The Togekiss didn't have a chance. Tough as it was, it wilted completely under the extreme force of the attack. "Return, Jett!" Jerry pulled his Pokemon back. This last Pokemon had to count. he had to choose one who could really hold its own against giant. "Well, no one better than the one who got me started as a trainer all those years ago. Go RIOT!" He threw his Pokeball into the air and out came his champion, his last line of defense, the great jackal, Lucario. "Okay, Riot, see them? They are your targets. They took out two of your partners, and they need to know who's boss! You know what to do!"

This rousing speech resonated with the Lucario's natural fighting spirit, and his aura seemed to flash. "That's what I like to see! Take out that Metagross with Blaze Kick!" Lucario's aura turned visible, taking the form of flames on its feet. Taking a forward summer-salt, he used the force of gravity to empower the might of his attack.

Emil smiled when the Lucario came out, he knew all about them. He was an Aura user after all, Blu, his own Lucario had helped awaken that power many years ago. As the Blaze Kick came tumbling down Emil's smile grew wider, a pale blue flash momentarily stopped the path of the attack and reduced its damage. Faust still took the hit but the power behind it wasn't even close enough to do much damage.

Faust looked up with glowing red eyes that meant business, a new wave of raw psychic energy burst from his whole body with a deep red pulse.

((OCC: Lowered attack from 17 to 13. Lasts 3 more turns, next attack is reduced by 3 and so on and so forth. EDIT: Reduce battle damage to Lucario by 2, the calculated damage is now 10.))

The Lucario took the attack like a pro, landing easily back on its feet. "Okay, Riot! You got this!" The Lucario wasn't about to ease up just yet. Riot eyed Emil suspiciously, further cementing its resolve to overcome.

Static noticed the opponent was distracted and looking at Emil, Bruno told Static "Do what you wanna do, you seem to be making good choices today."

Static capitalized and went for a cross chop!

No attack had been named from the other trainer, so neither Jerry nor Riot were ready for what came next, "Riot! Look out!" until it was too late. The attack was decisive and final. The Lucario couldn't even brace itself before the impact hit and brought him down. "No!! Return!" Jerry called back his Pokemon, and was suddenly quiet. He let out a small sigh.

He suddenly smiled though, and adjusted his baseball cap. "No matter how many years you do this, you never get used to defeat."

Bruno respected the way Jerry handled the loss, He extended his arm for a handshake and said "It takes a lot of guts to challenge two guys like us to a handicapped battle. Your a winner in my book buddy." Bruno smiled knowing had it been one on one the battle wouldn't have been so easily won.

Jerry accepted Bruno's hand. "Thanks, man. The name's Jerry Jay, the Pokemon Piper." He laughed somewhat feebly. "I guess what they say about me is true. I've got a lot more guts then sense. You've got some power-houses on your team, though. That Electrovire is a real bruiser!"

Emil smiled as he watched Bruno and Jerry rubbed elbows, Emil then climbed on top of Faust and sat cross legged on his flat surface. "You put up a good battle!!!" Emil said with an ear-to-ear grin. Faust looked to Emil and exchanged a thought, "I see... Sorry to battle and run but we gotta be going. We were supposed to meet someone in the next town." Emil said as e checked the time.

Faust silently turned towards a path that led to a nearby forest. "See you guys around!!!" Emil called out as Faust began to float away.

((OCC: It's getting late for me... Night guys!!!))

Bruno laughed and replied to Jerry saying "Yeah well he tends to be the teams Loose cannon, The real top dog is actually my Dusclops. He doesn't have the raw power like Static but he has the brain power to get the job done, He is smarter than me by a longshot!" Bruno scratched the back of his head and laughed, "One time he even beat me at chess..." Bruno told Jerry.

"I said does anyone hear have the badge I seek? Or is this just a tourist spot," Atlas didn't have any ghost Pokemon but he had always admired their use of illusions and fear. It just wasn't his personal style, he was more of a strong defense or set traps to tire out the for to then nail them with one or two hits keeping his Pokemon strong for another two or three fights. "I'm kinda lost I guess," he grinned, "I thought this would be a place to battle, not a kiddy park ride."

The door closes itself behind you and all of the lights flicked then went out for just a moment the room became so dark you could hardly see 3 feet in front of you (you here footsteps coming from upstairs the candles in the room slowly started to light themselves and by the time the room had enough light there was a beautiful young woman standing just 5 feet from you at the end of the stairs
she seemed young maybe in her young 20's she had long flowing silver hair and bright blue eyes she wore an extravagant victorian dress that was a mix of purple black and inter woven with red roses there were even 3 red roses in her hair she was Lady Motnahp she did a very small polite bow and said "Welcome Trainer if you are looking for a badge you have come to the right place but I worn you it won't be easy" *she smiles

"I sure hope it wont," Atlas blushed as a drop of blood dripped from his nose, "cause most the trainer here are... we amateurs." The trainer was strong, and around the girls age, he had great skill but he was still pumping hormones and if he was a Pokemon adorable type was his weakness. Atlas noticed the blood and wiped it away blushing a bit more.

"Ladies first," he gestured to the beautiful girl, "three on three I'm gonna guess... But lets make it interesting." The cocky voice faded and like a comic book character in love he got down on one knee, "IF I WIN HAVE DINNER WITH ME NAMELESS BEAUTY!" He could not look dumber if he had heart shaped eye balls pop out of his skull, but what could he say, everyone one has weaknesses.

(to Atlas Storm) these words made her blush and giggle she seemed like she really wanted to laugh out loud but her proper lady training kept her from doing such a thing. However you could tell that she was having a very hard time holding it back after taking a good moment to compose herself by taking a few deep breaths and fanning herself. Once fully composed she slowly walked over to you and placed her gloved hand under your chin softly lifting it up so you would face her eye to eye. she softly smiles "My Name is Lady Adriana Victoire Virginie Marie Motnahp most call me Lady Motnahp and friends know me a Adriana"
(she spoke in a very sweet & clam upper class french accent)
she smirks "In any case the point is not wee? it is the challenge and I accept your challenge . . .if you will accept this is only fair no? if I am under challenge and you are not? so then if you lose and I should win then you . . . . . . (she thinks about it for a moment then smirks) "should you lose and I win under this Challenge Then you will Then you will give my butler Jasper a well deserved vacation and become my butler for a day or 2 ? and should you be victorious then we will have what you might call a date no?"

Bruno walked out of the tent with a look of confidence, Static had managed to dominate in battle and cemented Bruno's team as top competitors. Crush followed behind Bruno with his claws dragging, Bruno noticed that Crush looked disappointed and he told him "Hey buddy, don't worry next battle your going to be able to shine no problem." as Bruno pet the Crawdaunt.

Her accent was a golden silk painted into his ear drums by her velvet tongue. "I accept these as the stakes my lady," his dirty blonde hair once draped his face but as he looked up he revealed his bright redness. The stars woke at night because they had grown envious that the sun was her only suture during day time. "A kiss for good luck before the battle my lady?" Atlas asked standing up.

"Heeeeeeeeeeeey BRUNO!!' After sliding onto the scene, he took on a dynamic pose, complete with pyrotechnic effects provided by his Vulpix. "Everyone's favorite Pokemon Piper has returned from a good night's rest and a healthy breakfast and is ready to Tackle the day, Take Down the competitions, and Endure all the--" the Vulpix poked him on the ankle. "Oh, right, that's not what I came here to do." He cleared this throat and put away his collapsible "epic background" poster he was about to whip out. "Bruno, we've got a lot of ground to cover before this league is over, so we gotta get training if we want to rise to the next challenge." He turned to another dramatic point, complete with the "Epic Background" poster behind him. "I found an excellent training area in the subway tunnels, and I think you and me can dominate the other ((NPC)) challengers down there!!"

Bruno chuckled at the idea, he was feeling cocky after the win he just had. "Well you do need the training kid." Bruno said to Jerry with a laugh.

she smirks as she walks to the other side of the room she turns and blows you a kiss "you should send out your first pokemon No? in case you have not noticed I already have"
she points up and if you looked up you would see that her chandelier was really a Chandelure! disguised by a clever coat of gold paint making it seem like a normal golden chandelier (because of this the Chandelure was a beautiful golden with jules it seemed fairly large and healthy with a very bright blue/purple flame
*the Chandelure fell from the ceiling and seemed as if it would fall right on top of you! (which would have hurt a LOT perhaps knowed you out Maybe . .even kill you! but at the very last moment she blows another kiss and Chandelure moves to the side and misses you it seemed almost as if her kiss had hit the Chandelure and pushed it out of the way saving your life (she giggles)

"Hey, your Jolly Green Giant fell like a ton of bricks if you recall," Jerry smirked. "So, you in? The subway entrance is a block away." ((that's all i got. sorry))

Atlas smiled, face returning to it's normal pigment as he prepared for battle, "Call me Storm by the way," he nodded to her too lost in her eyes to see the Chandelure falling from the ceiling. When it had avoided him he looked up and knot iced which she had chosen oblivious to it's decent above him. Storm chose a pokeball from his team, "Blastoise! Let's win me a date!"

The giant turtle appeared and muttered it's name. "This is an important battle Blastoise! My love life depends in this VICTORY!" Blastoise rolled it's eyes and fell into a fighting stance, "Start things off big guy! IRON DEFENSE! FOR LOVE!!!"
