I'll preface this by saying that I have no clue how possible this idea is in terms of coding (or if this has been asked before), just that it would be nice to have available.

I know on some forums it's possible to modify the img tag to change the image, and RPR does do that, but only with the 'align' tag. Is it possible to add a 'size' tag so that images can be resized at will when applying them to text boxes? It'd be more useful than the current system of 'constantly uploading and reuploading on imgur to find the right size to fit our profile'.

If this is for profiles, if you're using the rows and columns system introduced when RPR upgraded a few years ago, images should automatically resize to fit within the limits of the column they're set in. This also keeps them a lot more flexible for folks using various sizes of screens.

I thought that height and width could also be defined within an image tag the same as it can be for a youtube tag, but it's not wanting to work currently, so I might just be remembering that wrong.

I understand the request, but I think it creates a whole new set of issues -- hard-coding an image to always be a certain size only works when the page is always being viewed from one sized screen. When swapping, to, say, a little mobile screen, an image that is always 500px wide (or whatever) can cause weird horizontal scrolling you didn't actually mean to create.
