Once the Merry-Go-Round was going round and round Vlad cheerfully laughed. This was so much fun! Hopefully the day wouldn't end as soon as it had yesterday. Seeing this 5 year old couldn't tell time, he just had to go with rather it was bright, and dark outside.
Luisa kept running as fast as she could until she couldn't run anymore and then she let go and stepped back, letting the Merry-Go-Round go on it's own until it slowed down by itself. She was having fun. And she really hoped that things wouldn't get cut short today like they had yesterday.
Vlad noticed Luisa had quit pushing, she must've got tired. He let the Merry-Go-Round finish spinning before he jumped off it. He looked around, seeing A parent playing with their two children in the distance..
Luisa stood still, catching her breath. "Did I do a good job?" She asked, but then she followed his gaze and noticed the family. "Ah..."
Vlad looked at Luisa, "yeah.." he said faintly before looming back at the family. It wasent his family, but they seemed to be having so much fun. If only his grandfather played with him and his brother. He and his brother usually had to find ways to occupy themselves on their own.
Luisa sat down on the edge of the Merry-Go-Round. "I wish I had a parent like that." She said wistfully. Her dad was no where near nice or caring. He was more interested in his liquor. She'd never had a sibling to play with either, she was often alone. Until she met Vlad, that is.
"Me and my brother just have our Grandfather, our parents are...gone," he said quietly, watching the children play with their guardians. After a moment he looked at Luisa, "arent your parents nice?..." he asked like he thought hers would've been nice.
"I just have my dad. And he's busy a lot." She said, looking at the family. "He never plays with me or anything." She glanced at Vlad and shrugged. "But it's okay."
Vlad looked down, and sat down a few inches from Luisa on the dirt rather then the merry-go-round. He looked up at her, "you can always play with me.." he said, before looking away, "depending upon if he let's me.." he mused,
Luisa looked down at him and smiled. "I'd like that." She thought about it for a moment. "He usually leaves me alone, except at night time. He doesn't care what I do during the day."
Vlad looked back up her, "so we can play everyday?" He asked her with a smile.
"Yeah! Sure!" She smiled at him. "Everyday! Right here at the park. Unless you want to play somewhere else."
Vlad grinned brightly. He could see it now, playing with his new friend each and every day, it sounded awesome! Vlad looked at an old, dead leaf, and picked it up and began playing with it. "Want to play Explorer?" He asked.
Luisa grinned back at him. She couldn't wait now, she finally had a friend. "What's Explorer?" She asked curiously, eager to know what kind of game it might be.
"It's where we go on an adventure!" He said standing up, still playing with his leaf. "Draw a map, and go search for treasure around town" he said. So basically it was like treasure hunt.
"Oh! Okay!" She stood up. "Where is our map?" She asked cheerfully, bouncing a little. "We have to find the treasure!" She giggled.
Vlad pulled a piece of folded paper out of his pocket. Slowly he unfolded it, and looked over it. He and his little brother had planned to play Explorer, but never got around to it. "Follow me!" He said, and began to walk forward.
"Okay!" She leaned to the look at the paper, but gave in and followed Vlad. "Lead the way!" She was excited to see if this new game was super fun.
Vlad lead the way on this little Treasure Hunt. He walked out of the park, and started walking along the sidewalk. The map was basically a printed out version of some town, rather it was this town or not was unknown, but it didn't matter.
It had blue, green, and red X's to indicate where the treasure was. He walked at a steady pace so Luisa could keep up with him. He occasionally looked up, then looked down at the map once again. After awhile of walking he stopped near a grass field. He ran to the middle of the field and stopped, and got on his knees, "the map says treasures here"

Luisa followed him closely, looking around. When he stopped, she sat down to help him. "Do we dig it up? Or is it hidden in the grass?" She looked around in the grass for treasure.
