We're still pondering on that, although I believe my father intends on registering him as Douwe for the breeding program (it's mandatory to name and register him). However, if the name doesn't fit the puppy's personality he will change it. I'm not 100% on any of this but it's what I've gathered so far. I'll keep you posted in case this changes!

Hope that helps. I find it funny that my cats all have Friesian names and now our puppy will too. It's awesome, especially because my surname is Friesian as well.
Yay new pictures!
First, I want to say this breeder is absolutely amazing. It's her first time breeding dogs, but she's being excellent in every single way. She's exposing the puppies to sounds and items (radio, vacuum cleaner, trucks in the streets etc.). She's getting them used to collars and leashes, they're being housebroken already (Douwe is one of the first from the litter to 'get' the idea of where to do his business) and so forth!

Douwe decides it's time to sit down instead of walk, hehe.
Socialization with children!
I'm so excited for him to come home at the end of the month!!
