A young teenage girl stood atop the steps of George Washington Preparatory School, a backpack hanging on her shoulder by one strap. She had been to several schools already this year, each one ending in something bad happening. The first school had "mysteriously" caught fire while she had been in her dorm, where the fire had allegedly began, the second had flooded while she was in the bathroom.

She had given up on leading a normal life, trouble following her wherever she went. Looking up at the school, she gave a sigh of anticipation hoping she wasn't going to mess this school up either. The girl opened the huge doors to reveal a grand foyer, stairs circling up to higher floors. Letting out a whistle of surprise, she looked for the headmasters office.

(Sortave based on Percy Jackson but very flexible. Something bad happens and they have to get to camp yadayadaydada)

Schools were never really Erissa's thing. Too much people, not enough nature, she felt trapped and contained there when she gave it a try for Sasha's sake.
"You should give civilization a try, it's something new and I'd like you to have more friends then just me and Peppit." He said with a low rumble of his husky voice.
Erissa snorted at the memory and chucked a pebble across the pond. "Besides... the building didn't even want me there nor did the place that I stayed at.. all burning.. and somehow the students or the principal shoulders the blame on me..." She crouched down, drawing her knees close to her chest. "The forest will forever be my home.. like it always has." That was when a huge alabaster white furred wolf emerged from the bushes not to far from her. This was Sasha. He lifted Erissa up like a pup at the scruff of her shirt causing her to yelp in surprise. "What are you doing Sasha?! Put me down." Erissa complained.
"We are not safe here..." Sasha said as he tossed her up onto his back, Peppit agreed in small squeaks as he scrambled his little fluffy body into Erissa's arms. Sasha quickly made his way to a isolated building which was closer to the forest then the city. He bounded into the building but none of the receptionist jumped at the sight of him, Eri was amazed at their response. "This will be your new home and school Eri.. We can't live in the forest like the old days anymore." Sasha said, turning his head toward her, his golden hued orbs gauging her response.
"What do you mean... by not safe..?" She asked. From his tone, she knew that this was a serious matter.
"You will know when we get there.." He directed his gaze to the people behind the desk. "You said that she will be safe there right?... at Camp Half Blood?" The receptionists smiled and nodded. "Yes.. Erissa Lington Bae, Sasha, and young peppit... you are all welcomed to Camp Half Blood. This way please."
Without another word, Sasha followed behind them, Erissa tightly held Peppit to her chest and the other hand cling to Sasha's fur. "I'm scared" was the last thought she had before entering the portal to their new home.

The girl brought her fist to the door of the headmasters office, not even rapping on the door once before it was yanked open from the inside. The headmaster was a old lady, two other ladies in the room as well.

"We've been waiting for you, Jocelyn." They crooned at the same exact time, using the name that she had dropped long ago. "I prefer Tech, and how did you know my name?" She asked, her questions getting ignored briefly while the ladies sat down at the desk and produced a basket of yawn and a pair of gold scissors. "Well I... Think I should leave now." Tech backed up to the door, watching the women stretch the yarn and cut it in half.

As soon as Tech was out of that room she felt better, that was until a giant thing came through the window. She stuck her arms up and yelled as loud as she could, "I didn't do it this time." attracting the attention of the thing. First of all, it only had one eye. Secondly, it looked like it wanted to kill Tech.

Sucking in a deep breath, Tech ran out the door of the school and into the woods beyond. She dodged branches and roots while the monster behind her barreled through everything. What have I gotten myself into this time? She asked herself, running harder. Eventually another weird creature pulled up beside her with a small radio, talking into it frantically. "-Big three material?" Was all she caught before it turned to her and waved to run faster.

The moment they walked out of the portal, a running figure in the distance could be seen. "Who's that?" Erissa stared, only to see a larger figure chasing after the smaller one. Her heterochromatic eyes widened "Sasha!" And with that they bounded off to help. When they got close enough, Erissa gasped. "What is that thing..?" Sasha just cocked his ears and ran faster towards the girl who was clearly running for her life. "Erissa, a speed boost now." Sasha said.
"Got it." Erissa replied as she began to draw on his back. A dark blue line began to appear under her finger tips the design looking like a diamond bursting at its corners with overlapping lines in the center. The rune glowed and Sasha's speed increased tremendously, allowing him to quickly meet up with the girl and snatch her into his mouth. He maneuvered his way through the giant's legs causing it to tumble forward when it tried to follow them. Sasha tossed up the girl to his back in front of Eri, who steadied her.
"Are you all right?" She asked as Sasha made his way to the camp.

Tech hadn't noticed the girl or the wolf while she was running until they had saved her from the giant's grasp. "Who are you?" She asked, clearly surprised to be on the back of a wolf. Looking back at the monster on the ground, she saw a figure darting in between trees and going the same direction as them. "And what was that?" She asked, pointing at the figure beginning to stir on the ground.

She was clearly confused about all of this, just like the rest of her life. "Where are we going?" she continued asking questions, glancing back at the monster. It was on it's feel again and was looking around for them, turning in circles trying to find them.

"We are heading to this place called camp half blood, we will be safe there." That was all she was going to get at this moment since Erissa was busy trying to hide peppit under her shirt who was squeaking from fright. Sasha huffed when he sensed the other one and pushed himself to the top speed of the rune. Once he bounded into the magical field of the camp, the sight of them was covered from view, losing the giant and their visitor. Panting, he trotted over to the edge of what seemed to be the middle of the camp and lowered himself so they were able to get off.
"So." Eri turned toward the girl. "Who are you and what were they?.." she asked with peppit peeking out at tech from the top of her shirt.

Tech watched the two monsters disappear from view once they went into the magical barrier of the camp, feeling like they splashed through water. She hopped off Shashas back, her feet hitting the soft grass, and looked down at the rest of camp. "I'm Tech, And I have no clue what those things were. The first one started following me from my preparatory school in NY. The other helped me run for a while." She explained, turning around to talk to them.

She noticed that The girl's eyes were two different colors, and that she had a cute penguin tucked into her shirt. "I've told you who I am, now who the heck are you?" She asked, getting a bit frustrated.

Erissa looked toward Sasha who blinked in return. She looked back at Tech. "My name is Erissa Lington Bae. Eri for short. This child is Peppit and the one who saved you is Sasha." She crossed her arms. "You know I think a bit of a thanks would be nice considering all the effort that Sasha put to save you." Her Emerald green and blue eyes looked over Tech's figure, which later furrowed into curiosity. "You're not entirely human are you...?" She asked her tone softening.

(Sorry for the late reply, I've been grounded....)
"I think getting chased by a giant monster from NY to here is enough exercise for today." Tech said, her anger floating into the air and charging it with electricity. "Why would I not be human?" She asked, surprised with the question. "I have two legs, hair, and a brain. I'm pretty sure I'm not a monkey." Her voice had calmed just a bit and she was a bit fidgety now.

(Awww.. It's okay ): I'm just glad I didn't scare you off! Thought you stopped replying cause my post was really bad or something. I'm sorry to hear that you got grounded but I'm glad you are back ))

Eri's brow furrowed when she heard of 'NY' and the fact that tech didn't know what she was referring to. "I don't mean to say that you are a monkey, just that there seems to be something mo-" Sasha gently bumped eri with his shoulder as his huge golden orbs observed Hope's little motions. "Seems like she isn't aware yet, Eri." He said in his low, husky voice. His head turned to see an approaching creature coming closer towards their small group, causing him to bear his fangs as a warning. Eri's heterochromia eyes looked toward the direction Sasha looked to, only to see a ... She wasn't sure what it was. A creature with a human for its upper half with the lower half resembling a horse. Either way she wasn't going to do anything if she had a say in anything. "We will continue this conversation later." She isn't what she seems.. she is special I know it cause that is what my blood tells me... she thought as she steadied herself against her companion's soft alabaster coat.

Tech crossed her arms and watched the wolf, Sasha, go closer to Eri and speak to her. She noticed the stallion-man approach their small group, scaring her even more today. "What is that?" She crouched close to the ground, reaching behind her for one of her hunting knives.

She stayed in that position while the thing got closer, and prepared herself for an assault. She wasn't going to be chased hundreds of miles again by a monster she had never seen.

The human part stallion approached carefully, observing the guests with mild curiosity and wariness. He trotted to a stop with his hands raise to the hair to show that he was unarmed, "Please release that tension you have around yourselves children, you are in no danger." His horse tail flicked slightly in amusement when he looked into their gazes. "Ah. I see that you both had many seemingly impossible situations.. I am Chiron, the activities director at Camp Half-Blood." He looked towards Tech kindly with a smile on his lips. "I see that you are doing well.. Tech I hope you remember me from one of your schools.." he inquired as he knelt down in front of her so they could talk face to face.
Sasha slightly relaxed his stance, his ear flicking in slight annoyance from being called a child by anyone. He huffed and watched the so called Chiron and the girl, Tech talk. Eri stayed silent throughout the whole exchange, her wary gaze constantly switching between the new stranger and Peppit who was trying to hide under her shirt in fear despite Eri's coos to be calm.

Tech noticed that he did in fact bear a resemblance of one of her longer term teachers, but he was wheelchair ridden and not half horse. She put away her knife nevertheless and stood up, gazing at the man-horse in front of her. "Like the guy who trained the heroes?" She asked, still oblivious to exactly who he was.

"You were always well educated with the mythologies." He chuckled. "Yes. The one who trains heroes, demi-gods are the correct term. Like Erissa and you Tech."
Eri just continued to stare at Chiron, knowing her identity. But she was taken slightly aback when he stated that Tech was a demi god also. Her heterochromatic gaze fell on Tech, wondering whichgod or goddess she descended from.

"Demi-god?" She asked, still a bit confused. She was caught a bit off guard when he said she was a demi-god, not even knowing what it was exactly "Like half god half human?" Tech glanced over at Eri, wondering why Eri was staring at her. "But how can I be half god? My mom is... was a scientist, and my Dad left me before I was born."

(Jeesus, sorry for the late response and the sucky response. It's 11:06am where I live and I just woke up)
