I don't get why it says "Add image url here" Does it mean the url of what website it came from or from my pc? I've tried every thing and it just says [img]ExampleExampleExample[/img] with no picture and only text. Can I get a demonstration?

You should be able to click the little picture icon at the top of the text box {right after the B I U buttons} and past your URL into the little window that appears ;}

The image needs to be hosted on another site, such as Imgur.com, tinypic.com, photobucket.com and so forth. You can also fetch it from Google if you find a gif there. It won't work if you use your computer's location!

What Libertine wrote is correct! I'm going to help out a little with the code tag though, just in case it's still a bit confusing.

Everything between the img tags needs to be a valid URL to an image. The reason it says 'add image url here' is because if you use that button, it will automatically put the code in for you. All you need to do is put in the image URL and it will make the image appear for you.
