"You're in no position to tell me to do anything." A large group of men dragged in an unconscious Vance, miles, and bandit, Vance holding onto miles.

"GO TO HELL!" Mia spat, thrashing around even more. She had cut through most of one of the veins in her wrist but she didn't care anymore, they had the one person that Mia had actually cared about in a long time. "YOU BITCHES ARE ALL GOING TO HELL." She continued to scream until her voice was hoarse and she felt like she was about to faint.

"Silence her. I'm tired of hearing her voice." One of the men walked over and knocked mia out as the scientist walked over to Vance. "Now, what to do to you?" He pondered.

Before the guy could knock Mia out she managed to take a chunk out of his wrist, her head falling against her chest when he knocked her out.

When Vance awoke, he found himself strapped down to an operating table, miles and bandit in cages in front of his gaze. The young man looked around and saw a device strapped to his arm. Thinking he still had his magic, Vance tried to get free but found he couldn't create any bones or ice. "The device on your arm is draining your magic energy, young dragonslayor, so it's useless to struggle." A young scientist walked over to him and stood over to him. "Who are you?! What have you done with mia?!" Vance growled. The man smiled evily. "Patience, she is fine. Although it won't matter in a little while, because you will be the one to kill her." "Never! I'd never kill her! Shes my friend!" The man continued to smile. "Really? Because she said you were nothing to her. But oh well, time for the insertion of the dust and new mindset." A machine inserted itself into vances arm, putting silver into his body, the metal fusing with what was left of his magic. A second needle inserted itself into his neck, making him nothing more but a creature designed to kill any werewolf he met. At the same time, mia was dropped off inside of a large maze to wait for her executioner.

Mia awoke to a cold stone floor against her cheek, something warm and sticky under her temple. Reaching up with her hand, she gently touched her temple where the sensation had started from. Her hand came back red with blood, a moan escaping Mia's lips as she saw the predicament she was in. Mia got up from the ground carefully, examining herself for further wounds. Seeing none, she looked up from herself and assessed the area around her.

"What did I get myself into this time?" She mumbled, seeing the cold stone walls around her and the starry sky above her. "Did they put me in a maze or something?" She wondered out loud, trailing her bloodstained fingers along the wall as she took a couple staggering steps forward.

Miles awoke in the maze as well and wasn't to far away from bandit. Always worried about a fellow exceed, miles ran over and began to shake him to try and get him to wake up.

Mia continued along the walls, her fingers leaving trails of blood until the blood had dried. Her head was pounding from the blow she had taken earlier and her memories of earlier were a bit fuzzy. Why was I even there? Random questions popped into her head as she continued, looking for a way out.

Bandit sat up a little groggy but otherwise he was fine except a cut along his shoulder. "Where is Mia and Vance?" He asked, heaving himself off the ground.

Vance entered the maze from the being dropped off in the center, his clothes tattered but otherwise he was okay. At the moment he was his normal self and began to run around trying to find mia. "I have to find mia and get her out of here. Not to mention miles and the other exceed if they're in here." He said as he turned a corner. If mia turned to the left at the next corner she'd see him.

Mia kept to the right of the walls, her blood trail having stopped long ago from the center. She was worried that Vance was being tortured somewhere while she played some stupid game with the scientist, wandering aimlessly through a maze. Staggering against the uneven floor, she pitched forward and her cheek connected with the stone floor again. "Ooof." Sh exclaimed loud enough for someone in the immediate area to hear. And to think I never got to tell Vance how I felt about him. Mia thought hopelessly as she stared at the pitch black sky. There were torches along the walls at every corner lighting the stretches of walls.

Vance heard mias voice and began to look around the hall he was on for her. "Mia? Where are you?" He asked, his voice bouncing off the stone.

"Vance?" Mia yelled, convinced that she was hallucinating. "I'm.... I don't know.." She yelled again, her voice bouncing off the walls along with his. She got up off the floor and steadied her hand against the wall, her vision swimming before her.

Vance followed the sound of her voice and rushed to her side. "Mia, are you alright?" He asked, resisting the urge to kill that was building inside of him for now much to the anger of the scientist.

Mia put her arm around his neck and leaned into his chest, exaustion pounding through her veins and a strange smell poking at her sense of smell. "Vance." She smiled, dark circles under her eyes revealed how tired she really was. "Promise me you won't leave." She mumbled, still half convinced he wa a hallucination. Her wounds weren't healing correctly like they should've, the scientist must have put silver somewhere in the maze, or in her.

Vance held her close. "I promise I won't leave." He said. At that moment, tge scientist pressed a button on a control panel, sending a large jolt of electricity though vances body, making him howl in pain. The young dragonslayor took off his shirt and held it out to mia. "Use this as a band aid for your wounds and run. I can't be around anymore right now, mia. I'm afraid I might kill you if you stay."

The jolt of electricity went through Mia as well, causing her to bite her lip in pain instead of giving them the satisfaction of seeing her scream in pain. She gave Vance a look that clearly said she loved him, and took his shirt from him. "Thank you Vance." She said, planting a small kiss on his cheek before running the other direction. Trying to keep her footsteps quiet, she maneuvered around the maze until she couldn't smell Vance anymore, a new smell tickling her senses.

Miles ran down the hallways of the maze, dragging bandit along with him. After taking another left, he saw mia at the end of the hallway and ran to her. "Mia!" He said happily, glad to see her. Meanwhile, Vance fell to his knees in the hall he was on and roared loudly, sounding tge beginning of the hunt as he stood up and his wings appeared on his back, the bones covered in solid silver.

Mia stopped, hearing Mile's call, and turned to face him. "Miles, Bandit!" She smiled, ripping part of Vance's shirt to wrap around the wound on her temple. Right as she tied off the bandage she heard a horrifying roar, a roar that Vance would have never made unless something bad was happening. "Holy Shit." She said, grabbing both Miles and Bandit and turning left down a new corridor. She still moved at a bit of a stagger but she didn't care at the moment, she just wanted to keep Miles and Bandit safe.

Vance sniffed the air, becoming more monster than man every passing minute. Once he caught her scent, Vance sped down the hall after her, leaving a trail of ice behind him as he ran.

Mia continued to stagger-run down the hallway until she came to a fork, putting Miles and Bandit in a small crack just barely big enough for them. "Stay." She whispered, taking off down the right fork. Terror clouded her vision as she ran, not caring where she went as long as it wasn't a dead end. Distracted by her thoughts she ended up tripping and twisting her ankle. Biting back a shriek of pain, she got back up and continued down the hallway, limping now.
