She got up and pushed Hange out the room and walked out and shut her door " Alright Alright! Enough! We got more research to do " She said and started walking to their office

" I did say I'll help you after all " She said. As she walked by, She walked past Levi's office. She peaked in then continued walking

Hange laughed as Liora pushed them out of the room, but they quickly followed her down the hallway. "Alright, alright! You’re no fun, Liora!" they called after her.

As they caught up, Hange grinned at Liora's determination. "Yes, research! I forgot about that—guess we’ll get back to work then. But don’t worry, I won’t make any more comments about Levi... for now."

When Liora passed Levi’s office and peeked in, Hange noticed but said nothing. They were curious about what was going through Liora's mind, but didn't push her. Instead, they gave her a playful smile and said, "Well, looks like someone’s got their eye on something, huh?"

She shook her head " No. NO I DONT! DEFINITELY NOT! " She said, chuckling " Let's go! " She dragged Hange to their office. She got there and closed the door

She sat down in a seat with her notebook and pen " Alright, What do we have so far? " She asked Hange, looking at them

Hange grinned as they were dragged to the office, still teasing, but they quickly got down to business once Liora sat down and asked about the research.

"Alright, alright," Hange said, wiping away the playful grin as they opened their own notebook. "We’ve gathered intel on the newest Titan sightings and their patterns. Some interesting findings—there’s a cluster of Titan activity near the eastern wall. Could be worth investigating. And we've also been keeping track of any unusual behavior from the lesser-known Titans. Some of them are acting... differently."

Hange paused, looking up at Liora. "And, we have a few leads from scouts who've encountered Titans behaving more intelligently. Definitely something worth looking into."

They shuffled their papers, clearly excited about the findings. "But what do you think? Anything else you think we should add to the list?"

She thought for a moment " What about their recent sightings? " She suggested to Hange " They have appearing more recently. Appearing in vllages, cities, towns, etc. It's like they are appearing rapidly " She said

" Definitely include their most recent sightings to that list of what we have " She thought for a moment. She gulped " Have you shown this to Levi? " She asked " If not, let's go see what he thinks yes ? He is captain after all " He said

Hange nodded thoughtfully at Liora's suggestion. "You're right about the sightings. They’ve been showing up everywhere. It’s like they’re spreading out, moving closer to the populated areas..." They scribbled something down on their notepad. "I’ll add that to the list. We need to keep track of those clusters too, especially since it could be a sign of something bigger happening."

As for Liora’s question about Levi, Hange’s grin returned, a bit more mischievous now. "Actually, I haven't shown him yet. But trust me, Levi will be pleased to hear about all this. We’ve got some pretty solid findings to show him." They paused for a moment, considering Liora’s involvement with the Titans. "You’ve got a good sense about these things. It could help to work together on this." Hange smiled, tapping their notebook with a pen as they added to the list. "Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the Titans we captured—Sonny and Bean. They're not the usual Titans you see roaming around. They seem different somehow."

Hange chuckled, clearly excited about the research ahead. "Sonny’s a bit more... lively. Bean, on the other hand, is much quieter, almost eerie. They’re both locked up for now, but their behavior is fascinating. I’m sure you’ll want to take a look at them. Their patterns, how they move, the way they interact with each other—it’s all so intriguing."

They looked up at Liora, their eyes filled with a mix of curiosity and excitement. "I think you’d be a great help with analyzing them. Together, we could learn something that could change everything."

She nodded " Awesome! Let me look at them at some point and I'll check them out! " She said smiling. She got up. She winced a little from her arm but it only hurt a little thank to Levi putting that ointment on

She grabbed her arm and headed for the door " Come on Hange " She said and headed to Levi's office

Hange followed closely behind Liora, grinning widely. "You got it, Liora! This is going to be so much fun! I can’t wait to see what you make of Sonny and Bean!" They skipped ahead slightly, practically bouncing with excitement. "And yeah, you’ll be able to study them up close. You’re gonna have a blast!"

As they reached Levi’s office, Hange gave Liora an enthusiastic thumbs up. "Alright, let’s go tell him about this research! He’s going to be pleased to hear what we’ve got. He might even want to be involved in the whole Titan study thing too!"

Hange winked at Liora before knocking on Levi’s office door, ready to share all the new information they'd gathered.

She gulped and waited for answer to come in. She hoped Levi doesn't mention what happened. But what if he does? was the question that was running through her head

She leaned against the wall, still holding her arm. She was also wondering if he was still thinking about what she said

Levi was resting at his desk, trying to catch a rare moment of peace. His eyes were shut, and he was trying to block out everything around him. The past few days had been draining, and even though he usually kept his guard up, he couldn't avoid the weight of his thoughts. What Liora had said still lingered in the back of his mind. He knew she was right about a lot of things, but admitting it—especially to her—felt complicated.

He heard the knock at the door, followed by Hange's enthusiastic voice. With a sigh, Levi slowly opened his eyes and rubbed his temples, already preparing himself for the inevitable chaos.

"Come in, already," he muttered, not looking up. He was in no mood for small talk, but at least Hange always had something worth hearing—even if it usually came with a bit of loud energy.

Levi leaned back in his chair and tried to make himself look less exhausted. He would deal with whatever this was.

She walked in as soon as Hange opened the door " We have some news for you Mr.Captain " She said. She walked to the wall and leaned against, still holding her arm

She stood there waiting for Hange to speak. She was going to let them speak and explain what they had on the Titans

Hange grinned excitedly as they stepped in, already bursting with energy. "Alright, Captain!" they started, not wasting any time. "We’ve gathered some important intel on the Titans. They’ve been showing up more and more, and not just in the usual remote places. They’ve been seen in towns, villages, and even cities. It’s like they’re moving faster, and we think it’s not just random; there might be a purpose to their increased presence."

Hange then turned to Liora, eyes practically sparkling. "And here's the big news—I've captured two of them! Their names are Sonny and Bean." Hange chuckled a little at their own choice of names. "They’re being held in the holding area right now."

With that, Hange paused and looked at Levi, ready to hear his reaction to the new developments.

Levi glanced at Hange with a raised eyebrow, clearly not impressed by the way they excitedly spoke about the situation. His tired expression deepened, but he didn’t seem too surprised by the news.

"Sonny and Bean, huh?" Levi muttered under his breath, rubbing his eyes. "I suppose that’s something." He sighed, his fatigue evident in his posture. "It’s good you captured them, but we can’t get too comfortable. Titans are unpredictable. And until we know more about their behavior, we can’t just assume we’re safe because of one or two captures."

He shifted his gaze to Liora, noting the way she was holding her arm but not commenting on it. He could tell there was more going on beneath the surface, but he wouldn’t push it right now. "I’ll take a look at the reports later, but first, we need to figure out what they’re doing in these towns and cities." Levi looked at Hange again. "Don’t get too carried away with your success. We need a plan."

She nodded " Alright Captain what is it then? The plan I mean of course " She gulped and looked away. She leaned against the wall again, still holding her arm

She was still in pain. Alot. But she didn't want Levi to give her another big talk about it. So she is trying to hide it. But she knows Levi already could tell

Levi glanced at Liora, his sharp eyes quickly catching her subtle winces and the way she was trying to hide the pain from her arm. He didn’t say anything about it just yet, though he knew better than to press her on it now. He focused instead on Hange’s words, nodding slightly in agreement.

“Surveillance, huh?” Levi muttered, still sounding a bit tired but fully aware of the importance of the situation. "Fine. We’ll need to keep our movements discreet. No point in making a big show of things if we want to capture more Titans."

He turned his gaze back to Liora, his expression unreadable. "You’re still pushing yourself, aren’t you?" His tone was almost flat, but there was a hint of something deeper in his voice. "You need to take it easy. That arm's not going to heal if you keep pretending it’s nothing."

Levi let out a sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose. "After this is over, you’ll go back to the infirmary. Got it?" His voice was firm, but there was no anger behind it. Just quiet concern, masked by his usual gruff demeanor.

She jolted up and looked at Hange, surprised by his sudden reaction to her holding her arm and wincing. She was very surprised

She nodded " Got it captain " She said. She whispered in his Hange's ear very quietly " IS it just me or does Levi sound like he cares? And I mean sounds like he cares alot " She said and looked back at Levi

Hange’s eyes widened slightly as they caught the whisper, and they gave Liora a mischievous grin. "Oh? Sounds like someone’s been paying attention," they teased, giving a dramatic pause. "Maybe the Captain’s just got a soft spot for you. Who knows?" They nudged her playfully, clearly enjoying the moment of teasing.

Hange chuckled, crossing their arms. "You know, if you ask me, I’d say Levi’s just a bit more complicated than he lets on. I mean, who knows? Maybe he’s got more feelings buried under that grumpy exterior of his." They leaned in closer, lowering their voice. "You’re the one who seems to have figured it out, huh?"

They flashed her a wink before standing back, clearly enjoying the fun they were having at Liora’s expense.

She was confused about what that meant " What does that mean? " She looked at Hange " Hange??!?!? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?! " She was very confused. She sighed

She then gulped and Looked back at Levi " You could tell that my arm is still hurting..." She chuckled nervously " Heh " She said

Hange grinned widely at Liora's confusion, thoroughly enjoying the moment. "Oh, come on, don't play coy! You know exactly what I mean!" They winked mischievously at Liora, clearly having a great time. "But if you really don't know, well, maybe I'm just saying that Levi might have feelings for you. You know, because he's been extra concerned about you today."

Levi shot a sharp glance at Liora, his voice low and firm. "You can try to hide it all you want, but it’s obvious. You're still in pain." He shook his head, his expression hardening slightly. "Stop trying to tough it out. You need rest." His tone was matter-of-fact, but there was an underlying concern in his words that he couldn’t quite hide. He turned his attention back to the task at hand, clearly unwilling to dwell on the situation any longer.
