Her breath caught a moment and her eye widened, but Raven assured herself of how nice he had been to her so far. She nodded slowly, and upon remembering that she could actually use words with him, told him, 'Y-yes... but I can wait until you'd like to stop.'
He laughed a bit, "I never need to stop. We'll stop when you need to," he assured her, and with that being said, he stopped in his tracks then looked around.
"Here," he said and drew several tunes in the ground with the tip of his sickle. He began to chant in a language unknown to Raven, and the tunes began to glow bright red. Within seconds, a full campsite appeared, with two tents, bedrolls, and even a fire with a large fox roasting on a spit over it.
"This will be for you," he said as he began to turn the fox over the flames.

The girl was at first confused about what he was doing, but quickly moved back once she realized. She watched as the campsite came into existence. Raven stared wide-eyed. It had been a long time since she'd seen such a display of magic - a seemingly frivolous use of it, too - and it made her a little nervous. She had no problem with magic itself, of course; just some concern about those who used it.
Even as she eyed the roasting meat hungrily, she asked cautiously, 'It... is just to the Northmen you are going, right? No notable stops along the way or anything?'
'Calm yourself, child,' Shade told her. 'Magic users here may answer to that woman, but there are magic users in more distant lands who hardly even know she exists.'

Nomti didn't even look up when she asked the question.
"Stops? No... I don't think so," he mused, "I don't know the area that well so... Maybe if we come across any interesting or unique landmarks we'll make a quick stop~" he glanced up at Raven, a kind and thoughtful smile on his face, "I've heard that there are some beautiful stonework artifacts and constructs in their land. We won't go out of our way to find any, but if we do come across any," I would like to stop by, if that's okay with you."
The fox finished cooking extremely quickly and Nomti pushed the vulpine off the spit pole and onto a plate then set it down next to Raven.
"Enjoy~" he said then sat a little further from her near the fire.
