Looking down at the ent sized people a dark figure watched them do their day to day routine, eat sleep and work. He spat, disgusted at how humans can live like animals, like they thought were free. He smiled to himself devilishly, nothing amused him more than knowing he could do one little thing to cause city wide panic.
*Beep Beep beep* he held the trigger firmly in his grasp, his thumb resting on the detonator, survival of the fittest was the only true thing in this world and it was the fit who ruled with an iron fist.

Atlas lived with a drunk roommate who never came out of his room, he was a photographer and made a fair wage before all this started, it had been almost a week since Judgement Day, the city was gated off because of the riots, police had been killed and lay dead in the streets of Chicago. Atlas pick up a bottle, news reports told him of the school bus a week ago heading for Bradly Middle school, among the injured was his sister, she was in a coma.
He had a black and gold katana, picking it up he swung it, the TV slid to the floor cut in two. Atlas let out a scream of anger and rage before stabbing the sword into the floor. He had been involved in a fencing group in college before he ran out of money. He stood leaving his sword in the floor, walking to his closet he opened it and on the rack on the far side was a black bullet proof vest. The masked man stood in the window of the hospital three bloody corpses lay throughout the room, a mother who was to busy for him, a father who abused him, and a nurse. "Poor nurse," he said inspecting the smaller girl who lay in the bed. Storm picked up her charred backpack hearing the sounds of police sirens in the background of the night. It was the shape of a frogs face, he had got it for her two years ago, he smiled as he filled it with the medical bags of liquid, probably morphine. He popped three or four IV's in the backpack as well. He threw the bag over his shoulder, walking over to the little girl with the burned face. "Lets get out of here little frog."

He vaulted over the side of the railing landing on the building opposite it, he sprinted for the other side of the building, taking a deep breath as he got closer to the edge he swung his arms back thrusting them forward leaping off the edge aiming for the window of the building across from him. He brought his knees back to his chest and his arms in a cross in mid air so the glass would shatter without harming him.
He smashed through the window and rolled as he got inside the building and quickly, without hesitation, hid from the view of the building he came from. The thugs seemed to have followed him onto the roof top but stopped at the edge of the building looking through the shattered window to see if he was in there. Castiel could hear himself breath, his heart raced in his throat. The thugs stood there for a long time looking for him. He was hid next to the window edge, mustering up courage to check if the thugs had gone.
Castiel sighed in relief as he saw the thugs were gone, a bead of sweat running down the side of his face as he panted heavily, swallowing his beating heart back down to his chest. He slid down the wall to the floor relaxing a little as he panted.

The window in the other room was smashed through, foot steps were heard hurrying to the door leading to his room. Castiel's heart was racing in his throat once more, he got up quickly until another thug came flying through the window he cam in from.
Castiel threw up a fighting stance, he saw a tv cut clean in 2 in the room he was in, it was strange but he used it to his advantage. Thrusting his foot into the stomach of the thug he tripped over at the same point the second thug came crashing in through the door. He stormed towards Castiel swinging his knife, he slashed Castiel across the chest before he had chance to react.
Cas quickly grabbed the thugs wrist, twisting it until he heard a snap then put him into a sleeper hold and choking him. Cas fell back along with the knocked out thug, the gash on his chest stung bad. He flinched as he ran his hand over it.
The first thug threw punches towards Cas getting a clean punch on his right cheek. Cas stumbled back losing balance "Stop please!" he begged "Please, why are you chasing me?!" he quickly stood up, the thug stepped closer to him with anger clear on his face
"You have something that we took!" The thug had a deep voice, he stepped closer to Cas backing him up against a wall.
"I was hungry..." Cas's eyes quickly scanned the room. His eye sight blurred for a second and felt a searing pain in head head. Cas grabbed his own hair as he screamed in pain, he felt a surge of energy run through his body. The Thug took the opportunity to attack, picking up the knife from his other thug friend, he swung it at Cas.
Everything around him slowed down he looked around and saw different outcomes for the thug and himself. Like he could see each possible course of action before actually doing it. The vase behind him could be swung at the thug and knocking him out completely. He could manipulate the force, speed and direction of the thug's swing to direct the knife into his stomach. All these out comes... he could see them all

Blake stubbed out of his room, and went to take a piss. He looked at his phone while he did so, no service. He was a writer and often locked himself in his room for a number of days with a bottle of scotch and a pen and paper. Hearing some commotion outside in the living room he zipped his pants up and exited, forgetting like most times to wash his hands. He past threw the kitchen and into the living room.
A little hung over he looked around, "Um, hello?" He said towards Castiel, "Are you one of Atlas's friends?"

The tower was raining down towards them, he looked down and saw a sewer grate, there was one like this two blocks from his apartment. Odds are this one let out there. "This will be safer for us little frog," Storm whispered to his sister closing the grate behind them. It was dark, like the city he lived in, Only a mile or two walk in here into he would get to the exit, half hour and he would be home.

A strange feeling emanated threw Storm, he tried to pick up his sister but his hand couldn't grab her, he was passing right threw him like he was slowly becoming smoke. "What the hell?" Storm focused his mind and finally grabbed a hold of the girl, pulling them both up and out of the sewer. He walked up the back fire escape and entered his home, "Blake?" Storm whispered, "You here?"
Blake turned, "who's there?" as he turned his eyes blinked and almost out of fear his eyes began to blast a continuous beam of read heat cutting threw the wall.

CAstiel ducked under the red beam, rolling to the split tv he grabbed it and redirected the beam to the smashed window "Wow! Stop before you kill someone!" he yelled, once the beam stopped, he tossed the tv and huffed "My god man! how the hell can you do that?"

"Storm laid his sister on his bed after he toss the top sheet off of it, it was covered in broke glass and he didn't want to maim his already burned and hurt sister. He lowered her slowly to the bed but at the last second his arms turned to smoke and she slipped threw his finger, "damn," he apologized studying how this was happening, "I'm sorry little frog."

Blake wasn't a good person, but this guy was evil even if he didn't remember the past.
Storm, even skilled with a blade, wasn't the kind of guy to jump into a fight, he killed that guy at the hospital to protect his sister. But if this guy truly had no idea what he did then he should feel guilty for doing it. Storm thought through his options using clues of what he had seen. It felt like his heart was on fire feeding smokey thoughts into his brain. If they each had powers what was his sisters? And why did the Sears Tower rebuild itself? And why did they all get these abilities at the same time?
"Take us to the Tower," Storm finally said, "If that guys powers are time, maybe we can force him to undo all of this!" If Castiel tried anything he had faith Blake would blast through him, and if the guy tried to escape, Storm would personally hunt him down. It was a test, get them to the tower and Storm would forgive him. He awaited response.

Castiel's eyes widened "Have you two gone mad!?" he approached the window "Did you not see what the hell it did!? it rebuilt itself!"he emphasised pointing at the thing whilst facing Blake and Atlas "It's going to be a fool's errand!" he rubbed his forehead in frustration, not noticing the newspaper "I can sense that you guys don't trust me, are you going to kill me like the others in the GOD FORSAKEN TOWN!" he yelled in slight anger.

"Guide us there, and I forgive you for your crimes against my family." A lie until he kills him and whisper in his ear that he is truly forgiven.

He yelled slamming his palm into the work table only to, or is time" put his hand through it. What did he do to deserve this? Why did they want to kill him and what brought the idea of him being able to actually "control" Father Time.
