https://cara.app/ has been getting a lot of good rep recently. It's run by a small team, and has a Anti-NFT, Anti-AI ethos and pro-artist rights as its ethos. I've signed up there, and I like it so far, but it's too new of a community for me to speak too strongly about it.
https://comicfury.com/ specifically for comics. Allows most kinds of content, friendly and active user base, banned comics utilizing AI art, and run by a single owner with a patreon.
