I would guess this is about the plan to head for empty space, as it was shut down with the mutiny

For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation.
The research library shows on the “brief history of our space age” that prior to the loss of Waet Prime, the Scut’el had begun colonizing Waet 4. We don’t know the fate of that colony at the time of the Fall, although Captain Glaze and her superiors feared that the insectoid menace knew its location and that it would not have been able to defend itself. Still, could the people of Waet 4 have created their own arks or other contingency plans?
