Griffin kept his eyes locked on the Bearon, as if he felt he had something to prove. Griffin started to chuckle to himself and he asked "So, you just told your people that no one can match a Lowen's combat skill?" I was unaware my people were known in this part of the world." Griffin's mood lightened up and he extended a handshake to Icias. "A wise creature you are for acknowledging that as fact." Said Griffin with a somewhat arrogant tone of voice.
Icias's smile faded, his eyes got narrow at the griffins mocking, joking remake toward his words of loyalty, of course he must have known that he was twisting around the great bearon's words. "Lion creature, you may be strong but no one," his voice raised a bit, "NO ONE! Bests me in humor." Laughter erupted from deep with in Icias, he enjoyed the art of joking and merry making much more then he enjoyed the art of war.
"This is a funny one!" He chuckled, his laugh dying down, "Penjo!" Icias shouted to a Panda Bearon near by, "Bring the Lowen something to drink, an ale, or rum perhaps!" Icias focused his attention on the group once more, especially the princess, "We make merry tonight, and seek the rest of our armies tomorrow!" It was getting dark in the woods now, fires were being lit and it was time to dance, eat, sing and sleep.

The serpent had rested well, as he assumed they all had from partying and merry making with their new Bearon friends. "So what is the plan now?"
He then began focusing his words towards his princess, "what is it you command?"
He hadn't been just waiting and drinking like the other warriors he hadn't moved from his princesses side, the basilisk still wasn't sure if he could trust Icias and his army of furry giants.

River had enjoyed herself to the fullest. the bearon' were very nice a friendly a couple even picked her up and put her on his shoulders just as skenith asked for her command. "hmm" she said looking back at the basilisk " listen i know im this princess , last of the gorgon's thing.. but come on i'm still only a teenager i can't give orders or commands .. i appreciate that you are here to protect me but .. look out for yourself follow you own path if you follow my commands you probably will die , and i'd blame myself if you did."

"I would gladly die for you my lady," he insisted, "If not for you I would jussst be a monsster hated around the world, but with you alive I have a purposssse, a reason to be noble."
Skenith's head sank to her level, "unfortunately it is in a sssssnakes character to be ssssneaky and sssssinister, but I dessolved all of my feeling to be as such through meditation and the mindsssset that one day I won't die a monster, I'll die protecting something worth while."
The Snake looked around to see if anyone but her had heard that, he had been a bit embarrassed of his heritage, before he met her but now he was proud to be a snake, proud to be a basilisk.

A group of the Bearon surrounded a table where Griffin was taking on all challengers at arm wrestling, A big Brown Bearon came forth and the two locked arms and it was an all out battle for dominance. Griffin was impressed at how the Bearon people were able to challenge his might.
A thud of flesh against wood rang out followed by roars of excitement Griffin stood up and raised both arms as the brown Bearon clapped in defeat. Griffin then hugged his adversary and said "You did well friend, you almost had me beat!" The bearon gave a hearty laugh and hugged Griffin back.
Griffin walked towards River and Skenith and he asked the Basilisk "Whats wrong chum? id offer you to join us in arm wrestling but... I guess you could use your tail?" Griffin laughed and said "I kid, its all in good humor my friend."

A roar came from a small cabin followed by the giggling of females, and Icias exited the small house, "What a night!" Icias roared. A woman dressed in a bed sheet slammed the door behind the Bearon as he secured his golden sapphire armor, "So, are we ready to leave?" he asked clearing his throat, "where's the elf woman?"
