Atlas dodged the first couple arrow before jumping into the fire truck! Glass began to shatter all around him. He put his sisters body in the back of the truck and tore the dash up mixing some wires he powered the truck on and it began to scream and honk wildly, "No, no, stop!" Atlas push switches wildly, he looked up at the archers on the second floor and noticed a familiar face, it was Nick. He smiled, at least he had back up now.
A blue switch in the truck stuck out to Atlas, he pulled it and water began to spray all over, he quickly pulled it again, he could waste this liquid! Especially since this truck would be their way out! If this was the garage then Nameless's couch had to be against the putter wall, he pushed on the gas and turned the fire truck to face the couch, "GRENADE!!!" He yelled loud enough to over shout the savage screams. He pointed at the wall with his samurai sword from inside the cab of the truck. If Jai was with Nick and he blew the wall out the truck could smash through the rest and they'd make their escape!

Nick leaped up into the window rolling on the floor to break his landing. This however gained the attention of two bandits, Nick killed one immediately and dogged the arrow of the second. He slid on the floor and shot the second one in head. He checked the hallway and there didn't seem to be anymore left on the second floor, with this in mind he walked over the staircase and peeked down, witnessing Atlas take the body of his sister into the truck, dodging a rain of arrows. It was then that he finally realized that all of the bandits wore distinct Yellow Jackets and this gave him an idea. He went back to the bandits he just killed and took one of their jackets, putting it on himself and joining the other archers, pointing his crossbow in Atlas's direction, pretending to fire at him. He watched as Atlas turned the truck around towards the sofa, but his heart skipped a beat when he asked for the grenade.
"Damn it, I knew Jai should've come up here first!" He screamed in his head, Jai was the only one with any grenades, so he would just have to wait for him to get inside.

Jai lept in through a window after catching the jacket and putting it on, at first the archers turned to him but as their gazes fell upon his jacket the turned back to the truck. Jai pointed his bow towards the truck to blend in, taking a few steps back to avoid detection he tossed the grenade and quickly pointed the bow back. It was only a matter of seconds before they heard the boom.
Nameless James
"I don't think you understand what your about to..." Nameless had been watching the bomb fly threw the air and was interrupted by the explosion and the sound of crumbling wall.
BOOM!!!
As the wall fell Savage began to rush into the garage, "Mistakes were made," James laughed, now fully realizing that the siren wasn't a good idea for only one man.
But wait his scouts said that there were three or four of them. Where were the others? He didn't have much time, a few archers had entered the lower garage level as the fire truck began to accelerate through the hole made in the wall by the explosion. Nameless chopped the head off of a savage as he backed out of the garage, "RETREAT!" He yelled getting himself out of there.

The sounds of Savage hitting the front of the fire truck echoed over all voices, "Come on!!!" Atlas called but this time the noise was too loud. He hoped his friends would get on but he couldn't slow down, he was barely at ten miles per hour. But eventually he did push through the undead and began to speed towards the wall of cars.
A loud crash was heard and the fire truck sped out of the bandit territory and rushed threw the streets. Savage began to spring traps and fall but Atlas could tell a lot were still on the vehicle, he whipped his mask off and flipped the hose lever. A helicopter action of water spin around pushing the savage off. "Guys you on?!?" Atlas called, hoping with all his heart to hear a response.

Nick covered his ears for the loud explosion, he was never good with loud noises. The Archers began to move to the first floor, fighting off the Savage that were invading the garage. He heard Atlas's call and quickly took a deep breath and leaped off of the railing, landing on top of the big red vehicle just before it exited the garage. He nearly fell off when they crashed into the wall of cars, but he regained his footing and began to fight off the Savage that were trying to climb on, shooting as many as could. Luckily Atlas turned on the hose which knocked off the remaining Savage.
"I'm here!" Nick replied to the driver.
"I'm here!" Nick replied to the driver.
Jaiden had to react quick, the explosion disoriented him for a while as it did the rest of the bandits but he was quick to regain composure and make for the truck. Pulling back on the string of his bow he got three arrows ready and let them fly, everything in the room was slowed down as the adrenalin was pumped into his brain, before the first arrow his it's mark Jai leaped over a table.
He was close to the truck before the second and third arrows hit impaling their marks to the back of the fire truck. he ran alongside the track as it picked up speed almost missing the handle on the side to jump onto a mini ladder to the roof of the truck, he took a leap and just about got himself hooked on before they turned a corner. He climbed to the top and helped Nick get rid of a few savages before they got wiped out by the hose.
Jaiden ran to the front of the truck and went legs first into the passenger seat trough the window "i'm in" he said out of breath

Nameless James
Nameless retreated into a back room and was met wish a painful sting on his right arm, a savage entering from the hall. Nameless kicked it off and almost brought his axe down on it but shtee king behind him caused him to shift his attention carving the fave off the cowardly savage. Nameless turned around and was surprised at what he saw, "what the hell?" Nameless smiled, "so my blood is more then I imagined, not just gold, but diamond in worth."
The savage had fallen to the floor choking and gagging in pain, an undead monster seizing and drowning on the blood it took from James. The blood from the girl was not only making him immune to the Savage, but was also toxic to their tongues? "I need that boy back," Nameless laughed knowing he would have the same rich blood as his sister, "I must find Death Lord, the after life's samurai."

Atlas saw Jai slip into the passenger seat, he quickly pulled his mask out from under his comrade so the boy wouldn't crush it, he dropped it in back and responded to Nick. "Hold on Kell!" Atlas yelled turning the fire truck quickly, it slid a bit and the Savage chasing the vehicle stumbled over each other unable to continue following.
The fire trucks gas was surprisingly still half full, Atlas maintained speed until they reached a small town with few savage. The sun was rising and he stopped in front of a grave yard, "Stay here," Atlas said, sheathing his sword to carry his sister, "I must bury her." He walked alone into the grave yard, leaving Nick and Jai alone with the truck. The world grew silent, only Atlas, his sister, and the warm wind existed as he lay her body in an open grave.
Atlas kicked the grave stone and broke it, placing his mask in front of the grave pushing the soft dirt into the hole. Reaching into the bag he dropped her hand in as well as some flowers he picked for her, then he finished burying her. "It is done," Atlas said standing, it had only taken about five minutes but it had felt like days, the ghost of his sister smiled at him as she faded for the last time.

Nick screamed as he held on for dear life, the sharp turn was definitely not expected. He was forced to ride on top of the Firetruck the whole way as they went top speed to the next town. He let out a sigh of relief once they finally stopped, but once he saw the graveyard, he knew what was coming next. He saw Atlas carry the limp body of his dead sister out of the car and over to an empty grave. Nick thought about going over and having a little ceremony, but he respected Atlas's wish of wanting to do it alone. He climbed down the ladder off of the truck, glad to be on solid ground again. He took the time to survey his surroundings, it has been so long since he left that one little town, it was somewhat overwhelming to be in a new place. However, he knew they wouldn't stay long, he didn't know how long it would take for the Yellow Jackets to start tracking them down, nothing was certain with their plan up in smoke. But they did get the girl, that's all that mattered he supposed, but then a thought occurred to him.
"Wait, if that girl has the antivirus, should we really be burying her?" he questioned out loud, for either of his comrades to answer.

Jai felt a sharp sting in his right arm as they made their escape, it seemed an arrow had found its way into his arm. He cussed under his breath and breathed heavily, blood soaking into his clothes.
"Keep driving, I'm gunna handle this" he said to Atlas who was glancing at his arm a few times. Jai grabbed the arrow head and took a deep breath, held It and snapped the arrow head off. He let out a scram in pain "not done with this bastard yet" he said wrapping his hand around he other end then looked over at Atlas with a pained smile "story of me frickin life" he said taking a deep breath then swiftly pulling out the other end. Panting, he slammed the dash board with his left fist numerous times. Blood continued to gush out of the wound and looking through the compartments he was ae to find a medic kit "thank the bloody heavens" he said out of breath opening the spray cap of the disinfectant and pouring half of it in and around his wound.
As they got closer to the outskirts of town a dead savage body seemed to have made the road bumpy causing the cotton balls to fall out of Jai's left hand. He looked down at them with anger and punched the dash board again "mother FUAAAAAAAH" he let out his anger and took a moment to compose himself. He shut his eyes, took a deep breath then slowly picked up the cotton balls and put them on the insert and exit wound them wrapped up the rest.
The blood had subsided but it had left him weak and dazed "okay man" he said to atlas as he requested for him to stay in the truck, he couldn't stop out of the truck even of he'd wanted to. He slowly turned his head to watch Atlas bury his sister, Jai was sweating but he wanted to see the burial.
"H-he's ou-our bac-k up plan" he said to Nick trying to keep himself conscious.

Atlas laid his katana at the head of the grave, the weapons purpose had been protect and honor his sister but it had failed it's mission. He loved that sword but with this blade came the rage of wanting revenge on Nameless, but revenge was only going to get him killed in this world of Savage and mad men. He walked back to the fire truck and started the engine once everyone was in the truck.
Driving away he couldn't help but to glance back before turning his full attention back into the world around him. "So a hospital?" Atlas smiled, Nick was soaked with hose water with scrapes and bruises all over, as did he and Jai. But Jai also had an arrow hole in his arm, "who wants to sing a song?" Atlas had grieved enough, it was time to enjoy the fact that he was in the five percent of humanity still alive.

Nameless James
By the time the sun rose in the morning the yellow jackets had lost more then half their people to Savage kills and the group of killer that had infiltrated their Fire Station base. Some scouts had tried to follow the fire truck but only two returned. They reported that the three got away but gifted a finding to their leader, "So the samurai's sword?" Nameless laughed, swinging the blade around his shoulder to hang on his back, "a very interesting find indeed, good work."
The night before Nameless had found a second fire axe and had killed over a dozen savage with them. But it didn't save most their men and women. They all sat on the in a restaurant a block from their previous headquarters, Nameless looked around counting the survivors. "Seventeen, including me," he said out loud, "we had over thirty before last night, we had thirty four before those killers with their samurai destroyed our home and fed out people to the Savage!"
People began to stand up and mumble in agreement, "All of you left had the blood of the girl, but the samurai has the same blood," people were growing with rage and excitement at the corrupt leaders words, "kill the samurai and all our problems go away, drink his blood and no savage will bother us again!" Nameless raised his dual fire axes, "I will end this Death Storm once and for all! Screw the rumors!!" They were ready, angry and full of revenge, it was time they started Storm Hunting...

"Back up plan?" Nick said quizzically. He didn't get a chance to question him further as Atlas had returned to the truck, a distant look on his face. He said nothing as he sat the drivers seat and started the car. Nick quickly climbed aboard, preferring to ride inside the vehicle this time. He was surprised by Atlas's tone when he asked his questions, he expected him to remain quite for much longer, this was why he didn't really like the humans in Rot World, at least the Savage were predictable.
"Uh, yeah, a hospital would probably be good, we should probably get Jai's wound fixed up right." He replied. With that they were on their way, he turned down his offer of a song, he wasn't much of a singer, and he preferred the quite every once in a while. So many things have happened in the last couple of days, it was hard to believe, if someone had told him a week ago that he would've left the sanctity of his shelter to go across the country in order to save the world from the Savage that plagued it, he probably would've scoffed or even laughed in his face. And yet, here he was, in a stolen fire trucks, bandit's probably on their tail, heading for St. Louise, it was like a dream. It was then that he got to thinking about what Jai had told them that started this whole mess.
"So Jai, what exactly are we going to St. Louise for, and how are we gonna do it without the girl?"

Atlas had been driving for a few hours now, Jai was either passed out or fallen asleep. But Atlas felt a whole in his heart. Not something to complain about, but his grandfather had given him that sword. It was too late to go back for it but everyone make mistakes everyone fails, it was no reason to just leave the katana. It was almost like a fifth limb and as soon as Nameless touched it he knew he made the mistake in leaving it, but he couldn't explain why he felt this way.
A map sat on Atlas's lap, they had been north if Dallas and if his map reading skills were right they were about to enter Oklahoma City. There were many towns between Dallas and St. Louis, but only two cities, Oklahoma City and Kansas City. Atlas pulled off at an exit south of the city. "Nick, this is O.K. General Hospital," the fire truck had been running on empty for a while it was a wonder it had gotten this far, "as soon as we get their you go in and scout the area, get bandages and pain meds too. If their are savages in there and we enter blindly Jai will die."
The truck putted and died on the exit ramp. The hospital was just down the service road though, still in their line of sight, "I've got no weapon, so this mission is yours."

"Do-es he ba-balls!" Jai said sitting up from being passed out almost the whole way to the hospital "don't need no *cough* medicines" but he coughed blood and felt a dull pain in his throat as the dry walls made contact "I-if he go-es in... Alone...we c...cover him... I've been through worse..." He said pushing himself up with more effort than it should take. His lips were pale like his skin and his eyes had sunk a little into their sockets by the look of the rings around his eyes.
"Yo-u have my bo-w" Jai pulled the bow from over his shoulder and also took out his Machete "here... You're mo-more useful with m-melee weapons..." His hand shook a little as he held both his bow and the machete towards Atlas with his functioning arm

Atlas took the machete, "keep the bow, my aim sucks," he looked at Nick, "I leave this up to you dude, if you think you'll be ok then I'll stay here with Jai." Atlas was surprised Jai had woken up, he thought the wounded man had been asleep but awake was a good sign. Still if savage passed through the area someone should stay with Jai and even with this machete it was no where as near as long or sharp as his katana.
"Do you think you can handle it Bro?" Even in a tricky spot like this Atlas could hear the light tone in his own voice, these boys may look at him as expendable but they brought him peace of mind and his sanity back. He owed them a great deal, "Make a call Nick the sooner the pain meds and bandages the better off he'll be..."

"...You guys stay put, I'll be right back." Nick finally replied after a moment of thought. It wasn't a terribly hard decision, he was used to doing things on his own, and things like foraging and recon were right up his ally. He grabbed his crossbow and exited the vehicle, approaching the abandoned hospital. He crouched down as he made his way up to the entrance, sneaking a peek into the window. The pathway beyond the door was not very wrecked, even if there were Savage there this wasn't the entrance they normally used. He slowly opened the door, his weapon drawn, ready to strike down anything that made any sudden movement. As he made it further into the hospital it became more and more apparent that it was occupied, bloodstains on the walls and furniture broken in an almost ritualistic manner, he began to worry.
"...calm down Nick, this place is too banged up for the Savage to still be here." He thought to himself. He was right to think so, the damage was indeed great, too great, he guessed that the hospital once housed a tribe of Savage but they have long since left, after all if they were still occupying the building he would've seen some already. "Just focus on your goal Nick, gotta get those meds for Jai."

Nameless James
"Alright move out!" Nameless called to his smaller tribe of people, he didnt have many left. After the boys attacked, a few left the group claiming it not to be safe anymore, only a dozen men and women stood before him. Little did they know that he had personally slain the folks who just wanted to go their own way, four people murdered by him.
He was slipping, the power was getting to his head, as was the infected needle he had used. Not with Savage venom but with some sort of STD, it would affect him very slowly but without treatment he would continue to grow more and more delusional.
They had left the fire station about two days ago and were heading north following the direction of where Death Storm had been heading but they were off by just a bit without knowing. As The boys lay wait in Oklahoma City, Nameless's Yellow Jackets were headed off the main roads and through the hills straight for Kansas City. "Soon Death Storm..."
James believed he was unworthy to wield the katana yet, in his delusional state he believed he had to slay it's master before it would obey him, he he kept it slung on his back using only his dual fire axes at his side. "Come on guys! We are about a week from Kanas City."

((I'm sorry guys I dint get any alerts for this, my phone normally dings))
Jaiden was panting and sweating, his vision was heavily blurred "Atlas! Y-you listen to me n-n-ow!" He said grabbing his shoulder "I can take... Care of myself, you go-go in there and cover him... I-if any th-ing happens to... Him it'll be my fault and that B-building is a freaking death trap" he tried to keep his head up right and took deep breaths in between a couple of words.
Jaiden took his bow with shaking hands "I-if you don't th-en I will" he said as his bangs feel over his eyes. He placed a weak hand on the door handle.
