Sadie had felt the storm that was chaos settle down a little from all of the uncomfortable atmosphere. Except for Ella, she seemed uncomfortable with the guy, Kai, in front of her. She had been about to intervene but the spartan went over and talked to the priest. She smilled softly and took them in one more time and looked around. She noticed the ringmaster looked like she was trying to figure out how to get a kiss to the giant, chuckling she called out, "I think you might need a fireman's ladder or possibly, parachute in?"
Sadie then saw a massive hand in front of her with alcohol pads, as she looked up she saw Undertow handing her pads and pouring something into the cup they are sharing. She laughed when he shared his name and joked, followed by his playful look and acted like she scandalized him. Undertow She smiled thinking of it, she then looked at him amd quipped,"Well, My Fearless Lusty Pirate, should I wine and dine you first? I don't want to offend his pirate-ness." She asked jokingly and curtsied, added for good measure. She smiled brightly at him when he asked what brought her here and if she wanted to do something else. "Actually, I came here to get out and let loose. I have been cooped up with my schedule, so decided it was time or something menacing would happen. Also, no I am quite enjoying myself and the company is pretty decent also." She was definitely flirting with him and she rarely does that, the person will definitely have to intrigue Sadie for her to show any interest in them.
She smiled up at Undertow and was just about to ask him why he volunteered, when the mermaid came up to them. Aurora didn't really acknowledge Sadie so she just smiled gently at the female, when someone walked up to the booth looking for her. She looked to Undertow and said, "I guess I have my first customer, I will be right back, Lusty." She winked at him as she handed him their drink, ran her hand down his bicep and sauntered over to the guy, Kai. She heard what he said about Ella sending him over to her, but she was not sure who that was until she saw him glance where the priest stood. She gave a knowing smirk at Ella, and looked back to Kai. "Oh she did, did she? I guess I made more of an impact than I thought." She lifted her finger at and moved it in the motion of come here signal.
Sadie then said, "Close your eyes and lean forward." As he hopefully listened, she raised both hands and touched the sides of his face, pulling him closer to her lips. She misdirected him and kissed him directly on the forehead. As she slight pulled away, she said "You want your first kiss to be special. Not from some stranger you do not know in a booth at a carnival. The time will come, be patient." She then turned around and walked back towards Undertow and Aurora, as she looked at Aurora, she spoke up and introduced herself "Hi, I am Sadie." She smiledl politely and then looked back up to Undertow, as she reached over trying to get a sip of the drink they had. "I guess let's see what happens next!"

As Wynter looked around, she overheard the tall Gladiator talking to the priest about his costume and hearing how knowledgeable he was about historical accuracy piqued her interest. She loved history having experienced some of it herself in her long life despite appearing completely human to others. Just as she was about to approach the Gladiator and the priest when a masked princess approached her and welcomed her and pointed out the volunteers for her to choose from before asking her if there was anyone she was interested in. "Thank you, my dear. Your costume is very beautiful and suits you quite well. The Gladiator over there has my interest but alas it seems I might have to wait my turn as someone else seems to have beaten me to him," she answered softly, a small frown on her lips as she watched a scantily dressed angel approach the booth. She never understood why young women these days wore so little clothing but then again she was more of a modest woman than most. Thanking the princess again and saying goodbye, she decided to walk up to the table and stand behind the angel, leaving a about a foot or so of space between them and wait patiently for her turn.
Meph had been in mid conversation with Ella. Thankfully there had been a slight break in the exchange when a scantily clad angel came up to him in the booth. She got his attention by mentioning fighting and he turned to face her. His stormy violet-grey eyes swept her bare covered form. She was a textbook beauty. The kind of girl guys in high school fantasized endlessly about, but rarely had the courage to ask out. From her choice of clothing, she was beautiful and she knew it. She wasn't Meph's type. Actually, no one was Meph's type. He wasn't one to date or even show interest in dating. When Gandrell had taught Meph about love using classical novels, Meph had been made into an unknowing hopeless romantic. Meph was waiting for that feeling you get when you see the one. He hadn't gotten that feel yet and wasn't completely sure he ever would. But hope lived in his core.
"Excuse me, please," Meph said to Ella, pausing their conversation for a few moments longer. He turned to face the angel,
"Fighting is a dance to the death between two people, each waiting for the moment their opponent makes a fatal mistake." Meph spoke of war not with respect, but with air of experience. "But a kiss can be even deadlier. Wars have been started, oceans crossed, and millions slaughtered because of what can come from a kiss." Gandrell had informed him that anyone wanting a kiss had to provide a ticket. He looked down at her hand holding the ticket out to him, "Would you risk life and limb for a kiss?"
Meph took the ticket from between her fingers and set it down in front of him. He had to lean over a great deal as he was well over a foot taller than her. He got into position and closed his eyes. As this was her kiss, he would allow her to initiate it. While he was in the midst of his kiss with. the flashy angel someone else had arrived at the booth and their sites set on Meph. His eyes didn't open, giving the angel his full attention during her time with him. When she pulled away he would offer her a polite smile before he acknowledged the woman waiting behind the angel. "I'll be with you shortly."

Meph's question left Ella speechless for a moment. Her smile faltered for just a moment, soon to become a bit of a sad one as she lowered her gaze a little. "I haven't.." She said softly, closing her eyes for a moment. "I haven't lost my faith... But I also don't agree with most of what my own religion dictates. It is such an odd spot to stand in, isn't it?" Her voice was very soft as she'd lowered it remarkably. This was something rather intimate and personal and she wasn't sure why she was opening up to this man she'd just met... but he picked up there was something wrong with her so quickly after first meeting her that she couldn't help it.
"I have undeniable proof that there is a Hell. I have seen it. I do not have proof that Heaven exists, but logically it must since the opposite does. And yet if there is a God... I can't seem to agree with the way he treats his creation. If this is all part of some plan, the plan is rather macabre. He allows violence, injustice, sickness and all the terrible things..." She paused a moment, shaking her head a bit and rubbing at her arms. "And He allows his heralds to commit it in his name." Her voice lowered all the more. "That is not.. something I can get behind... So I do believe... but I'm not sure... I like this God at all.." She was almost whispering by the end of the sentence and then sighed. "I didn't mean to get all gloomy, I'm sorry.." She apologised, letting her lips pull into a soft smile again. "But now you know what's the deal with the costume, and the protest."
When they moved on to discuss his costume she blinked a bit surprised that he'd have the knowledge to affirm that the Gladiator's armour was not historically accurate. She did notice the way he shuddered at the last part of his statement. That was not a normal reaction one had when discussing a movie or a costume. Ella looked in Meph's eyes, some concern flashing in hers. "I had no idea.. that sounds quite brutal... and cruel of them. I understand it was a different epoch but still.." She said softly. "You do know a lot about these things... are you a scholar?" She asked carefully, though her gaze was still intense and warm and welcoming despite the deep blue hue of her eyes. When she noticed someone was scarred on the inside she couldn't help but want to be there for them. Even if they were strangers. And this person had the eyes of someone who'd seen hell as well. It took a suffering soul to know another, but she didn't want to press much further.
Then Meph spoke about Gandrell and Ella bit at her bottom lip, the thrill rushing through her all over again, her eyes shifting to look at the Phantom, happening to meet his own gaze which immediately brought a smile to her lips. "Are you friends with him? He is... he is amazing, to be honest I'm very much in awe of him. And I still can't believe I caught his eye. It is so strange, we literally just met but... I can't wait to know more about him." She confessed with a shrug and a brighter smile.
It wasn't long before someone else approached, clearly wanting to get Meph's first kiss of the night. Ella smiled. "Looks like you have a patron already. No wonder, you really do look great. Best of luck." She said though she did mean it and the compliment was genuine, her tone was friendly, not flirty. "I'll go see if I can steal another moment from your friend over there. See you around?" She would ask before she'd head off towards Gandrell again. And again she smiled uncontrollably, tucking a blue lock behind her ear. "So... I believe congratulations are in order. You handled all that like a pro." She would compliment the phantom. "Although I very selfishly have to confess I did miss your company." She smiled brightly, her eyes sparkling. "I just met your friend, the Spartan. He is... is he alright?" She asked, again lowering her tone. "I mean, I can see he's okay but he..." How to explain without looking like a complete nutcase. "It looks like he's gone through some stuff." She said finally with a shrug. "I don't mean to pry. I just... I don't know I seemed to pick that kind of vibe from him."
"Oh?" Darian rose a curious brow when Catherine mentioned that she'd overheard the Phantom's introduction and that she knew what it was like to have bit of a mouthful of a name. "Well, luckily I was never afraid of letters." He commented with a bit of an amused smile. "My name is Darian Blackmore. Are you allowed to share yours or is anonymity part of the charm of the kissing booth?" Darian asked, his hand raising to subtly tap at his own face below the eye as if to indicate that he also was asking about the mask.
Then those giants had walked in and Darian had instinctively stepped up to partially shield the princess from the huge men. They really didn't seem to be aggressive at all, but Darian was the judgemental kind, all the more with those who were very evidently not human. He was really not a fan of supernatural creatures. His job was to hunt them down after all, so he knew the kind of violence many were capable of. Though he wasn't any different. He needed to be brutal in order to survive his own job. And he was ruthless. But they were at a carnival, he wasn't about to go attack someone. Ella said they needed to let loose and the princess was giving him a very good reason to be on his best behaviour.
So when she said that she was okay to stay he nodded his head, his expression softening a bit when she did ask him to stick around. "I shall stay as long as you desire." He would say, trying to ease some tension from his muscles. He would still be on guard until the giants would leave, but he was good enough at pretended to have relaxed. Still, he remained physically between Catherine and the giants, just in case. The dog running in was quite a bizarre occurrence and when Catherine spoke he nodded his head in agreement. "Indeed. He could have been hit by a car or something. That would not be nice." He frowned a little. He was very much neutral to animals. He didn't like them too much nor hate them, but the animals did seem to have a strange grudge against him. Ella's cat for instance always found an excuse to scratch or bite him, and several times he'd waken up with the damned feline laying on top of his face. That also was not nice.
"Of course. I'll be right here." He'd say, nodding his head again when Catherine excused herself to go greet and inform the newcomers. That was for the best, after all not everyone read the sign outside, or so he figured. Some people just got so excited about the carnival they forgot there were rules. And rules existed precisely to make sure the fun happened in a safe environment. Even Darian understood as much.

Trinity was delighted when Meph turned his attention to her. When he spoke of war, she had to admit that it wasn’t in love or respect, but in experience. The Angel eyed him as he spoke, and thought for a moment of her answer. “There isn’t much I would risk life and limb for. Except a kiss from you.” Did she mean it? Not particularly, as Trinity was actually quite self-obsessed, but the spirit of the mood allowed her to say it tonight, with a smile on her face.
He was a great deal taller than she, so she waited until he leaned down, and readied himself. Trinity may have been dressed like a naughty Angel, but her kiss was soft, gentle and caring. She was an experienced kisser, and had talent with her mouth. Her fingers reached to caress his cheek softly, letting it naturally deepen if it did. He was tasty, she would admit to herself, and the scars on him only seemed to excite her, and make her curious of him.
However she recognized that was not her business, and pulled back when the kiss would naturally end. When he smiled, she returned it. “Thank you for that, dear Gladiator. I’ll honour it for the rest of the night.”
It was then time to move on, as she had someone standing behind her. Once she was out of that line, she scanned the choices once more before moving towards the pirate to wait until he had some time for her too.

Undertow gave Aurora his attention as she explained about her friend convincing her to come out to the carnival. When drama with the ex was mentioned, Undertow shifted his weight from one foot to another as he wrestled with what to say about that. Relationship advice was not his strong suit. He was a good ear to listen and a good shoulder if someone needed a cry, but when it came to saying the right thing, he fell short. But she redeemed herself immediately and a smile touched his lips, "I love swimming. I could do it all day, everyday, if life allowed." He had an idea, but he wasn't about to impose his. company on her and her friend, "Which beach does she plan to take you to?" He just might drop in on them at the beach.
Sadie added to the conversation then and he turned his attention to her, "Hectic schedules are killers. Trust me on that." Undertow gave her smile, "I'm glad you decided to ditch the mundane and explore the carnival. Your game was the most fun of the night." He was going to ask her more about herself, but she was being summoned by a patron.
Undertow wanted to laugh when the guy said he was a kiss virgin. This was preposterous. Undertow had known many a surfer and he had yet to meet a single one that was a virgin in any way. But, he kept his opinions to himself. IF the guy had been telling the truth, then Sadie handled it perfectly. And she was completely right, someone's first kiss shouldn't be something they pay someone for. It was too valuable a moment. Especially for one so...old.
With his eyes on the front of the booth, the movement of the naughty angel caught his eye and, to his surprise, her eyes were on him. He reached over to gently take the cup out of Aurora's hands, took a quick drink from it, and returned it to her. "I'll be right back," he said with a wink. He put on his best pirate swagger and headed towards the angel. "Fair winds from Heaven, Miss?"

Meph listened like an eager student to a lesson in his favorite subject as she discussed her faith and its failings. He could clearly see her point, though he had a different perspective on it. In his deep, gentle voice he said, "Rest your worried mind. I can attest that there is indeed a Heaven. Though, it's not exactly what you would imagine. There is peace, though." His eyes looked off, he focused on nothing in particular, just away from her when he said, "Our Gods, be it one supreme or a poly theology kind, they choose souls to test. Like the Herculean trials. The souls that are the most tormented are usually being groomed for something greater in the beyond." Again, the confidence in his words seemed to come from experience more than study.
But he moved on, wanting...needing that subject to be changed. He did not to dwell in the wretchedness of his past, but look hopefully to the future. But, history was something he never minded discussing, whether is was his own or from a book. "Most ancient cultures, as we refer to them now, were bloodthirsty. Most of the ancient Romans had been practicing pagans, accustomed to ritals where blood sacrifices were a requirement. The gladiator games were just a sophisticated way of being the masses under the control of the empire. Blood was a craving of normal men who were incapable of being warriors themselves."
But the subject changed again to Gandrell and he looked at his friend with admiration. "He's my best friend. But, he's a lonely soul. Be gentle with him if you intend to touch his heart." But their conversation had to be on pause as he had patrons waiting for him.
Trinity (the sexualized angel) was a very experienced kisser, this he could tell by the confidence she exuded. Meph, was no kiss virgin, but it wasn't something he did often. He followed the angel's lead as their lips met. If the kiss was considered good, then it was due to her efforts and his response to those efforts. When she didn't linger near him after the kiss he turned his attention to the lady in the long, tight black dress. He offered her a polite bow of his head and waited for her to approach him.

Gandrell had just been kind of just there since all the hecticness had died down. He had been collecting himself, putting himself in a better mood. He glanced back over to Ella and Meph and, to his enjoyment, he saw that Meph was engaging with a customer and Ella was headed his way. He greeted her with a warm smile, "No congratulations are needed. I seemed to have made myself quite unpopular but, se la vie (that's how things happen)," he said with an innocent shrug of his shoulders. He moved to stand in front of her, his hands reaching out over the short distance to take hers, "For a moment there I was concerned you had found better company. Bonding over an animal can bring certain emotions out of people. I would not have been able to compete with that."
But it seemed Ella wanted to talk about Meph. That was a different subject to downplay it to the extreme. "He is just fine," Gandrell gave Ella's hands a little squeeze. "One day, perhaps, I will tell you his story. But," Gand raised the octave of his voice to one that suggested enjoyment and excitement, "Today is not that day. I have too much to learn about you." Gandrell was not being dismissive. Rather he was hinting towards a potential future where he would be willing to share such intimacies with her.
"So, your brother seems to be bewitched by our princess. Would it be out of sorts to ask them if they would like to have a double date when this is over? Get to know each other a little better? Maybe make him like me?" Gandrell laughed teasingly.

Aurora smiled brightly and her eyes seemed to almost twinkle when Undertow said he loved to swim and that he would do it all day everyday if he could. "Me too! I'd just live in the water if I could....I can't quite explain it but something about being in the water is just so freeing and calming," she answered excitedly. When he asked her which beach her friend planned to take her to, she couldn't resist feeling hopeful as she tried recalling the conversation with Azula before she agreed to come tonight. "Unfortunately she hasn't told me yet but that's most likely because we only just decided to go. If you'd like we can exchange numbers and I can let you know once she tells me. You'd be welcome to join us if you wanted," she offered in a hopeful voice.
When Sadie had returned and spoke with Meph, she returned the woman's greeting and told her her name but didn't attempt to further engage with the woman. She wasn't really trying to be rude or anything but the she was a bit much for Aurora. The way she was practically throwing herself at Undertow and being so blatant with her flirting was almost unnerving for her. Though to Undertow's credit he didn't seem to be really feeding into it or acknowledging it much after watching the two when Sadie left to tend to a patron before returning.
It was then that a rather scantily clad angel approached the booth with her eyes on Undertow and a ticket in her hand. While she understood that it was the purpose of the booth and all, she still couldn't help but feel a little irritated that her time with him was being interrupted. Though she was a appeased a little when he took the drink they were sharing from her and drank from it before telling her he'd be back with a wink. Now alone with Sadie, she felt a little awkward and decided to take the opportunity to get a refill of their drink. She was quickly realizing that she wasn't that great at interacting with other women outside of Azula and Miss Wynter, the owner of the shelter the two women were staying at.

Trinity’s senses were very intuned to the things around her. Heartbeats and blood streams. It made her smile when she felt an intense jealousy fill the booth, but she didn’t say anything. Yet. In truth, it only made the competition sweeter. She twirled her finger around her pink curls, watching the pirate and waiting for him to have a moment.
When he did, that sultry smile spread across that perfect face. His voice was gorgeous, she thought as she scanned him, and his eyes were an ocean blue. As if they held the sea in them. “The fairest, if we’re honest.” She replied softly, stepping a little closer to the booth. “But it seems that just a fair wind came from the sea. Or were you hiding away in the mysterious ocean?.” She was teasing, of course, but he was hot, she was hot, and she liked the idea of a really hot kiss.
After his answer, should there be one, and when both were ready, Trinity would lean into him, her fingers moving over his neck in a feather touch from her pillow soft hands, before moving down to his chest. She would pull him in for the kiss, unafraid of them, and again, very experienced. Her kiss would be pure heat, and a level of desire that burned, the kind of kiss designed to capture and move. Right now it was directed at Undertow, but it was actually just Trinity’s natural state. She always ran hot like this. She was beautiful, sexy, talented and desirable, and she wasn’t afraid to use any of these qualities if she needed them.
Her tongue would soon seek his permission to deepen the kiss, and if allowed, her hands would lightly grip his coat for an added layer. Eventually, naturally, it would come to a close, and she bit his lip just a touch, and her bright eyes would look into his. “And that was the fairest of them all.” She whispered between them.

Trying to be charming, though charm was not his strong suit he said, "Let me guess..." He squinted his eyes and acted like he was thinking hard. He then opened his eyes wide, as if he had had an epiphany, "Pink is your favorite color." He wasn't much of a flirt but he could use some of the techniques he watched his friends use when they flirted.
A mischievous grin played on his lips, "I do tend to hide in the sea. The water is healing and holds all kinds of hidden adventures." He leaned a little closer to the angel, "Would you like to see my dingy?" Realizing how that sounded he quickly corrected himself as his cheeks flushed hot with blood. "Boat! I mean, boat. Ship, rather. Bigger than a boat. The ship, not my dingy. I mean..." He closed his eyes and shook his head, "I am very sorry about that."
But she still seemed to want to kiss him. Maybe she was one of those girls that enjoyed men getting tongue tied and word vomiting at her. He had surely done that. Her fingers were on his neck, tempting him in as his eyes closed and he closed the distance between them. He felt her hands run down his chest and then the tug forward. It made the distance close all the faster and their lips found each other. Passion was prominent from the angel and Undertow rose to the occasion to meet her heat. His left hand lifted and curved around the back of her neck, giving the angel the indication he wanted to prolong the kiss. He felt it as she gripped his coat and held him to her.
When they finally broke apart his knees were weak and he needed to steady himself against the thin plywood that separated them. "May the sea gods show mercy and blow you back my way again one day." He was clearly flustered and it took him a moment to be able to walk back over to his small group.

As Rayna waited, for a seemingly immovable statue, she wasn’t entirely sure what she was supposed to do. She kept looking him up and down, at least until she heard Sadie’s comment. Chuckling to herself, she glanced over her shoulder at the she-devil. “Here’s hoping that’ll be enough.”
As she went back to trying to figure out what she was supposed to be doing here, and waiting for some kind of reply, her ears caught words. Ridiculous words. Words that clearly came from a stumbling mouth. Rayna, who happened to be standing next to Undertow, slowly turned her head towards him. “What just came from your mouth?” She laughed softly, but then quieted again to watch. She watched him with fascination as he hotly kissed the Angel, who gave him a kiss that even Rayna could feel the heat of. “Damn girl.” She whispered as she watched the heat.
When the Angel was ready to leave, Rayna waited just long enough that she wouldn’t be heard by the customers, before she just had to excuse herself from waiting, and move towards Undertow. Rayna watched him and found she couldn’t resist. In an obvious teasing tone, she asked; “So uh, just for curiosity sake, exactly how much bigger is your dingy?” If he looked or glared at her, her grin would be huge and playful.

Sadie just stood there awkwardly in front of the mermaid, she knew this little girl didn't like her for some reason. She thought it was rude to just ignore someone when they were being nice and introducing herself, but Sadie wouldn't dwell because she could careless of the stranger's opinion or judgemental attitude. She then turned to look towards the people in the front of the booth.
Rayna had still been standing there, looking as if to be waiting on the giant guy in front of her. Sadie then looked towards Undertow who approached the sexy as hell angel. She sensed the pirate get flustered and soon after she heard exactly what he said, to which made her bust out laughing. Well, that definitely lightened up the atmosphere from the chaos that happened before this. She mused to herself still laughing as she heard him try fixing his statement only making it worse. She watched the rugged man as he broke from the steamy kiss of with the angel. She thought he might need to have a seat after that, so she looked around and found a metal folding chair leaning against the DJ booth. She grabbed it and prepared it for him, as he walked towards them again she said, "Here Lusty Pirate, you look like you need a seat after that hot ass kiss." She winked playfully at him pointing at the chair she pulled out for him that she was standing behind.
As he would possibly take her offer, she then proceeded and walked around the chair, trailed her hand across his broad back and straight up sat in his lap, while she put her arms around his neck. She leaned her face closer to his and ran her nose over his, gently. She whispered, "That was hot as hell, My Fearless Pirate." As her blueish purple eyes were burning into his blue eyes, "I'm going to give you that redo now." She raised her hand over the back of his neck, sending some sparks and pulled him into a searing kiss, hoping it would gain her tongue entrance.
Their tongues clashed and danced all in one, as they had their little make out session. She pulled from him slightly as the kiss broke, "10." She said flirtatiously, and released one arm from behind his neck. She ran her hand down his chest tantalizingly, smiled mischievously and said, "I am going to go save our ringmaster over there, but if you want more of my company, you know where to find me, Handsome." She pecked him one more time on the lips and got off his lap and looked at the wannabe mermaid and smirked, then headed towards Rayna.
As she headed towards the ringmaster, she saw the angel and as their eyes met she winked at Trinity. "That was hot as hell and you're absolutely gorgeous in that costume, but you probably already know that." She chuckled and said to the angel and proceeded towards Rayna. "Are we playing statue here or are we going to get this show on the road?" She joked but was serious at the same time, waiting to see what would happen or if she could help.

Wynter didn't mind waiting her turn with the Gladiator. The man was handsome and rather pleasing to the eye plus given his conversation with the priest, he was also rather intelligent. It was also refreshing to see such politeness from him given how most modern men lacked manners much less the capability to treat women the way they should. Smiling softly, she gracefully stepped forward in the place of the overly confident and sexualized angel and held out her ticket. "Hello Mr. Gladiator....I couldn't help but to overhear your conversation with the young priest behind you and am quite fascinated to hear more of your knowledge on gladiators. The Romans and Greeks are quite a passion of mine. After a kiss of course and only if you are welcome to some of my company," she said softly with a gentle smile.
A smile crossed his face. He nudged Drael and gestured for him to follow.
"Nevermind the kissing thing. Give the tickets to someone. I got something better."
He started off towards the exit with the giant following him. As they walked, he kept his tone low as he spoke "you know, I'm quite proud of you. That could have gotten bowling-shoe ugly. Luckily, Soki wasn't here"
Drael simply held up a hand. "Mathius.....just drop it. Nothing was going to happen anyway. Let's just get back."
Mathius nodded. "I'll make ziti carbonara for everyone tonight"
Drael looked at his long-time friend "you know the vampire was just doing his job, right?
Mathius snok his head "no.....this one's on me. I know how you still feel about Hotaku."
Drael nodded "that's big of you. Who knows. Maybe I wouldhave made a friend given my bubbly personality"

Meph swallowed hard as he waited for the next patron of the kissing booth to step up to him. He watched her respectfully as she decided to chat rather than hand him a ticket to get a kiss. This somewhat confused the Spartan but there was no one standing behind her waiting and Ella had gone to find Gandrell. Meph listened to her mention her passion regarding the Greeks and Romans. Not trying to be a smart mouth, Meph gently corrected her, "I'm supposed to be a Spartan." He looked down at his costume, not completely sure if he was pulling it off. But gladiators were something he knew a little too much about. "Conversation is welcomed always. Though, was it the desire to talk that brought you here? Certainly, you would like to trade a ticket for a kiss from one of our volunteers." She might only be interested in him for conversation, which didn't upset him at all. But she might want to spend her ticket on someone.
Aurora couldn't help but giggle softly when Undertow fumbled his flirting attempt with the angel. It was rather cute especially seeing him blush like that although she couldn't help but be a little surprised considering the way he had so effortlessly flirted with her. When the angel went to kiss him, she chose to look away and put her focus on the drink they were sharing being refilled. She had a feeling he would be wanting a good drink from it.
When he finally returned to her side, she turned to face him but before she could say anything first the ringmaster came over to tease him some more and then Sadie offered him a chair to then sit in his lap and practically shove her tongue down his throat as they made out. Trying not be react childishly and be the bigger woman, she suddenly became very much engrossed in drinking. So much so that she didn't put the cup down or come up for air until Sadie had already walked away thus missing whatever look she had given Aurora. Though she did feel the woman's eyes on her.
Now that the cup was no longer blocking her vision, she would see a very stunned Undertow sitting there and felt sorry for him. Realizing she had nearly downed the entire contents of the cup, she got another refill and brought it over to him just as her phone chimed with a text from her friend Azula telling her that she had located a place that was still open for some good food. "You look like you could use this and break. Care to join me and my friend for a late dinner? My friend is treating and told me to let you know you're welcome to join us. You could find out from her which beach she wants to take me to and the pleasure of more of my company away from all this chaos. Maybe exchange numbers and make plans to see each other again. You could show me your dingy or was it your ship?" She couldn't resist throwing in a little gentle tease as she held the cup out to him and stood in front of him.

Wynter's eyes widened and she blushed deeply with embarrassment as she looked away for a moment before looking back up at him. "I sincerely apologize. I'm clearly not as informed on the differences between Spartans and Gladiators as I thought. I hope you can forgive me. I also seem to have gotten ahead of myself in my excitement from overhearing your conversation earlier and well being a little nervous. I hope this will make up for it," she explained in a soft and gentle voice.
As she finished speaking, she gently took his hand and placed the ticket in his open palm then carefully closed his fingers over it. Having now given him her ticket, she would then signal for him to bend down closer to her. When he complied, she moved as close to the plywood as she could before raising her hands to gently cup his cheeks between them. Leaning closer to him, she guided his head until their lips finally touched in a gentle kiss. Shyly she tilted her head slightly to the side and parted her lips to signal her willingness to deepen the kiss if he wanted.
