The air around Vance began to grow cold as he smiled cruelly towards the man. "That may not be the exceed I know, but I would like for you to release it. I'd hate for things to get ugly and there be bloodshed." A large skeletal dragon took form around the dragonslayor as well and the scientist set the small beast down on the floor, shaking a little bit at the sight of the dragon. Vance didn't even seem to notice what was around him.

Mia crouched down on the floor and held her arms out to the small exceed, Miles's size and color but different eyes. "C'mere little guy." She whispered, the exceed running into her arms. Quickly, Mia ducked behind the skeletal dragon and Vance. "Do it Vance!!!" She yelled, crouching into the corner of the hallway. Vance and the skeletal dragon took up most of the hallway, so her and the exceed were safe for now.

"UNDEAD ICE DRAGONS ROAR!" A gust of icy winds with shards of bones in it flew towards the large mass of people, knocking them all over on top of each other, knocking most of them out. The skeletal dragon disappeared and Vance dusted himself off and looked over at mia and the other exceed. "Well, why don't we go to dinner somewhere and then go home? It's been quite a long day." He said, smiling at the two of them.

"Ok, but can I keep him? He is soooo adorable!!" Mia said smiling, cuddling the exceed to her chest. It didn't struggle against her but snuggled in and fell asleep in seconds.

"Sure. Why don't we head out before they wake up?" Vance said, holding out his hand to her.

(Orange.)

Mia took his hand and nodded, using her other hand to hold the small exceed up. "Lets go, and lets steal a ride too. I'm not walking."

"Right, I'm a bit to tired to fly too so a set of wheels would be a good idea." Vance lead the way out of the hospital and walked over to the van they had been put in earlier. Getting in the driver's seat, he waited for mia to get in with the exceed.

Mia followed suit, letting go of Vance's hand to open the door and buckle her seatbelt. "Lets get out of here, this place gives me the creeps.

"You and me both." Vance stepped on the gas and drove them back to the clearing they had come from first. "Better get cleaned up a little bit after what happened." He explained when he opened the door. Once he did, miles flew to him and crashed into his chest. "Vance! I thought something might've happened! I was worried you two would never come back!" Vance smiled and patted miles on the head. "It's alright, we're okay." Vance felt a deep pain in his side, but shrugged it off, unaware he was bleeding from a wound a man had given him earlier.

Nodding, Mia looked down at her ripped and bloodstained shirt. "I miggght need a new shirt before we go." She laughed, getting out of the car and stretching. She laughed when Miles crashed into Vance's chest and saw him pause. "Vance, your bleeding." Mia said, unaware if it was serious or not.

Vanc stood up and tried to walk it off. "I'm fine. It's just a scratch."

"You didn't even look at the wound." Mia argued, putting her hands on her hips. "And, if it wasn't serious then tell me why you look like your about to faint." She approached him, grabbing his elbow and steering him towards a stump. "Shirt off."

"But I don't wanna." Vance said, acting a little bit like a child.

"Vance, take your freaking shirt off before I beat your ass even more bloody then it already is." Mia yelled, scaring the exceed in the front seat of the van awake.

Vance took off his shirt, revealing a rather large cut on his side.when he lifted the shirt over his head, he winced a little bit and placed it next to the stump he was sitting on.

"Thank you." Huffing, Mia picked up Vance's shirt and tore it into strips. Weaving the strips expertly together, she placed the small cloth pillow on his side to keep it from bleeding. "Miles, see if the goons had enough common sense to carry around a first air kit, will ya?"

"Okay!" Miles said, happy to help. The exceed flew to the van and looked in the front seat and saw the other exceed. "Hello, what's your name?" He asked, getting distracted.

"I d-dunno." The exceed admitted, curling into a ball to try to fall asleep again. "I think the first aid kit is in the glove compartment." It said before successfully falling asleep again.

Miles opened the glove compartment and found a small rectangular vox with a red cross on it. "Thank you." Miles said as he grabbed the box and flew back to mia. "Here you go mia."

The exceed just laid there and slept, its tail over it's eyes. "Thanks Miles." Mia thanked him, taking the box from his arms. She opened the box and got out some hydrogen peroxide, gauze, a band-aid, and a small tube of neosporin, putting them on the ground beside Vance. "This is going to sting, but that is what you get for being a baby." Mia said, putting some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and then putting it on the cut.
