It was dark, absolutely nothing around him, just him floating around in an endless black sea. He was left a drift there long ago, he felt, but it was strangely comfortable, strangely enjoyable, just to float there, without a care in the world. His eyes were shut, the waves gently rocking him back and forth, but that peace was soon shattered by a bright white light shinning on his face. The light was so warm and inviting, so different from the cold water of the sea, he couldn't help but open his eyes to gaze upon it. He looked up towards the light, and saw in the distance the shadowed figure of a woman, both her arms out stretched as if beckoning towards him. He couldn't help but want to make it to the woman, he raised his arm up as if to grab her, and as he did he began to ascend from the surface of the water. But just before he was up in the air, a black murky hand sprung up from the water and grabbed him, followed by another then another. He struggled to break free, but the more he tried, the more hands appeared, and eventually the dragged him under the surface. He kept on fighting, trying with all his might to break free, his hands reaching for the light that was slowly fading from from sight, until it could no longer be seen, and only the cold darkness remained.

Alkilai shot up in his bed, drenched with seat, as if he truly had been dragged under the sea. He looked around to see nothing but the Inn room he had rented for the night, the light of day peaking through the window. He heard the church bell toll in the distance, and it only served as a reminder of his dream. He had been having it more and more often lately, sometimes more then once per night, he knew exactly what it meant, but that alone wasn't enough to prevent them from occurring time and time again. He shook his head to rid himself of his thoughts and got read for the day, getting dressed and grabbing his precious metal gauntlets from the table next to him. He returned the key to the Inn keeper and was on his way, he only planned to stay one night, he needed to take care of one more thing before he left town. He passed by the local church, he saw some children admiring the statue of an angel near the entrance; it was in fact very beautiful.
"I wonder... does she look like that?" He whispered to himself. He mentally slapped himself, he knew better than to think about that, after all, she didn't care about him, why should he care about her. He continued on towards his destination, which was a hard looking shack with the words Fight Club on it in big rusted metal letters. "Alright, let's get down to business." He said as he opened the door, being the sounds of fighting and cheering.

The night was young and so were the people scattered on the street. A young white haired male drove his motorcycle down to the fight club and was greeted with the smell of beer and babes. He pushed open the door to loud rock music, his finger tips tingling with excitement. There were so many demons and so much time to thrash them silly.

He made his way to the entry board and signed up for a match "my first opponents gunna be a guy named Alkilai" he said to himself "pff with a name like that I can't take him serious" he took off his leather red waist coat and holsters so that his torso was bare. He slid on some biker gloves with a devilish smile "I can't wait to get down and dirty!" He said kicking off his shoes.

He stepped into the metal cage, people around it cheering and slamming their hands against the bars, all that energy had him pumped to give his opponent a thrashin.

Alkilai readied himself for his next match, straitening his gauntlets and doing some mental preparation. He stepped into the cage and did a one over on his opponent, he seemed like a typical character you'd see in these clubs, gets really into the fight and just lets himself go crazy. Alkilai lowered into his fighting stance, putting his feet apart and putting his guard up, he knew better than to through the first punch with these Loose Cannon types, it would be best to focus on countering and reacting. He drowned out the obnoxious cheering of the crowd as he stared down his opponent, a bell ringing moments later, signaling that the match had begun.

Danny didn't try to do much, it wasn't wise at that point. Nephilim are crazy strong and he knew all too well to take the first punch. He chuckled as they both circled the cage "Alkilai right? wow man, you look more like a Kenji person" he commented, looking him up and down with a cocked brow.

He didn't keep up a front, in fact he didn't look like he was taking Alkilai serious, no defence stance or offence stance. "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue? You must have some crouching tiger shit going on right" mocking him in a half arsed crane stance to piss him off.

"What are you waiting for?" he asked, motioning him to come on "Hit me" he said with a devilish smile "If you can that is, mister Jackie Chan" electricity flickered around him for a split second, Danny wanted Alkilai to not hold back and use all he had. Danny shifted his feet in ready for a reaction to his mocking, any self respecting person would've hit him already.

He was baiting him, that much was clear. It seems that Alkilai had underestimated this Daniel person, he was at least smart enough not to just start throwing punches without sizing up his opponent up first. He was incredibly cocky, but he must've had something to back all that confidence up, if that strange spark was anything to go by. At this rate the match will end up being no more than a glorified staring contest, Alkilai knew that he would have to make the first move if the fight was going to go anywhere. Once Daniel stopped mocking him, Alkilai stepped forward quickly and threw a punch to the man's face, if it connected, he would just go from there.

Danny smiled devilishly before the fist connected, re stepped back after the jab landed on his cheek. Taking in a deep breath he was able to regain his posture "hmmmm, got to give the croud what they came to see right?" He shrugged and slammed his fists together, his blood coloured with excitement. "mother and father... Both different breeds right?" He asked him, this time mocking him a lot more "what happened to them Al? Divorce?" He taunted him.

He cocked a fist back and launched his fist forward at him aiming for his cheek, hoping to connect with equal force.

Alkilai's heart skipped a beat at the man's statement, what could he possibly mean by that, there's no way he could've known... is there? Alkilai was brought out of his thoughts by the sight of a fist flying towards his face, he regained his composer just in time to step back, bring his arm up and block the strike, his fist hitting his metal gauntlets with great force that was almost too much to believe.
"Not exactly." He replied as he knocked the fist away and quickly retaliated with a double kick.

Danny raised his knee to block his fist kick but caught off by that second one. He spun on his heel and ran up the side of the cage over him then landed a clean kick on the back of his head. He shook his head and tutted "lesson #1, never underestimate your opponent" he popped his knuckles "mother flew away? Like a white dove right?"

Alkilai ducked into a roll, as to avoid injury from falling to the ground. There was no doubt about it now, this man knew who he was, or at least what he was. He couldn't help but clench his fists at the remark, he WISHED he had known her long enough to have a memory like that; he shook his head, ridding himself of those kinds of thoughts, Daniel was trying to psych him out, and it was working. He refocused on the fight, rushing up to him at inhuman speeds, landing two punches to quick jabs to the face and finishing with a powerful punch to the abdomen, knocking him off of his feet. He stepped back and re-guarded, not wanting a repeat of their last clash.

Danny felt the rush of adrenalin as the blows connected, he felt to his knees after the last blow came in contact with his abdomen. He started to laugh "Now! NOW we're talkin!" He said slamming his fist into the floor but at the same inhuman speed Alkilai had.

"That's a pretty unique skill you have there" Danny said hopping into his feet but looked like a blur to normal eyes. "Nephilim always have the hard life but they're sure as hell great conduits" blood red veins shot from his abdomen where the fist connected straight to his eyes making the whites of his eyes go blood red for a second.

"Now, where were we?" He ran up to him landing a spinning kick into his chest, the force launched Al into the opposite wall and sped up to him as he hit it. Grabbing his neck and running along the bars before tossing him onto the ground "this is going to be fun"

Alkilai had to take a moment to recover after that sudden barrage, he was somewhat surprised by the man's display, whatever he was, he certainly wasn't an ordinary human. But he came back with the vengeance as he swept Daniel's feet from the ground, knocking him down, but before he hit the ground, Alkilai quickly stood back up and landed a spin kick of his own, sending him across the cage. Once he regained his footing, he leaped up into the air and landed a downward punch to the face, followed by a knee to the gut and rounding it off with an uppercut. With this he retreated, landing it a defensive stance for what he was sure would be a devastating comeback.

Danny felt a rush, sure enough he was having a blast. Alkilai's flurry of attacks left a bruise on his right cheek. Danny stumbled back a few steps trying to regain his footing "is that all you got! You're Nephilim! Show me what you're made of, show me other powers!" He yelled grabbing Alkilai's right forearm with his right hand and Alkilai's shoulder with his left hand and pulled with his own body force picking him off the floor and straight into the bars. He then swung him over his head slamming him face first into the ground.

He let to and stepped away sure enough that would've permanently hurt normal people but he was hoping Al could take it "Show me all you powers!" He said crouching down near him.

Alkilai was astonished, what kind of monster was he dealing with here, he was already using more of his power than he usually did in the ring, and quite frankly there wasn't much else to use, just what was this man expecting. He kicked him in the stomach to knock him back a bit, allowing him to get to his feet without much hassle. He did have one last trick up his sleeve, but he was hesitant, it wasn't really something one would use in competition, but normal means would definitely not win him this match, so he figured he may as well give him what he wanted.
"Alright then, you wanna dance..." He began as he brought his fists up and began concentrating. Moments later, his arms were engulfed in a bright, bluish white light, bursting forth once he uncurled his fists. "...then let's dance." Before Daniel could react, Alkilai lunged forward, landing a lighting fast combo of three punches to the face, the light greatly increasing the power of his strikes. He then imbued his feet with the same energy and followed up with a double kick that sent him up into the air. Finally, he leaped up even higher, and once he was right above him he brought his two fists down and slammed him back into the ground, him creating a small crater upon impact. He landed perfectly, the lighting seemingly increasing his hang time slightly, he took his stance again, waiting to see the man's condition.

Danny coughed whilst on the ground, he pushed up from the ground and hoped to his feet, three fresh wounds on his face and two on his chest. The force of the first punch split Danny's lip but he shrugged it off "and you, you've been wondering where poor ol' mommy is, why you're different and what she looks like" Danny raised his fists, ready in an offensive stance.

His arms flickered with bluish white light for a moment "let's fight fire with fire" his arms were completely engulfed like Alkilai's arms were "interesting" a devilish smile pasted across his face. He ran at Alkilai as a complete blur slamming his right knee into Alkilai's stomach, Danny raised his left leg over Alkilai's head as he bent over and slammed his heel into the back of it. The speed and force in which Alkilai's head hit the ground was sure to leave some damage.

Alkilai's vision went blurry for a moment, he was completely baffled. It's like nothing he did fazed this man, he just kept taking whatever he threw at him and dishing it back out, he even took a technique that would kill a normal man in seconds. Once he regained his composure he quickly threw his foot up into Daniel's rib cage, causing him to stagger back enough for Alkilai to get back up. He had taken a lot of damage, and wasted so much stamina in that last combo, not only that but he couldn't even try to gauge his opponents condition, for all he knew he could just be toying with him. For what he could see the man had similar powers to his own, and yet somehow he was... different. This got to Alkilai, this man was probably the most similar to himself that he had ever come across and he was STILL different, and it seemed like Daniel knew exactly what he was thinking. However, he knew he couldn't afford to think about it right now, one way or another this fight will come to an end, then he'll get his answers from him. He lunged forward, landed a light powered flying side kick to his chest, sending him flying across the cage and crashing into the bars, denting them slightly. It was best not to waste anymore energy on any long fancy combos anymore, he needed to just cause as much damage as he can however he can and defend the rest of the time. He strengthened his defensive stance, ready for whatever the man threw at him next.

Danny stated crouching as he sat on the floor leaning against the bars. He held his side and winced at a touch "wow, that's what *cough* I like to see" he said painting, breathing through the pain "but a demon hunter handles a lot more than this" trying to get up he slipped once a winced, then tried again pushing himself up from the floor using his free hand.

"You just got ta fight through the pain" he held his side, mowing that the broken ribs are going to be a weak spot he was still going strong. Danny ran to Alkilai and sweeped his legs and whilst Alkilai was still in midair he kicked his side launching him into the roof of the building. As Alkilai fell to back down, Danny cocked a punch with his strong arm and slammed Alkilai into the ground with as drop punch in the side.

Danny stumbled back tryin to get some distance not knowing how much he would be able to take.

"Demon Hunter, he can't be serious" He thought to himself, but then again, her certainly had the skill to fight demons, or at least the brute force. He did a back roll on the ground in order to stand back up, once he was he noticed that Daniel grabbed his chest slightly before re entering his, albeit sloppy, defensive stance. It seemed like Alkilai's effort throughout the fight was paying off, his opponent was injured. Now was his chance, he needed to keep the pressure up.
"Fight through it huh, well, let's see you fight through this!" he stated just before he rushed up to him and kneed him in the gut, opening him up for an uppercut strait through the jaw which was immediately followed by a light powered spin kick to the injured area, knocking him back into the wall. He didn't give him any time to recover as he rushed up to him and did a quick one-two jab combo to his chest, finishing with a light powered strait punch, nearly breaking the bars. He could practically feel the bones crack, he almost felt bad about purposefully injuring him like this... almost.

Danny coughed out blood, leaning back against the wall as he got barraged by a flurry of attacks. Danny lay there staring at the ceiling, holding his side wheezing "indulging yourself in fights isn't going to make your mother come back, go and finds her dumbass" Danny still had that fire in his eyes, he pushed up once more but leaned against the wall as he did so. His eyes went blurry "are you seriously that stupid?! *cough* don't you know what I can do... Can't you read my ability?" He cocked a half added brow.

Shifting his feet, in an instance he was I front of Al, Danny's body completely changed "witness my devil trigger" he whispered, a strong gust of wind shot from him as his body transformed completely. His skin became leather and looked like blood. His dark blue eyes were as dark as the deepest ocean and electricity flickered around his body.

He landed a light reverse bicycle kick into Al's jaw and followed up with a light round house kick sending Al flying into a wall. Without hesitation, as soon as Al hit the wall, Danny rugby tackled Al further into it before jumping back.

Danny felt the pain disappear like nothing was there, his devil trigger was a powerful form but not his trump card. His power was doubled and his vision became more focused making It easier to retaliate.

Alkilai coughed up some blood before falling to the floor, he felt like he could black out at any minute. This power, it was just so overwhelming, this man had to be... INSANE to pull out a "curtain death" technique like that in a god damn fight club.
"Th-thats it, I'm running low on juice, and this guy is totally out of my league, this isn't a fight I can win." He thought to himself. Despite this however, he began to push off the ground and onto his knees.
"I can't win, I'll just be causing myself unnecessary injury if I go on." He got up onto his feet.
"An honorable man knows when to admit defeat, I should just submit." He put his feet apart into the typical horse stance.
"I'm running on fumes here, and he's practically godly, if I continue... I'll probably die." He put his guard up, his fists engulfed in light.
"Damn it..." he whispered. "Damn it, damn it, DAMN IT!!!!" he screamed as his fists overflowed with the last of his power. He charged at Daniel and began trading blows with him at lightning fast speed, blocking what he could and evading what he couldn't... at this point, it was all he COULD do.

Danny saw the fire In his eyes, it was something mankind lost years ago. The will to go on, the will to fight. He dropped his devil form and felt the pain of his broken bones retun, he let the blows connect, each one doing as much damage as the last one. If Danny weren't Nephilim, he'd probably die already.

Danny took on a barrage of over powered attacks, his devil trigger was only a power he could use for a few minutes. As the last blow connected to his chest he felt the last rib crack, the blow sent him flying to the back of the cage.

He lay on the floor against the wall, no strength at all to move "you m-make *cough* th-the Nephilim proud..." He said choking a little on his blood. All that power earlier had failed him right about when Alkilai attacked him, he may seem powerful, but he's just another Nephilim "Al ... He-help me Ho-me please..." He was practically begging, blood running down his chin.
