Aurea looked over the green, emerald plains from her view of the mountain. She stood where a sparkling ocean, a dark, eerie forest and the emerald plains met. This sort of sight was a rare occurrence and difficult to seek. Where the dragon stood in her human form, was the center of where light magic was to be the strongest.
Aurea seemed out of place within the scenery. She was no normal dragon. Her elegant, white hair flowed down her shoulders to the center of her slim back, glowing in the sunlight that seeped between the clouds. Her eyes were of a soft, blue color, giving her white, soft skin that of which was a beautiful appearance. She wore a brown villager dress but had small amount of leather at her joints, allowing her movement where the dress would not let her move.
She possessed the appearance of an elf that grew up in a cold region but her spirit, blood and powers belonged to those of a white dragon. A creature rarer than an elf sitting in plain sight. A strong creature but was easily befallen by kindness and sadness.
She scanned the fields, her posture that of a strong warrior but at the same time, that of an elegant woman. Her soft, elven ears moved gently as the wind caressed her body as it fled past her. A sure warning of a dark storm was approaching from the east.
She closed her eyes and raised her hands so they were clasped tightly together in front of her, whispering a gentle prayer to those close to her that had chosen their journeys to the gods so long ago and one player asking for Tamara's guidance and protection.
Letting her hands fall to her sides, Aurea hoisted a small traveling pack onto her shoulder. She possessed enough rations to last her at least 2 days. Watching her step, she began to make her way down the mountain, careful of loose rocks.

The little fuzzy faced Wabbaloq was one of only a select number who had ever ventured from his home. He traveled from village to village selling medicines and explosive powders. Piiro was a sarcastic little one who never liked to admit it but the road of travel was getting rather lonely. His feet were tired, he thought about sitting for a moment to rest but if he had he wouldn't have caught up to the elven beauty that was Aurae.
Piiro turned a bend leading out of the dim forest threw a stony path that brought him to where the sea and emerald plains met. He had never imagined how beautiful it would be, and he saw her. "Hey" he called to Aurae putting a small skip in his step until his tiny legs finally caught up to the elf lady, "ever seen fireworks before?" He grinned up at her trying to make conversation.

Aurea looked at him, startled a bit." I can't say I haven't, kind sir." Her voice was smooth and velvety, making her seem more kinder, though it was evident that she was older than she seemed from the way she spoke. She smiled kindly at him." I take it as you have seen fireworks before. I do not linger in a populated area for too long."
Her blue eyes turned a soft green, almost hazel, as she studied the creature." I have never seen a being such as yourself. May I ask what you are?" She pushed her white hair behind her slender ear so it would not move into the way.

The small fluffy creature was over joyed, he dropped his pack. "I'm a Wabbaloq." Piiro said digging threw the large sack, "We are crafts men in the northern forest of Loqwood." From his pack he drew out a black ball, a red ball and a blue ball. "These," he explained, "are fireworks! The Black is a smoke bomb, the red is a fire bomb, and the blue," He paused to check if she was still interested in his lives work, he could tell, "The blue on is what i like to call a phoenix bomb."
The sun was setting he took out a match at lit the smoke bomb, it burst in to thick black smoke probably sold to thieves to help them escape. Next he lit the red one, it exploded in to a ball of sparkling fire, probably bought by children on kingdom holidays. Piiro reached into his matchbox once more, gone. "You wouldn't happen to have any dragon matches would you?"

Aurea watched the Wabbaloq as he seemed so happy that she was paying attention. She studied each ball he little and listened to him to him speak. He was very interesting as he explained what he was and what the colored explosives were.
"A dragon match? I have heard of one before." She gently put her own pack on the ground and opened it. A soft scent of mint and rosemary wafted from the bag as she looked through herbal bottle and dried herds. She pulled out a stick and being very careful, she blew on the stick. White flames flew to the stick and set the tip of fire, staying white.
"Though I do happen to be a dragon." She smiled at him.

Piiro fell from his feet half in terror, and half in amazement. "You're, you're a dragon!" He said taking the match from her hand slowly, he had this new sense of fear for her. She could burn him alive in a short breathe, but she still was kinder then most to him. A noise came from his bag, he disregarded it and lit the last ball as they continued to walk. It was tossed forward as this blueish silver phoenix erupted from the ball flying forward charring the grass ahead in a perfect cut.
He quietly looked at her, fearing if she was displeased she would engulf him in her flames. "So," Piiro said, "Whats what I do, make, travel, and sell." He looked out at the sea, wind escaping his lungs out of pure terror of the beautiful woman, "What is your quest my lady? Where is your destiny taking you?"

A man walked out into the clearing of the dark eerie forest to the west. He seemed to brush himself off as he looked around. He was finally out of that forest it had taken him a long time to traverse the terrain of the dark place. He sat down against the tree and pulled out a small canteen that sat along his jacket. He popped the lid off the canteen and drank the remaining liquid within the small container. He fixed his jacket which had the colors of a dark land that was once rumored about. The land which the jacket represented was that of the Abyss which was long forgotten throughout time.
He placed the small canteen back within its place at the edge of his jacket and stood up. The breeze was finally available to the man as the trees no longer surrounded him from all sides. The steady gusts of wind managed to blow his bangs out of his face and let them lay upon the top of his head. He stood there not enjoying the steady wind anymore. He spent a large amount of time trying to get his dark Teal hair to finally sit properly before he got up. The hair color that he had was in fact his natural hair color.
He looked over to the two people in the distance who seemed to be engaged in a conversation. He noticed the white flame and his interest had been peaked. He finally began to walk over towards them.

Aurea watched the firework in amazement." I do not know my quest. I go where my mind wanders." She smiled at the small being." My name is Aurae and I am a white dragon but there is no reason to fear me, my friend. I found my passage of peace years ago."
She stopped and looked up, hearing the footsteps of a approaching being. She shifted slightly, her eyes turning into a soft purple." May I ask who approaches?" She looked the direction of which the man was approaching. She seemed to be relaxed but she was ready for any type of attack.

"Yes, indeed you may ask who approaches. I am Quade, Quade Alveron no need for alarm. I am much like yourself, A type of being which has been around for long periods of time. There is no need to think that I would attack someone such as yourself. I am an Ancestral Mimic and I am pleased to meet you." the man took a short bow to them and stood back up looking at them. "I had noticed the White Flames from a distance and I must say it peaked my interest. I had heard of colored flames... But I've never come in contact with them until now. May I ask what this type of flame bears as its strength?"
An ancestral mimic, what was that? Another noise came from the Wabbaloq's bag as he picked it up. He hit the sack with his little elbow and his giant pack was still once more. Piiro looked up in amazement of his new traveling companions. It was a long road to the Sapphire City, maybe it wouldn't be so bad traveling with a dragon lady, and an ancient mime? Architect minister? That guy, who ever he was!
She watched Quade." Tis a pleasure to meet you Quade. Colored flames belong to those of dragon blood and a few selected." She smiled slightly." I am a white dragon, my friend. That is why my flames are white.. May I ask what exactly is an Ancestral Mimic?"
She glanced over at Piiro." Tis something wrong with your pack?" She watched his pack. She smiled, a bit embarrassed, at Piiro." Sorry. I did not mean to pry if I did." She bowed her head slightly.

"So, It seems your not exactly familiar with the Ancestral Mimics. Well I don't no expect you to be familiar about us. The ancestral Mimics are a byproduct of reproduction with humans with the original Mimic species. That's why ancestral Mimics look much like humans instead of creatures as we used to be. We also come from the depths of the Abyss. A place which has probably been long forgotten in the past." he took a moment to take in the information she had previously told him. "I see a dragon, I'm surprised normally the dragons have a much more... Vicious personality."
Distracted from Quade's monologue Piiro blushed, "Tis nothing my lady." He said peaking into his bag to make sure the package was quiet. Fore it wasn't the time to reveal his cargo just yet, "Where are you headed Mr. Mimic?" He stuttered trying to change the subject. "East Perhaps?" It was still a weeks journey left to go and there were mountains, monsters, and mad men between him and the Sapphire City, a little company would be nice.
Aurae blinked and smiled at Quade." My kind are known for our vicious color but I am not the same. I was not raised within the arms of my parents." She put her pack back onto her shoulder.
"My dear Wabbaloq, where are you heading?" She looked at Piiro, her eyes returning to their soft blue." I have no place in particular I need to go. I can travel with you if you wish." She gave Piiro a gentle bow, smiling.

"Are you sure my lady?" Piiro asked, giddy inside, "I'd love your company but its a long road east to the Sapphire City." He looked in behind him at his pack unsure if he should reveal his true reason for venturing to the religious city by the sea. "I'm going to," He paused, "sell my fire works and smoke bombs to the children of the city." He didn't exactly lie, he would indeed do that but the powerful spell book in his pack needed to get to the Blue Priestess.
The sound of pages fluttering and voices in his bag from the book had stopped a few minutes ago, "I would indeed enjoy the company though, if you have no other late quests." The fuzzy face turned to Mr. Quade, "And you sir? Where is your destiny taking you on this fine day?"

"Myself? I'm not quite sure where I'm heading at this time. I just came from the forest to the west. I had been in there for a few days traversing the terrain. I'll say that I'm quite exhausted and I would prefer to find somewhere near by to rest. I can Accompany you two on your journey until I have to make my way back home."
Piiro dropped his bag and pulled a small blanket out of his pack. "Then I suppose well rest here for the night, and in the morning... east to the Sapphire City!" The little Wabbaloq was happy to have some strong company to help him get his destination. "It's getting late anyway." The Little man curled up on the ground, laying his head on his oversize pack. "Anyone got any good stories?"
Aurea gathered a bit of wood and set up a campfire, lighting it with her white flames. She set her pack down and looked at Piiro." I am afraid not, my dear friend. All my stories are boring and a bit saddening." She smiled softly." My whole life was full of wars and pain as I grew up." She searched through her pack and pulled out a mint leaf, nibbling on it a bit.
Quade had leaned back for a moment and place a finger to his chin thinking. "Well, I have a lot of stories about my home land... I can't call them the most interesting. I can say that my brother was actually the ruler of our race back home for a short period of time. He wasn't exactly accepted because he doesn't have any Ancestral Mimic Talents. It's funny he's older than me in Human years yet younger in Mimic years. So that makes me his older brother, We have specific Genes that predetermined our age which we stay out. He was about twenty one, myself I stopped in my late nineteenth year." he wasn't sure how good of a short story that was. He wasn't exactly used to telling any kinds of stories.
"How strange," Piiro paused realizing this comment may be taken as rude. "I have a good story though," He said a bit exited, he could trust his new traveling companions right? Piiro scratched his head and looked in his bag at soft brown eyes looking back, "In the farthest Islands of the north there is a place called the Ember Isle, where they worship Dragons as their gods! But some dragons were cruel and when a boy tried to wage war against the elder dragon Tatsuya for killing his father he was punished. The dragon honored the boys attempt so he fused the boy with his own spell book. The boy's soul is forever eighteen, trapped in this mystic item and he has no idea how to become human again." The brown eye's in the pack closed softly, a small sparkle showed Piiro that the Book of Bathe was crying.
