I've seen a few people link actual Widgets, similarly to an anchor bbcode. How is this possible?
I'm curious about this. Can you provide a link to a character that does this?

I wish I could but it's been a while since I had seen one :')
I'll def. try and link one to you if I see another person using widget links!
Step 1: Navigate to the character page which contains the widget
Step 2: Inspect Element . If you are using Firefox, this is done by right clicking on the widget in question then picking inspect
Step 3: Copy the Widget ID.
Step 4: Add #(theWidgetID) to the end of the URL.
For example here's one I prepared earlier:
https://www.rprepository.com/c/sadboy/58541#widget_604596
This link will navigate directly to the friend widget.

THANK YOU!
Thanks much Claine! For some reason I didn't even think of using 'Inspect'.
I don't know if there's an easier way to get the widget ID

That's the only/easiest way to do it right now, but it wouldn't be a bad suggestion to ask Kim to display the widget ID on the profile editing screen! It's a useful enough function to be worth investing in imo.

There's also anchors, which you can do invisible ones of, and I feel are much easier than inspecting css.
