Hello, hello. I'm sure some of you can remember me putting out a song I wrote called Venom. Well, I was flipping through my notebook and came across it, and it was.. very bad to put it nicely. So I decided to rewrite it, keeping it a lot more cohesive and giving it some more structure.

You slithered in with a snake's deceit,
I welcomed its poison, mistaking it sweet,
But as it coursed through my veins
I felt the pain start to grow
It burned me up from the inside
But I couldn't let it go

You're a venom
Creeping through my veins
Every touch feels like a bite
Driving me insane,
And tearing me apart

In the darkness, your whispers entwine,
A serpentine dance, a venomous lie.

As I lose control, the poison takes its toll.
