I'm pretty sure it's just an April fools thing. I wouldn't want it everyday unless it was revealed that Kim was actually the Pokemon League champion of our region and her Gengar was actually behind this.

Though it looked like the page was trying to flip but never did... And I was still getting cursed @2AM so I assumed it ended midnite PST or something
EDIT: I would just like to note that I don't know how IE normally acts while on this website. I've used Chrome all the time until this morning, and haven't had problems with it yet (beyond getting lost like a dimwit, and that's just my nonexistent sense of direction).
