Hey, I just wanted to ask first really but am I allowed to make a second account specifically for like fandom roleplay/chatting so I have an account for non-fandom rps and an account for fandom-rps or is that not allowed?
Having more than one account isn't allowed, no.
Star is right! Two accounts are a no-go and your second account will probably get deactivated as a result.

If you wanna keep fandom and non-fandom stuff separated, I'd say your best bet is to make an anonymous character profile and shove all your fandom stuff in there? You could make pages for RP info and pages for character info- it's not perfect, but might work for you?
