Dr. Arsenic was sitting quietly, alone in a dimly lit room, looking over some files that either contained data from a recent test, or some info on one of the various test subjects kept at their facility. The mumbles and cries of various animals could be heard from the adjacent room, which could be peered into via a large glass window that went all across the wall. He said that it was beneficial to see how the animals acted within their cages, some were very wild and constantly banged on the bars or walls, while others were completely silent, either curled up into the corner or just lying flat on the floor, they're spirit broken. Dr. Arsenic smirked at the sounds of his charges, the man's methods may seem unorthodox, and some would say down right inhumane, but they got results, and that was good enough for the company he worked for. He gazed over at the clock, and he seemed displeased by what it read, truth be told he had finished most of the experiments he was required to personally supervise over an hour ago and was now intently waiting for something, something VERY important. Suddenly, the door opened and one of his colleagues stuck his head into the room.
"Dr. Arsenic, sir, a man calling himself... Sesco is here to see you, he says it's about some sort of present he wishes to give to you, shall I send him in?" He questioned. Arsenic seemed satisfied by the news.
"That won't be necessary, I'll come to him, I'd prefer to receive that "present" of his personally." He replied, setting the files down on the desk and standing up from his seat. He walked over to the door, eagerness, almost excitement, evident on his face, as he made his way down to the garage.

A giant cage held a giant Polar Bearon, two masked guards held guns on either side of it. Shadows shifted on the floor, deep thick black shadows moved with every passing breeze, and shuffle of the men guarding the unconscious bear. As Arsenic stepped outside the darkest shadows began to ooze black mist, "Good to see you my friend." The darkness showed a dark skinned man from an ancient forgotten tribe, but some how the years of immortality still looked kind on this devilish man. "Greetings from the depths of Shadoria." Sesco had fully appeared and held his hand out showing the giant white creature. "We had agreed upon two point five million for the Polar Bearon?" Another guard appeared out of the same black mist with another crate, a large mushroom inside, "But call this a gift, a buy one get one free of sorts."
Dr. Arsenic was completely unfazed by the supernatural display, this was not his first dealing with Sesco and his Shadorians and he certainly hoped it wouldn't be the last. He examined the bear in the cage with a look of awe and what seemed to be excitement in his eyes.
"So, this is the legendary Bearon, a polar bear with the intelligence of a man." he said, amazement and interest lacing each word. "I must say, I never would've believed that a creature such as this existed in this world... in comparison..." He then shifted his attention to the second cage, his face now displaying a look of boredom and disinterest. "You know that I prefer to work with more... lively organisms. Things such as plants and fungi don't really interest me."

Sesco took the cage from his Shadorian guard, dropping it on the ground. The Mushroom bounced around the metal and a body unraveled. "We found this Mushroom Man deep within the jungles of South America," He looked at the small creature awaken, "No hunting just setting up for our event that I assume you will be attending?" Sesco waved his men to wheel the bigger cage into the big garage next to the doctor, "Call the plant man my invitation to you and your staff."
Sesco heard movement in the smaller cage, "Say hello to your new master Seedar." Sesco tightened the rope around his robe, "He'll be looking after you from now on." The Shadorian kicked the cage towards the doctor, and the mans shadow slithered around the concrete drive and picked up the cage, the black bone hand of darkness gifted the now wide awake creature to the good doctor.

Seeder groaned, his head pounding like a drum as his vision began to clear. He was deeply confused, one minute he was searching for some fire gems for his traps and the next he was being chased through the jungle by a pack of angry humans of all things. Once his vision was clear again, he examined his surroundings, and he didn't like what he saw. He was in a cramped little cage, on the ground no less, he heard two humans speaking, in a different language than he was used too... english, yes, it was english.
"Oh great, just what did I get myself into?" He thought to himself. He then heard his name being called, he was rusty on his english so he had to really pay attention to know what he was saying.
"...New, master?" he thought to himself. But before he could ponder the thought his cage was kicked and just when he thought things couldn't get any stranger, a bunch of bony hands made completely from shadows lifted up his cage, high enough for him to look at the human face to face.
"Uhh... Hello?" He said, fear and confusion evident in his voice.

Arsenic examined the strange creature within the cage, his interest piqued once again.
"Interesting, a sentient, anthropomorphic plant. You just might be of some use to me after all." he said as he took the cage and handed to to his colleague. "Put it with the other subjects, I'll be up shortly." He ordered, and the scientist obeyed. He then gestured to another one of his colleagues who understood and presented Sesco with a suitcase that contained his payment. "Two point five million, just as promised, I must say though, it wasn't easy convincing the higher ups to approve this, after all it is a little bit far fetched. As for you're invitation, as much I would love to come, I must decline, after all it seems like I'll be having my hands full with these new specimens." He lamented.

Sesco laughed, "the Noir Lord said you'd say that, but you'll come around." The Shadorian guards returned from helping the scientists move the Polar Bearon inside. Three of them now stood behind Sesco each holding an AK-47 at the ready. "Good Luck with your up coming experience, let me know whether the Bearon roars in pain or yells his discontent."
The group got into their helicopter once more, it would be a long flight south back to the amazon jungle. In this deep remote part of the rain forest was where the last known Shadorian Temple sat, arena and all. "Well you know where to find me when your interest peaks, and bring your assistant too," Sesco pondered for a moment, "Machnor was his name?"
The group got into the helicopter and it began to rise off the ground, "Give me a call when you change your mind doctor!" And with that the chopper was gone, flying back home to their temple home in the jungle.

Rro had been a pirate plundering from island to island in the east islands south of Japan around the Singapore area. But after a run in with the local Navy their ship the Cannonball Jack was pretty wrecked so he had been hiding out on a small island drinking the villages water, mating with the wives of its men, and they had gotten sick of it. Rro was now running away laughing trying to escape this weird looking man with gauntlets on his hands of all things.
Apparently the girl he had been bedding for the last hour was of some relation to this man. Rro didn't care, he had been from a ninja clan called the Silent Rain up in the Blade Lands north of here, but after the civil revolution he fled giving up most his ninja arts and bladed weapons for guns and blood magic.
Unfortunately running half naked threw the trees wasn't the fastest for of transportation and this gauntlet man was gaining on him but he reached the cove his ship was supposed to be hiding he saw that the Navy had found them and taken over their ship, "Son of a..." Rro pulled his trousers up and changed direction. He stopped on the edge of a cliff and turned around to see the gauntlet man starring him in the eyes, "Wife?" He asked, "Sister, girlfriend, cousin?"

He had finally cornered the infamous man known by the masses as Jolly Rro Rogers. This man had caused quite a bit of trouble for the residence of the island, you'd think that a pirate going under the radar would try to keep a low profile, but not this man, he had spent the last month on the island partaking in his usual debauchery and other sinful acts, and as much Alkilai hated it, he couldn't just let the man be.
"Nothing like that, she's a total stranger, but she is married, I know that much." he replied. Truth be told he had only just arrived on the island, he came there hoping to get some rest and relaxation, but of course even the most remote of places has it's fair share of sinners. "Jolly Rro, correct, the pirate that has been terrorizing the islands south of Japan, I didn't expect to find you here, but I suppose that saves me the trouble of hunting you down." As he said this he lowered into a defensive stance. "Sorry, but I'm taking you in, I'm not even going to bother asking you to come quietly, something tells me it would just be a waste of breath."

Rro was happy his tales of piracy had reached this far south, many bounty hunters and assassins had come for his head, but none had gotten him yet, he adjusted his auto-mail leg. "So you think your going to take me on with just your fists?" the pirate laughed, pulling his long red pirate coat over his bare chest, he must have forgotten his shirt at the sexy wenches house. He pulled a pretty big flint lock pistol out of his coat with two big barrels. "Damn," he said searching his pocket, the extra rounds must have fallen out when he was being chased.
"I like to know the name of every man I am about to kill," Rro grinned, "you know my name so whats yours?" Rro examined his large hand cannon, two shots would have to be enough. He hoped this one would be as easy as the Crocodile Man of west India, one shot to the head then he bedded his wife, this thought made Rro laugh, he was a talented marksman, but he was too cocky. If worse came to worse he did always have his blood magic.

Alkilai narrowed his eyes a bit, he didn't like being underestimated, but he had grown accustomed to such taunts, and all of the men who uttered them couldn't live up to them, this man would be no different. He noticed his cursing when he checked his pocket, Alkilai bet that meant he was low on ammo, good, all he had to do was avoid what little shots he did have and he should be able to dominate him in a hand to hand fight. If worse came to worse, he did have a trick up his sleeve, but he just hoped that it wouldn't come to that. He decided to indulge the man, after all, he was going to jail anyway.
"Alkilai, my name is Alkilai." he responded, his stance never wavering. "I've heard of your marksmanship, I'll admit I'm not the best when dealing with firearms, but I manage. The real question is, will you be able to handle my steel?" he shot back, if anything just to rile him up.

"Do you know what this even is," Rro asked the hunter, "It's no normal pistol, it is custom made." He showed the man his pistol with Black steel and gold tampered into it, "Not as good as my Cannonball Gun, but this, this is more of art work then a weapon." The pirate was using this time to pace around the edge of the cliff see if there was any escape, he couldn't swim anymore, not with his metal leg so off the cliffs edge wasn't an option.
"This may look like a hand gun but it packs the punch of a small ship cannon," He grinned, realizing internally that he would have to kill this man to escape, "It's blast is stronger then a shot gun shell." Jolly Bluffed a lot, all the time actually. He was well versed in the art of lying, and laying if you know what he meant. But never about his guns, he loved gloating about his hand made weapons. He pointed it at Alkalai, "want to see how it works?" BANG! A large shell flew toward Alkalai, he pushed a small button on the side of his pistol and the shell exploded, Jolly like this gun because for all intensive purposes it is Unavoidable.

Alkilai was getting a little tired of the man's bragging but was caught off guard when he actually shot at him so suddenly. The proceeding explosion was also unforeseen, but, almost instinctively, Alkilai brought his hands up, crossing them in defense. Just before the blast made contact, his arms were engulfed by a bright white light that seemed to emanate from his very being. Once the blast came, Alkilai only felt a slight pressure on his arms, the light seemed to have absorbed most of the force. Once the smoke from the explosion cleared, Alkilai lowered his arms and the light dissipated.
"Not bad, I'll admit that's quite the firearm you've got there, but that's still not going to save you." He responded with a taunt of his own. With that said, before he could even respond, Alkilai dashed towards him, at almost inhuman speeds; once he was in proximity he threw a punch at his face.

Jolly's leg clicked and threw him upward flipping on the other side of Alkalai, "so your some sort of mystic," jolly planted his flesh leg in the ground and kicked Alkalai hard in the side, being right next to the cliff this force pushed the poor warrior off the edge. Upon Rro's first examination there were a lot of roots sticking out of the side of the cliff for the metal hand man to grab but Jolly didn't care. He sat down cross legged laying his pistol in front of him, "It's been for ever since I have had someone good to talk to," he would shoot the man as soon as he appeared over the cliffs edge but there was no point in wasting a shell if he slipped fell all by himself. "So whats your story Alkalai?"
Deep within the rainforest of South America, Nick, along with his friend Nathan, was hiking through the thick brush. The best friends were studying abroad in Brazil together and they were currently on winter vacation, which occurred in July in Brazil. And so rather than returning home, they decided to take in the culture and natural wonders that they weren't able to appreciate during the school term. Nick wasn't usually the one for adventuring, but the rainforest was always a place he wanted to see, so he figured he may as well take the chance to really experience it.
"Man, just look at this place, did you know that the Amazonian Rainforest has the largest assortment of known species in the world, about 2.5 million insect species, and over 2000 birds and mammals, plus hundreds of amphibians and reptiles." He stated. He was reading from a guide book, but most of the trivial information he already knew, but it had plenty of things he didn't know as well, it fascinated him. He waited for a response, but he didn't get one. "Are you even listening or am I just talking to myself here?" He asked sarcastically.

Nathan Mare
Nate's face was buried in his game boy, he was playing an older video game, "yeah, I'm listening," he had been a little bit of a darker spirit since his mother had died. But as much as he tried to push everyone away Nick stayed by his side, not because Nate was wealthy but because they had known each other since seventh grade, they did taekwondo together for four years before Nate quit. They were talented fighters back then standing up to bullies and such but he since quit.
Nate looked around the road, nothing too exiting, he looked back at his game. He had a permit for the gun that was in his back pack, he was from Austin, Texas and Nick was from Houston so the gun laws weren't very stricked and after Nate was attacked last year by some locals his dad insisted he carry the pistol on him at all times. "I don't care where we go as long as I don't have to go back to the states this summer."

"You don't say." Nick replied sarcastically. He, however, knew all too well that Nathan would rather be anywhere besides home, if he could still call it that. It's been a rough couple of years for Nathan since the death of his mother, and his relationship with his father wasn't the best either, heck Nick couldn't even remember the last time he saw them in the same room together, the man was either too busy or Nate was avoiding him. Either way Nathan jumped at the chance to get away from it all, and being the concerned friend, he tagged along, he didn't really care where he went to school, so long as he could learn what he wanted to learn. He turned his attention back at the guide book, looking at a map that was hidden within it's pages.
"Well if that's the case, how about we head to this village." He suggested, pointing to a dot on the map. "It's not far from here, and I could use a break from the hiking, can't you?"

The Bearon's eyes opened slowly finally coming out of his tranquilizer coma, this was not his world, too far south. There was no cool breeze to ripple through his white fur, no soft snow under his paws just thick metal and the smell of chemicals. "I demand you release me Immediately!" He yelled to the big green skinned looking man in a lab coat. Across from his cage he saw what looked like a Minotaur, what a strange place. Icias stood up the best he could in the cage, "I said release me at once!" The green man turned taiser in hand but a Bearons have too much pride to back down, the Bearon fell to the ground an unnecessary amount of volts traveling threw his body, The Minotaur chuckled a little, but to the horned beast surprise along with the surprise of the goblin man, Icias stood," Is that all you got?"
Machnor
"Insolent wretch, do you know who you are dealing with?" The green skinned man replied to the bear's challenge. "I am the great Machnor, ruler of the mighty goblin race, to think that a mere beast would question my power, you will be punished harshly!" he brought the taser back onto the Bearon, sending another hundred volts through the proud creature. Michael North was once a bright and promising young grad student who was one of the first to be signed onto Dr. Arsenic's staff. Early on in his employment he was exposed to a number of experimental serums when an ape had escaped and rampaged through the facility. As a result, he skin turned turned green, his teeth became more animalistic, and he gained increased muscle mass, he retained most of his intelligence, but the same couldn't be said for his sanity. Ever since then, he believed himself to be Machnor, the Goblin King, the man destined to rule over all things. Dr. Arsenic was rather intrigued, and some may even say amused, by the effects, and thus to both cover up the accident and study the delusional man further, he kept him on as one of his researches, convincing him that he was his advisor and the subjects in the facility where rebels who wished to bring his downfall. This proved very beneficial, as despite his delusions, he carried out all of his experiments perfectly, obtaining very favorable results.
He zapped the bear like creature a few more times, laughing in triumph. "Ha, ha, ha, let this be a lesson to you, defy me again and you shall receive a fate MUCH worse than death!" He warned. He finished writing some sort of report and walked over to the door, shocking the cages along the way stirring up the animals quite a bit.

Icias stood again, struggling to get up. "You do realize you are a king with no people, a man with no kind." He dodged the taisers first shove slashing Machnor's face after knocking the electric stick from his hand this left three claw marks over Machnor's left eye, unlock these cages and unchain me and well see who is king of who!" The Bearon attempted to edge the goblin man on, "Unless you are no king?"
