Just a few thoughts of what I could find useful.
- Character profile templates.
- An option to autoplay a characters' "Theme Song" on their profile.
- While there is a Gallery, there isn't, like, a "Claim" portion.
- NPC Relationships.
- Option to create custom relationship titles.
That's all I wanted to suggest. ^-^

Oh, another couple of ideas.
- The ability to mark the status of the character; such as if they are alive, dead, undead, immortal, etc.
- The ability to mark what roleplays, whether on-site or off-site, the character is involved in.

Hey, Pyxie! Welcome to RPR! I wanted to say hi and share some ways that people have historically achieved some of the things you mention here in hopes it might help you with your profile projects! <: While I don't have tips for some of your list items, I'm glad to share what I know.
Character Profile Templates
If you mean templates to place the character's profile contents into, I feel you. It's a sticky part of character creation for me, as well. Fear not; I bring you a mighty list of resources to help with that! So, in the group (and on that super helpful profile), you can find all kinds of code templates for neatly organized stat tables and info blocks; those can be a great place to start. (Shoutout to the creator of that anonymous profile; thanks for sharing!) But if none of these suit your taste, you can use them as inspiration and create your templates with help from these official resource pages.

Autoplay music for character profiles
Here's a quote from the site's admin, Kim, about why we do not have this feature.
HOWEVER as pointed out in the same thread by CrypticStardust, there is a way to embed YouTube or vimeo videos:
Here's an embedded video as an example: If the size doesn't flow nicely with your page's design, you can also change the height and width of it, like this:

We have specifically disallowed autoplay throughout the history of the site because while it's fun to design with, it can cause a huge number of problems for people actually viewing the character profile.
Imagine you work at a spa and you're browsing on a break from work and suddenly death metal unexpectedly comes blaring from your phone. Or, imagine that you're someone who almost always has music already playing on their computer, and a second song starts playing at the same time as the thing you had actually chosen to listen to and you can't figure out where it's coming from. Or, imagine you have a phone with a super restrictive data plan and you just automatically started playing a video you didn't choose to, eating up some of your precious data. These are just a few examples, but hopefully you can see why so many people on the 'net consider auto-play music/videos to be a rude thing to force on them.

While there is a Gallery, there isn't a "Claim" portion
Admittedly, I'm unsure what you mean by this. Do you mean a segmented gallery specifically for storing pictures of a face claim? You can have multiple gallery widgets on a character profile and title those widgets however you like. I use two gallery widgets on my character Jay's profile; one is for art, and the other is for photomanips of her face claim; they're titled "Artistic" and "Realistic," respectively. Many people divide older and newer designs or bestial/human forms, different AU images of characters, or even art and moodboard and wardrobe, inspo, or inventory type stuff into separate galleries on their character profiles. I hope this helps!
NPC Relationships
This is another of those things that we don't "have" in an official capacity, though I do like this idea since I build many worlds with central NPCS. I made a fake version of the connections widget on one of my character profiles and wedged an NPC into it. Here's that code if you'd like to borrow it!
Code:
[center][size=5][b]NPCs[/b][/size][/center]
[columns][img]100x100 png or gif here.[/img][nextcol][u]Name[/u][size=2](NPC)[/size]
Description of connection[/columns]
Status of the character (Living; etc) & Roleplays the character is in
Have you, by chance, looked at Categories? Start by visiting your character page. Click the pencil icon on any character, and on the following page you'll see "Categories", represented by a "#" icon. Click that, and you'll see this:
These things will show up to viewers on the browse characters page, but also on the player character page that you see on a user's profile under "See all (number of) characters »" from there, they see all of your (non-anon) characters. But on the side, there's a long list of checkboxes representing the tags from the categories page, along with any custom tags your visible characters might have. Things like: "Sci-fi, Alive, LOTR." Users can click these category boxes one or more at a time and filter through to see only those that match those categories. Neat!

This is all incredibly helpful, Mina! Thank you!
