Yeah, that's the bit I'm lost on - the second bonus clue does sound like it's something to do with Saturn and Floppy - I've tried variations on "Saturn, bringer of Old Age" but none of them have been it!
Congrats on solving this symbol! The answer was "Floppy, the Bringer of Old Age".
For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation.

Bluey’s second season episode Sleepytime takes place largely in Bingo’s dreamland trip through the solar system as she attempts to sleep like a "big girl", keeping to her own bed through the night instead of joining her parents. The episode’s beautiful score - perk your ears up! - is an arrangement of Gustav Holst’s The Planets, an orchestral suite whose movements are meant to evoke the character of each of the planets’ astrological meanings. Bingo is accompanied on her dream journey by her faithful stuffy companion, Floppy.
When the duo pass by Saturn on their way back to the warmth ofMom the Sun, they discover that the rings of the planet are home to hundreds of bunnies just like Floppy. When Floppy wishes to join the other bunnies, Bingo struggles to say goodbye, but showing growth (steps towards being a big girl!), sees her friend off with a smile and a hug.
The fifth movement of The Planets is titled "Saturn, the Bringer of Old Age", referring to the Roman god Saturn’s associations with the ever-ticking march of time and ageing, and a snippet of it plays as Bingo and Floppy arrive in dream-Saturn’s orbit. When we consider the role that Floppy plays in Bingo’s dream as she grows up little by little, we can just as easily apply the movement’s title to her.
