Despite Zakla's lifeless, hardened exterior, she had still managed to capture Bailey's awe. The scruffy child held her sleeved hands close to her chest as she bravely stepped forward, a little too trusting but a little too curious to care.

"I know lots of hunters like to keep prizes from the things they catch! Maybe you do, too!" Bailey was almost bouncing with excitement. "I bet you keep all kinds of teeth and skulls from the beasts you fight!"

Bailey withdrew her excitement for a brief moment. "I'd keep trophies too, but I don't think I'd wanna get into sport-hunting just for that. Regular hunting is fine for me! Keeps me and Mother fed."
