Valerie shivered pulling her sweater tighter around herself. She'd been wandering the Brooklyn streets for hours and still came up empty handed. Feeling lost, she pulled out what little money she had left and entered a small local coffee shop. She bought a warm coffee. Sitting herself by the window she watched the busy streets.
She glanced away for a brief moment.
She heard a screech and screams before crashing filled the coffee shop. She left her coffee and raced out onto the streets. She pushed through the crowd of people to the crash site. There was a man climbing out of he's demolished car.
Her mind went into overdrive as she ran to the other car trying to pry off the side door. Without even batting an eye, Valerie's hands began to glow and the door blasted off its hinges. She grabbed a woman from the front seat and laid her near the side walk.
Checking for a pulse, she put her hands on her head, and closed her eyes. The woman gasped and her eyes flew open as her body began to shake. "Shh..Shh.. you're okay.." Valerie whispered trying to calm the woman down.
People were whispering and murmuring around her. She looked around to see them staring at her. Panicked, she stood and ran.

Sorin cralwed out from one of the smashed cars with a few pieces of glass in the side of his face he was dazed and confused trying to get to some one who could help him he collapsed awake but unable to move and barely breathing.
She bit her lip tightly before looking over her shoulder at the scene. She mumbled trying to decide whether or not to go back. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Maybe, even from this distance, she could heal the others from the crash. She felt powers surging, and she prayed it would work.
Sorin's eyes widened at feeling some one els who had power like he did. He tried to move. He still could not. So he sent out a bit of energy to valerie to see if she could sense him.
She shouted and fell back feeling something like a wall crash into her. "Jesus!" She screamed covering her ears and trying to send more. 'I-I cant move!' She thought panicked.
Sorin sent her a message by mind. Tellinf her "be easy on your mind and body. If you can find me. I will help you" the message sounded as if he was talking face to face with her.
She shook her head. 'H-How? I-I don't understand...' She began crawling through the crowd trying to find him. 'W-Where?'
He used what power he had to send her a message "look for the young man with the white hair. That is me" he wad going to say more but passed out.still breathing but slowly and small
She crawled over to him, wincing as the glass dug into her knees. She whimpered and placed her hands on his head like she did the woman, feeling her power, her hand began to glow and heal him instantly.
His breathing went back to normal and he was wakeing up slowly. Still a bit dazzed. "Are. You her?" He asked slowly. Calming down a bit. He looked at her.
She was shaking and starring at him. "W-Who?" She whispered weakly.
"The. Other warlock. Are you her?" He asked weakly tryin to sit up but he went back down. He gave in trying to get up. After the second try.
She nodded weakly and pulled her jacket tighter. "A-and you're one too?" She mumbled softly, propping himself up.
"Yes "he replied still tiered but not in pain. He felt the broken glass on the floor. "Would you get me off this glass?" He asked despretly.
She nodded and called for a couple people to help carry him a safe distance away from the cars. After she made sure they were safe, she began heading off.
He sighed and looked in her direction. He was still weak to yell so he let her walk. He wanted her to stay so he could help her with her powers.
She looked around the shops as the sun began to set. She needed a place to stay as she strayed towards the park. So caught up in looking for this High Esteemed Warlock, she had yet to notice the looming shadows following her every step.
He so caught up with her looking good as new "excuse me miss. We spoke at the car crash elier today"he was trying to not sound creepy considering the fact that he found her easy.
She stared at him blinking slightly. She cocked her head to the side wrapping her arms around herself and backing up slightly. "The boy with white hair...I remember..."
"Did i startl you? If i did im.Sorry" he rubed the back of his head with a goffy laugh
