I’ve had this issue a lot on my characters to where I’ll put a small little description of what there wearing, but I want to try and make it more detailed and even if I try and think it through I get overwhelmed by it and just ignore it, does anyone have tips for this?

Now I'm no expert on describing clothing in detail and usually ditch it for pictures. However, some posts I would recommend are this and maybe this one.
