Oo! I like the character. It reminds a bit of a DC comics character -- anyhoo, welcome to RP Repository! I hope you find what you're looking for. Might I suggest you take your character around the forums and meet other writers. If you're not into the public scene you can probably fine-tune your search to an advertisement. I find the Forum Games to be the most fun myself. It's where I've met a lot of my writing chums!
