Destery looked at the little girl that at her brother, then back at the little girl, he'd answer her question, but only because she was little. "I don't seem to tan, no matter how much I go outside" he said, "and why am I wearing a hoodie? I'm just wearing it cause it looks nice" he said. Technically he didn't lie, he just left out a lot of details that they were better off not knowing.
He wouldn't answer a whole lot of questions, despite answering those two.

she nods and smiles* "ok!" again she said cheerfully and snuggled up to her brother. he help her close and pet her ears a bit and she relaxed and slowly went to sleep in his arms like she often did and seemed to do all the time no matter what anyone did she seemed unable to sleep with out him near or holding her. he sighed knowing one day she would have to when they took her away from him he leaned close and kissed her head and whispered* "sleep well Nika" and he held her like that while she slept and looked up at you then*

Destery watched as the little girl fell asleep in her brothers arms. She was lucky to have such a kind brother. He had made up his mind, he wanted one of these two. He doubted he could handle both of them though, sadly.

he looks at you* "i know your going to take her....she needs a good home better then here...." he never looks away from you when he says this not once*

Destery looked away, "I want one of the two of you, yet I don't know which one to pick" he mused. So that meant he could take the girl, and he could not.

he nodded* "well....if you wanted you could take both and i would take care of Nika and you would not have to....if you want to do that that is of course up to you...after all your the one that is picking and based on what you can do" he says to you*

Destery shook his head, "For the moment in time being I couldn't support two people," he said, well that was crappy news. That also meant today would be the day the two would be separated, rather permanently, or temporary depended.

he nodded in understanding still holding her close* "i guess i will be saying goodbye to Nika...for good now.....i hope she will be alright with out me though....." you see he looks sad at the thought of having to say goodbye to his sister for what maybe for good*

Destery felt bad for separating the two, but maybe he'd get enough money someday, and be able to adopt his sister, but he didn't speak his thoughts aloud.

Destery looked away from the two, giving them a second.

Nika's bother held her tightly to him while she slept so soundly. his tail wraped around her holding her even closer to him and he pet her head softly in her sleep*

Destery gave them a moment, then stood up and left the room. A decession was made, and it wasent turning back.

the woman was seated at the desk in the lobby when you first came in and she looked up from typing on her computer and smiled at you*"well....did you pick some one young man?"

Destery walked down the hall returning to the lobby, and saw the women at the desk. When she asked if he had found someone, he nodded, He walked over to the desk, and said, "I would like Kyro Stone" he said.

It occurred to Destery that the not thought he'd take the girl first, but subsided the thought.

she smiled and nodded* "just Kyro today?" she asked typing in to her computer and printing off some papers for you to sign. "if you would like you may let Kyro come and visit his sister some times that is up to you" she said and put the papers out with a pen and made the call for them to bring him out*

Destery nodded, “yes” he said. He watched as she printed out the paper, and took a black ink ink pen, and signed his name. As he signed his name, without looking at the lady he asked a request. “Could you keep Nika Stone from being adopted by anybody else for the next month or two?” he asked, putting down the e in Blake before setting down the pen.

she nodded and took the papers* "yes we can do that for you if you want us to." she said smiling as she filed them and Kyro was brought in to the room*

"Thanks" he told the women. He at least wanted a chance to re-unite the two of them later on, but he would keep that plan a secret from Kyro until it was certain.

Destery looked over his shoulder at Kyro as he entered the room.

she smiles and nods* "your welcome"* when you look at Kyro you notice that he has his head down and what looks to be tear stains on his cheeks from having to say good bye to his sister*

Destedy turned around and walked over to Kyro. He crouched down to the boys height and saw the tears, and he knew what caused them, but maybe things would brighten up. He covered his pointer finger with the sleeve of his jacket, and wiped a stream off the boys cheek.

he looked at you then eyes blood shot from crying you see the tear stains on his shirt from were he held Nika while she cried begging him not to leave her. he tried to make her feel better by promising that he would come to see her ever chance he got. although he him self did not know for sure if he could keep that promise to her.
