How would someone hide a page within a page on a character profile?

Take this character for instance.

Do you mean how you get a sort of dropdown menu? If so -

When organizing pages on a character's profile, notice the pages slots. If yo put a page under another, in the same column, instead of next to it, you'll get a dropdown to access that page.
