Rules:

A prize and a target number will be announced. The first person to roll that number on a 1d100 will win the announced prize!
Everyone gets one roll after a target number is announced. If after 12 hours from the announcement no one has rolled the target number, everyone gets a second roll. After another 12 hours has passed, everyone gets a third roll, and so forth.
Users only, no rolls by characters will be counted.
If you win a prize, you're done for the rest of the contest -- give someone else a chance to win too!
There are 7 prizes to be won, so the contest will last roughly 7 days. (Longer if we have some days where no one manages to roll the target number)
