I have a new character named Xan who is, for the time, trapped as a cat. In his normal form, he's a Neko. If anyone is interested in RPing with him, I'd be interested in a 1x1. I'm not really picky about the plot.

I'd be interested. But please note that Xan is not born a Neko, but is a Neko due to a science experiment.
