Without hesitation Elund gets a rock from the ground and throws it towards the goblin "Get out of our way scum!"

Samuel's gaze snaps towards the front of the caravan, his eyes opening, as he leans partially forward, before he shakes his head, "Ah, hell, a monster.." His right hand crosses over his front, as his fingers curl around his short sword, drawing it. His boots scuff against the soft grass, as his form moves forward, waiting in front of the caravan.

Estrell's gaze lingers upon the goblin, before her right arm flicks forward, a dagger's handle sliding subtly into her palm, as her fingers curl about it. Her thinner form is carried forward by her boots, her form stopping beside's Samuel's.

The rock collides into the goblin's forehead, its eyes losing focus briefly, as a large sized bruise appears on its head. It waves its sword about and points it at Elund, yelling out, "Gob-bogob!" Its short legs carried its form forward, as its hand lifts up and waves its sword about, stopping just short of the other two cadets.

Without hesitation Elund charges forward, using her sword in a slashing movement trying to cut the goblin in half. " I don't know what are you trying to say, but you are on our way! Estrelle be careful about other goblins hiding, check the borders of the road while we take care of this one!"

Estrelle’s head gives a single nod, as her boots carry her form around the outskirts of the road, her right hand placing itself upon one of the large, limestone rocks, her gaze drifting around its girth. Samuel takes a few steps forward, as his right hand draws the broad sword upwards, before bringing it down upon the goblin’s form, before the goblin spits at Elund, his meaty fist pulling back to punch at her.

The Goblin's fist collides into Elund's knee with a sickening thump, his form twirling in place when the blade comes diagonally, his cheek being cut, as his stumpy foot collides into Elund's other knee with a solid thump.

Samuel's broad blade comes down upon the goblin's ear, cutting it in half, as the goblin punches him in the groin, his form staggering partially back, "This...this is why I hate fighting monsters.."

Estrell looks back, her right hand pushing off of the limestone rock, as her gaze lingers upon the other two squires, her voice loud, "There is a band of goblins headed this way. Their legs are short, but I suggest killing that one as quickly as possible." Her boots carry her form towards the bleeding goblin.

Elund steps back after the impact on both of her knees, frowning she looks up to Estrelle and makes an effort to get back in the fight, doing her best to slash the Goblin with her broad sword. " Merchants get ready to continue forward in the moment this goblin is dead!" she asks towards Estrelle "How many of them?!"

Samuel’s form clambers to its feet, as his left hand snaps to his hat’s bill, pulling it forward, his gaze drifting towards Estrell, who’s boots carried her form rapidly towards the goblin’s, her dagger catching it in the back with a short thrust. The goblin gives a short, “-Ob! Gobwob!” Elund’s broad sword leaves a gash in the goblin’s leathery skin, the tip becoming reddened. The goblin stumbles backward, before its head forces itself backwards, into Estrell’s stomach, as she staggers back, her left hand grasping her side, “There were six, maybe seven short figures…I presume they are goblins.”

Samuel’s right hand brings his sword close to his form, before swiping it at the goblin, horizontally. The goblin’s head ducked, and a piece of its red cap falls to the soft grass below. Mr. Straik lifts his cane up and taps it on the side of the caravan, his voice shouting raspy orders to the other merchants, “You heard the lass! Keep those steeds steady, and get ready to move!” The other merchants nod towards Mr. Straik, their hands running themselves along the chocobos’ sides, as their gaze drifts towards the cadets and the goblin, then towards the distant, short figures.

The goblin lifts left hand to its cheek, as its fingers become reddened. Its eyes widen, and snap towards Elund, its left, meaty fist charging forward to punch itself into her side, twice, but the second punch slides past her side, catching the cloth of her clothing.

Girthing her teeth she does her best to dodge the punches throw by the goblin "Damn it, this creature is resistant!" using the broad sword with both hands she sends another slashing movement with it, trying to kill the goblin, she drifts her gaze towards the incoming figures letting out a grunt in desesperation; if one of them gives problems, she don't want to know what could happen if they need to fight against six.

Samuel’s form spins back around, facing the goblin, his teeth gritting together, “This lands beasts aren’t gonna die easily. This is why I hate fighting monsters..” His right hand pulls back and thrusts his broad sword’s tip forward, towards the goblin’s form. Estrell lifts her form straightening before crouching low, her hands curling about her dagger’s hilt, flicking it to where the point of the blade was sideways, and her thumb pressing into the hilt’s end. Her right hand moves towards her chest as it lunges forward, towards the goblin’s neck.

The goblin’s beady eyes snap towards Elund as its stubby legs rush forward, its right hand forms a fist, which collides into the cadet’s stomach. Samuel’s blade thwacks it upside the head as it stumbles to the right, as Elund’s blade slices off its left ear, a piercing, “Gobowob!” from the goblin’s throat, its left hand lifting up to press itself against the bleeding stump. Estrell’s blade leaves a straight slice through the fabric of the goblin’s shirt, the white fabric soon stained with red.

The goblin’s form stumbles forward, as his left foot kicks outward, catching Samuel’s gauntlet, which is sent upwards, into his jaw. Samuel’s holds his jaw with his hand, rubbing it. The goblin regains its footing and spins itself about, blood splattering into the soft grass below, his right fist twirling about before it collides into Elund’s side.

Across the plains, the goblin group were gaining speed, their stumpy legs carrying them up and over the “jaws” of the plain, their features becoming more pronounced, as their voices could be faintly heard.

"Ugh...This goblin hits hard...!" She shakes her head trying to regain her composture, an eyebrow raising as the other goblins come closer to the caravan. "Keep trying to kill this thing!" without hesitation the cadet steps to a side of the goblin, trying to hurt his other leg with her bastard sword "At least let's see if we can inmovilize this creature!"

The goblin's legs bend down as it launches itself at Elund, catching her around the midsection. The goblin and the cadet land upon the grass, as the goblin's bloodied face sharpened, its good eye twitching madly. The goblin's left hand grasps the cadet's shirt, before its right hand punches her twice in one eye. The other two cadet's lower their blades upon the goblin's back, causing it to look upwards, before seizing up, and falling over.

The other goblins clamber over the jagged rocks of the plains, some falling over each other. The merchants peer over at the fallen goblin, their gazes snapping back to Mr. Straik, who places two fingers within his mouth and blows a sharp whistle, "Ayery up! Its time to move!"

Samuel's left hand lifts up, rubbing at his nose and jaw, "Tiny balls of evil, that's all goblins are. Tiny, muscled, evil things." Estrell's boots carry her towards the fellow, her side touching his as her hands grasp his arm, placing it over her shoulder. Her gaze drifts towards Elund, "We have to move quickly, lest the goblins catch us." Estrell's form moves forward, followed by the off-movement of Samuel, their forms nearing the back of the merchant caravan.

Elund lets out a grunt as she sheathes her blade, a hand covering her eyes while stepping towards the caravan "Damn it...Go go go!" She perches herself by one of the sides of the caravan, using her free hand for that. "Those freaks hit hard, I don't know If I'm going to recover before reach our destiny" she bites her lower lip, barely able to look at Estrelle and Samuel.
