Fulgore sat up and although it couldn't be seen he was furious at what the admiral had done, he walked off and turned on his cloaking device and he started toying with his internal hardware.

Starting to get frustrated the cyborg found what he was looking for, the power draining device added as a custom feature. While it was attached it was done through a cheap weakly trained company, The cyborgs plasma claws made quick work of the small device.

Hunnel was just recently introduced to this project, as a hired mercenary of course. The government took notice to his strengths and abilities and decided to make good use of them. Waltzing around the Common Area, he was observing the equipment they had, and the rushing scientists. They seemed busy, so he decided not to bother them with questions. His briefing was quick and short, so he figured he would seek out the operation's management and ask them for a detailed version of the operation. His black, and crimson-red body armor reflected the LED lighting that lit up the whole area brightly. Of course, his helmet's visor adjusted the lighting so it wouldn't obscure his vision. The dual, 16 Volt black-steel blades hung tightly to his hips, and rattled quietly with every step he took. His Plasmic T.A.S, clung to it's spot on his back, it's barrel protruding slightly from his left shoulder.

Waiting a little while longer, his impatience got the better of him, and he burst into a fast-walk to the Operating Deck. Approaching the door, he slowed down and reached out toward it. His metal fingers grasped it's handles and he yanked them open, fully exposing the battle-armor he never took off. Walking into the bustling room, he made his presence known. "Hey!" He shouted, drawing the attention of the officers. "Who runs this operation? I want to speak to them." He tried to not seem to menacing, but his armor prevented him from doing so.

Walter turned around to face Artemis and raised a hand "that would be me" he said calmly after everything that had happened lately he was trying to relax for now and calm his nerves "What is it that you need?"

Rro had gotten up early the next morning and begun his daily work out still doing some therapy on his leg. He would be heading back today and he had his bags all packed still chuckling at the expression they cyborg had made last night. As his ship opened up for him to go back to the Home Worlds he saw a single armored man step out and walk with strong strides towards the Operations Room. When the man had passed Admiral Rogers stepped off the ship. "So that's the mercenary the counsel sent to help motivate productivity."

Rogers laughed as the ship began to raise and turn, "well I have them the verbal run down but sometimes you need a hammer to do some jobs." The ship flew slowly out of the hanger and reached the green flashing satellite, and a voice came over the speakers: please prepare for worm jump. A portal shot out of the front of the ship sucking it threw porting them to the Home Worlds part of the galaxy. "Good luck Rimmer, my job is complete here but yours is just beginning..."

"yeah well, with what I have right now this operation is under some stress so, the beginning of the end maybe" he said chuckling "but anyways I'm keeping you form your work, farewell and thanks for the help you could provide" he said turning back around and typing on the console

Idly and quietly, Artemis sat by while this conversation carried out. When it ended he motioned toward Rimmer. "I'm the mercenary hired by your government, and would like some more information on this, uh, project." He eyed the Operation's Room and analyzed the officers busying themselves. Grazing over a few screens, he noticed the frantic array of numbers and letters race across the computer. Although he was adequate with technology, and computer programs, he couldn't tell what was going on from a distance. As the worm jump activated, to prevent from being tossed backwards, or stumble, metal spikes protruded from his boots and penetrated into the floor. This stabilized him, and he stood perfectly still, not moving even slightly.

The swords at his hips rattled lightly, but no sound other than that left the metal-man. After the travel ended, he retracted his spikes and he walked forward toward the leader of the operation.

Walther motioned Artemis to move to his side then pointed to the consoles screen "this is what we're doing, we need to build a large underground bunker facility, this is a defensive building able to make its own army, a robotic force capable of eliminating the toughest of soldiers in combat" he said then zoomed the screen to the entrance "only one entrance, to get in and out, makes it a whole lot easier to defend and less noticeable where we've placed it"

Intrigued, he decided to make a few suggestions. "Well, one entrance/exit would make a defensive attack easier, it would leave our men trapped and cornered in the facility." Gesturing to a few areas that would be easily concealable, Artemis stated his opinion a few more times. "These few points would provide an easy escape." He looked slightly smug. "You also don't have to include them on the public blueprints, if you are worried about a traitor. A private blueprint that only include a handful of trusted workers should do." He walked around to look at the computer closer. Rolling his shoulder back and cracking his neck he asked a question that had irked him. "So um... This, 'Robot Project', might it involve innovating humans with robotics?"

"no that idea was scrapped long ago, this is actually taking the AI from a frigate and placing it in a full bipedal body capable of taking down an apc or tank all on its own" he said pulling up another blueprint on his console of a robotic machine "this is the other project this factory is producing, it is a fully functional mech all on its own, no pilot, just an AI"

He sighed and then stepped back a bit. "Figured I would ask," he shook his head and then held his forehead, "I had a job once, where I was to eliminate someone that had robotic features." He felt his body armor in the torso and winced in remembrance. "It didn't go well." Satisfied with his answer he nodded to Rimmer and walked away. Budging the doors open, the ship shook and he braced himself. It then stopped abruptly, but yet again the ship shook. Something was happening on the outside, something wrong. In reaction, Artemis unsheathed his blades and sprinted to the outside of the ship, his suit provided oxygen for hours. Making his way through the air-sealed door, he went to the outside. A large, dark figure was rapidly gaining on them and firing some sort of a shell. It had a, what looks like, a ten second delay. Shouting back into the ship, "All hands on deck!"

Walther runs down along side Artemis and pulls out his rifle "what's going on?" he asked pointing to the airlock door with his rifle

Voro had been cleaning while the whole scene on the command deck was going on. It had been cleaning when the skiff shuttle departed from the satellite ship, and then headed back to the assassin man almost falling when a ship that was not this one departed into hyper jump. "No space legs," the nosy vacuum chuckled. That right Voro was a Vort-X Unit manufactured for cleaning. After hearing the mess that this place was in Voro came along with the Admiral and stayed behind to help tidy up, and keep an eye on the commander for Admiral Rogers. Voro loved new places, new secrets, and new mayhems. As long as he was out of the fire.

That's why when the satellite fell under attack Voro was less then pleased. "Master Rimmer! Master Rimmer!" His robotic voice called as his little wheels scooted along the floor toward the Commander. Though it was a cleaning unit sent to keep tabs on the crew, it had been sent with eleven other V.O.R.T units who were only sent to clean. So it was not odd to see Voro scooting along anywhere he pleased. "Master Rimmer! What's going on?"

This beast paced back and forth in a holding chamber, it was being shipped to a research facility for both training and to be studied. The beast was at one point a member of the Genus Ursidae which was for the most part thought to be extinct.

the creature was hideously mutated and deformed, the team that captured it injected a microbial organism to enhance its vocal abilities and brain function. the beast wanted to be free, it swatted at the thick metal wall and roared. but not even a beast like this was monstrous enough to swat through the metal.

Artemis was nearly thrown back into the dual metal doors when a shell hit the nearby section. He grasped the corner and slowly pulled himself up. "Someone gave away our position!" Unlatching his High-powered Sniper Rifle, he once again stabilized himself using the rods from his legs and feet. He took aim, then fired. It only inflicted minor damage on the ship, but he managed to strike one of the weapon's systems. "One of your crew," he took aim once more and fired, grazing the glass of the shuttle, "betrayed us." Just then, pods began to emerge from the ship and shot towards their own. Artemis unlatched his rods and darted back inside. Activating the alarm systems, he shouted over the intercom. "This is NOT your Captain speaking, but get to your Battle Stations anyway!" A few more explosions erupted and shook the craft.

Voro looked at the man talking on the intercom and tapped him politely, "you are an idiot." The robot wasn't insulting the man, honesty was just in it's personality chips. "This space station is for research not for battle... There are no battle stations." Voro looked out the window, and tilted his head to the side. Someone was definitely attacking. But who? This project was on no big edge of a genius discovery. It was on the verge of being shut down, unless it was them. The people Rimmer had told the council about, the beings that hadn't attacked it years.

It wasn't like their weren't weapons on the ship because there were, but how could a bunch of scientists, cleaning droids, and two skilled combatants take out an attacking battle ship. "Orders Commander???"

Walther looked at the droid "follow his orders, he seems to know what to do" he said rushing down the corridor towards the Armory going to grab his rifle

Katahdin was a strong willed beast, not only that but he was a monstrous giant. instead of swatting the walls he was contained in he took a different approach. His holding cell was roughly 25 feet in length so the creature walked to the far side of his cell and barreled towards the other end, tackling it with his full weight.

The wall had a big bear sized dent and Smo realized he would soon be able to bust free if he kept at it. He repeatedly tackled the metal wall in the same manner and it finally busted open, the metal broke his skin and he was bleeding but he wouldn't let a little blood keep him from freedom. He sauntered around the cargo bay and was spotted by a crew member taking inventory, the poor man didn't have a chance of running. Katahdin stared the man directly in his eyes, the man started to slowly walk away still facing him. Smo had no intentions of allowing the man to escape and foil his plans of freedom.

With a swing of his massive mutated right paw he swiped the crew member, leaving a deep gash in his face. He fell to the floor, his neck broken and his chances of survival virtually non-existent.

"Sir?" Voro's systems didn't understand the command, "is your order to follow an armed mercenary who we just met?" The droid wasn't sounding like an average vacuum cleaning drone so he turned to follow the faulty order, the robot approached the mercenary. "Who are you? What's your boarding identification number??" The bot lifted his arm showing his shoulder, it was stamped with the code: 50113LD. The bot backed up, "is this man even authorized on this vehicle?" The saucy droid looked at Rimmer, "and your just putting him in charge?"

Artemis sighed, holding his forehead. In an instant, he had his pistol in hand and trained on the bot. Pulling the trigger, he shot the vacuum droid until it stopped functioning. It's machinery twitched one last time, and Artemis emptied four more rounds into his circuitry. Cracking his neck, and rolling back his shoulders, he stepped carelessly onto the bot, crushing it's metal under his armored foot. Grinning underneath his mask, he chuckled. A scientist nearby noticed the whole event, and her jaw was dropped wide open. "Don't stand here and stare, go get a bloody weapon!" She nodded sprinting away to the armory the housed the limited weapons.

Unlocking the airlock door, he stepped outside. The moment after stepping out into space, a fist came barreling toward Artemis. His natural fighting instincts kicked-in and he retaliated. To block the incoming blow, he stuck his elbow up, striking his opponent in the armpit and unleashed a flurry of bullets into his torso. Three more attackers struck from all sides of him and he smiled. One had a sword thriving with plasma, he grasped the man's waisted and twisted around then kneed him in the back. The blade dropped and Artemis grabbed it, then punctured the man's face mask with it. The two others also attempted to strike, one wielded a handgun, the other with forearm blades. The forearm's swung towards Artemis's torso, but missed as Artemis slammed his fist into the side of his head, then grasped his mask and crushed his face mask using his thumbs. The last one got a shot off, grazing his shoulder. Artemis just ignored it, then spartan-style kicked him into deep space. Then he unlatched his rifle and fired a few shots into the spiraling soldier, striking him each time.

Katahdin heard gun fire and screams, the beast being in constant pain from its mutation didn't enjoy the loud noises and started walking toward the sound there was a large metal door between him and the sounds, Katahdin used its massive claws and pryed the two sides of the door open enough to stick its head in. There was a machine, a man covered in metal, and a psychopath with a pistol. The beast looked from the machine, to the psychopath, and then to the metal man and roared at all in the room before it pryed the doors open the rest of the way.

Katahdin stood with its monstrous frame and waited to see what the first move they would make. there were bodies strewn all over the room laying lifeless, the room smelled of death and the creature loved it.
