think blondes are the most fun." He smiles at the waitress, who just happens to be blonde, and she returns the flirty smile.
The boy tilted his head."Fun?" He asked. He looked at the waitress, then looked away.
"Indeed.." He half speaks to Nariko. The waitress give Rain a piece of paper then walks away. "How old are you? How long have you been doing this?" He returns to talking to the boy.
"Almost 15" the boy answered.Sadly, he was forever almost 15.His looks would never change."Not long" he answered.
"Ah. Well then you have a lot to learn. 19. Since I was 6. Been doing contracts since I was 12 though. I needed the money." Rain tells Nariko, not really surprised by either of his answers.
"Interesting" Nariko said when the man said he had killed since he was 6.He could easily tell this man was older than him, simply by taking a glance at him.But still, at least Nariko had the thought that before he was 19, he may be on the same level as Rain.
"Indeed." He looks at Nariko. "Well. Again. You have a lot to learn and I have a lot to teach you."
Nariko brings his coffee up to his mouth and takes another sip. After a second, he parted the cup from his lips, and responded with "I'm ready to learn anytime" he said.
"First. Pick up a girl. Like get her number. Get her to like wanna go on a date with you." Rain says, drinking his coffee.
