The archfae smiled and excused herself to greet her next guest. A strange little suited deer. “Hello, friend. Welcome to my Oasis and the little Halloween party I have thrown together. Take some candy, stay as long as you wish.”
The red suit was a brazen choice for such a small person. Especially one who didn’t seem to be all that bold or confident. But perhaps the suit and antlers were a costume of another creature. Maybe a dapper wendigo? That would be an interesting take.

"Hello... fae? you're a fae right?..." he says unsure and nervous
He watches as ghost flies around the person, inspecting them and trying to figure them out

Tex chuckles. “Half right. I am an Archfae. This is my domain. You may call me Tex. you need not worry about names being taken around me. I am after no such thing this night. Only fun and enjoyment of my guests.”
Her eyes flicked to where Ghost was. “And would you ask your companion to avoid being too close to others. Their energy might unsettle anyone attuned to frequencies.”

"you can see it?!" Aster says startled, nobody notices or hears them, how did this fae know?

The fae thought for a moment. “I can’t see them, but I can feel the energy. Sort of similar to a familiar. Whatever it is, it certainly feels mischievous. Don’t go about causing any drama here either.”
With a chuckle, she spread an arm out in an open gesture. “Enjoy the evening here as long as you please, I have other guests to mingle with and greet.”
With a quick yet flourished bow, the fae wandered off again with light skipping steps.

Aster sighs "ill try my best to keep out of drama.."
He grabs another piece of candy and holds to his shoulder, it suddenly disappearing as ghost grabs and consumes it. he goes over to the gathering of people and tries to hang out, hopefully keeping Ghost from causing problems

"I'm more concerned about what they will do to other people...." he was lucky they were chewing on each other instead of other people or eating all the treats. The largest was still dancing away happily and the girls were eating on each others faces, which they stopped once they realised where their brother was. Trotting over they'd join him in dancing.
Yaaz slowly walked over to keep an eye on them and doing the bare minimum of dancing with the pup he was holding.
Shelley looked around in confusion. A moment before she had been walking along a path through the woods at the Haunted Forest, a Halloween attraction near the small town she had recently moved to. Now she found herself at what appeared to be an oasis in the middle of a desert. It all looked so real; the people running the Haunted Forest must have gone all out this year on the special effects. Truly she was impressed, though she was a little unnerved when she saw all the webbing on the bushes. But this was Halloween, and she realized those must be fake. Nothing to worry about here, right?
At the bidding of some of her friends, she had dressed up as Princess Leia this Halloween. A couple of them had suggested one of her later outfits, but Shelley had chosen to go with the original look: a floor-length white dress with long sleeves and a high neckline, white boots, and her long brown hair done up in a pair of spiral buns, one on each side of her head.
She looked around curiously. There were a number of people about, and many of them had amazing costumes. She spotted one who seemed to be dressed as some combination of elf, dragon, and vampire, standing near a white and gold alter that seemed to be the center of the activity. She decided that was the place to go, and made her way toward the alter.

Kitsunebi drifted over to the altar, made a selection of delicious syrupy candies, popped a sour one in her mouth, and waved happily and a little wistfully at the dancing party. She had no time to longer here. Perhaps one drink, later, she could come back.
"Thanks," She said, sparkling as she entered her transfer magic. She drifted away in a shimmer trail of golden light.

After seeing Kitsunebi help herself to some of the candy on the altar, Shelley decided to do the same. She stepped up to the altar, looked over the selection, and chose a couple of pieces that looked like they would be yummy. Unlike Kitsunebi, she decided to wait around for a few minutes longer and watch the activity. She wasn't sure how to get back to the Haunted Forest path, but maybe she could find someone who could direct her.
Tex floated between her guests, offering sweets or idle chatter. Some friends left quickly, sticking to the newer traditions of Halloween, taking a treat and leaving. Whilst others didn’t mind or even enjoyed socialising with the other guests.
She gave a friendly wave to those who came and went, taking a treat with them. For the friends who chose to stay, she reminded them of the way home on the occasion. Just follow the sands back the way you came.
