Destery looked at Maddy, knowing what he was supposed to say, "Thanks, for coming for me," he said and looked down again, "all of you.."

Maddy clenched her fists and marched up to Destery, like sorry wasn't enough. "You gotta be kidding me, were probably gonna get suspended because of you!" Madddy shouted, "it's not his fault.." Opal spoke up.

Destery looked down, looking guilty.Though he looked at Opal when she spoke up.

""It's my fault this happened and was my idea to leave school grounds anyways, so I should be tge one apologizing and getting yelled at.
" Opal said

Destery looked away from her. Technically feeling it was his own fault they would probably be in deep trouble for leaving school grounds, but then again, they could've just left him alone.

"Maybe if we sneak back into the school, we won't get that as a punishment for leaving school." Chole suggested, it was a thought and I sort of a good idea, but in Destery's condition it might be some what difficult.

"You guys can" Destery said afterword. It seemed he wasent going back for the day- and it wasent like the could force him.

Opal looked up at Destery, she was concerned for him, they couldn't just leave him here. "What about you, we can't just leave you here" Opal pointed out, Maddy crossed her arm's in agreement, "she's right" Maddy said.

Destery stood up, and looked at them, seriousness in his eyes."I'm going home" he said."That's where I was going.....originally."

Opal quickly stood up and grabbed his hand, shaking her head. "You can't go home with those injuries, it's not a smartest place to go" Opal said.

Destery looked at her, "I'm not staying here" he said.

"Well, let us take you somewhere to get help" Opal suggested

Destery shook his head.

"Why not?" Opal asked

"I can live without the help of h-people" he said quickly changing his wording on that last word.

"Don't try to act tough!" Maddy yelled angerly, "let us help you.." Opal pleaded.

Destery got his hand out of Opals grasp, and looked at Maddy, before he turned and ran off.Holding his stomach, but he still ran. He didn't need the help of ....humans.

Opal went to go run after him but Maddy grabbed her hand and shook her head 'no.' Until the stranger from before suddenly kicked Destery up the head from the side. "You dumb ass kid, what are you thinking!" The stranger yelled

Destery winced feeling the kick upside the head. He glarred at the stranger. In a way he was fed up with humans for one day.. if the man looked the boy in the eyes, he had red eyes..odd.The boy was silent.

"What is he doing?" Chole walked over to the girls and whispered.
