She looked at him chuckling softly as she sat on top of the desk trying to keep her distance with him "If it wasn't for the fact that you're a demon.. that we got attacked…and that you magically transported me to another place..I would be really freaked out right now" When his fingers touched her face she looked at him blushing softly "You need to explain it to me..I met you a couple of days ago Aphiel.."

Aphiel nodded slowly before moving to his bed, lightly taking Vix's hand as he brought her with him. "After the war... I was appointed by Laus himself to be the head of his guards... That was fine and all, but I couldn't resist the real world, the modern world. You see, Laus rules over this country, but it is in an alternate dimension, one parallel to the real world. At one time, demons controlled this world, but Laus and myself were able to defeat them. While in my times of the real world, I noticed you, so I watched... Time moves slowly in Laus's kingdom, a day in the real world is a year in here. So....technically, I suppose that means I have known you for 2 years..", he peers up, cheekily smiling.

Vix was still holding the book as she followed him sitting at the edge of the bed she looked at him "How if you and I suppose this Laus youre talking about are demons why would you fight against your own kind over the control of a land" She said as he explained about the time as a crazy thought ran thru her head shaking it off when she saw his smile sending butterflies crazy on her stomach "Now lets see Aphiel..who attacked us and why?"

Aphiel peered up to her first question, "The Marchioness's parents were... well, you will find out in time, but they caused the large war, I defected from the demons side to aide...", he stood slowly, watching her eyes as he smiled to her blush, "Probably a being from here that attempted to manifest itself in the real world.."

Vix nodded "Its a complicated life youre living isnt it?" she chuckled softly as he continue watching him stand "So he said 'Hey look Victoria's house is open'.."

Aphiel chuckled softly and peered down, running his fingers along the wooden desk, "Well...when I move between worlds, I leave a bit of a trail behind...if they find that trail, they can follow me to where I am in teh other world..."

Vix chuckled softly nodding "So you want me to stay here with you.." She asked with a soft voice biting her lips blushing "Why... why me?"

He blushed just as much as she did, his eyes moving to her and locking to her beautiful gaze before he gave a soft smile, moving towards her and taking her hand in his. "It is quite simple, after all this time...I have grown to ....love you.

Her cheeks turned red as she heard those words leave his lips making her bit on her lower lip. Squeezing his hand smiling.

He gave a similiar squeeze to her hand, smiling softly to her as he moved closer, soon wrapping his arms around her lower back, pulling her into a close hug. He whispered softly in her ear as he closed his eyes, "Want a tour?"

Sending shivers down her body she pressed her body closer to him nodding lightly "Well its gonna be my home as well isnt it?" She said smiling at him.

He nodded slowly, leaning towards her as his cold lips lightly kissed her cheek, the slender hand lowered and clasped around her own, "If you wish it.."

She nodded with a big smile on her face but as they headed towards the corridor she froze looking at the door "I dont know what's out there..."she said as she looked up at him while squeezing his hand "its a strange feeling not knowing.."
