Also, question for Mascot Contest: would it be alright if I had unintentionally used the same concept (a space/starry cat) from a previous mascot, but the character was different? My drawing's more of a regular cat with no planets while the other is a more anthro cat(?) with planets from 2021. I just don't want to break any rules.

Yeah, a related but different concept is okay.
