A/N: Heavily inspired by a potion making event in Genshin.
The orange, red, and brown tree leaves reflect in the clear water of Cinder Lake. With a little help from the Traveller and Knights of Favionus, the small adventuring team were able to set up a small festival area dedicated for alchemy and potions. A large purple and yellow striped tent laid in the back. Inside of it was a few cauldrons set up and shelves with herbs and ingredients. Outside of the tent was a small garden with plants growing for the potions. On the right was a booth selling glass potions in shapes of tear drops and hearts, ribbon, and charms. On the left was a booth selling a variety of foods and drinks.
In front of the festival stood Wanderer with a bucket of candy in his hand. He was dressed as a jester with bells attached to his hat. He stood on duty to pass candy to passerby who just want candy in their sacks, mostly children. Faruzan was tasked with helping people in the potion tent. She was dressed as Hatsune Miku, a idol in Natlan she assumed. Bennett ran the food booth which caused the food to be slightly burned but good nevertheless. He was dressed in the Adventurers' Guild official uniform. Layla ran the other booth and was dressed in a baby blue nightgown and nightcap.

Taberd had never experienced trick or treating before-- not in the conventional sense. The monastary he'd been apart of had done -some- spoopy things around this time of year, but nothing this elaborate, and Tab's tail was flicking excitedly as he approached the tents around the festival area of Cider Lake. He was dressed in his usual travelling monk's clothes, though he'd thrown on an extra white-gauzy layer in order to add to the spooky factor. Which wasn't very much, especially with him, but beggers couldn't be choosers, right?
His eyes lit up at the potion bottles as he spied them -very inventive!-, but then they -really- lit up as he saw the Wanderer.... with candy. Tab wasn't a kid, but he -did- have enthusiasm. "Ooh, candy! Is that- that's for taking, right?"

The little centaur woman cantered showily up to the booth, a black witch's hat perched jauntily on her head and a half-full canvas bag slung over her shoulder. She clopped directly to the potion booth, grinning a 5000-watt smile.
"Potions! Splendid! Just the thing an adventuring merchant such as myself might need!"

At the bidding of some of her friends, Shelley had dressed up as Princess Leia this Halloween. A couple of them had suggested one of her later outfits, but Shelley had chosen to go with the original look: a floor-length white dress with long sleeves and a high neckline, white boots, and her long brown hair done up in a pair of spiral buns, one on each side of her head.
Shelley was walking along a path through the woods at the Haunted Forest, a Halloween attraction near the small town she had recently moved to. She noticed a patch of fog up ahead, and when she moved through it she found herself in what seemed to be an entirely different place. A festival had been set up here near a beautiful lake. Someone dressed as a jester stood in front of the festival, and he had a supply of candy. She approached him, looked at his costume, and said, "Well, I see you've chosen to make a fool of yourself." She gave him a friendly smile and said, "Just teasing, of course. Trick or treat!" She held up her bag, waiting for him to drop something in.
Out of curiosity, she decided to check out the potions. There were a number available, but she chose one shaped like a tear drop, and one shaped like a heart.

"Trick or Treat!" The children hollered, and Hanley hurried to get them in a line for potions.
She admired the game, and the sparkling potions.
Examining her own potions, she had:
Happily pocketing them, she waved and thanked the event runners before going on her way.
"I love the Miku costume!" She added delighted. It was a favorite idol she recognized from her old planet. Such brilliant hair, there were only a few things that vibrant in the galaxy. Like the glow worm caves, or the crystals of Vaxdoo'um.
