If you're not sure of where to begin, Try the Getting Started or even just the Help. It is all very helpful.
Looking For RP forum, has people in search of certain RPs that may peak your interested. You can also use the Find RP tool, (only shows who was only in the last ten minutes though, but is still quite handy. Or if you find a character you like just PM them and ask if they are interested.

thanks all i need help with is adding story to my charater
Well, the first thing is usually to create a character. You can go to Dashboard, and then Create Character. (Um, or not. I think the first thing that appears when you create an account is Create Character. )

Also, you can also Browse Characters for inspiration can also help you "with adding story to your character". Or, um, do you mean actual texts? For that, there's the Widget button

um i understand the gadget thing but idk how to set the setting stuff to where its likehair~black and stuff like that and are these sposed to be based of larp things

Do you see the page where you can put the text (the page where the widget/gadget is?) Up above, there's TEMPLATE. Click edit, and bam, you can choose the template

Hi there WhiteWolf, welcome to RPR. I see that you already had a lot of questions(feel free to ask more if you have them!) but you didn't tell us much about yourself. What type of RP do you like? Which genre do you like best? Inquiring minds want to know!
You can use this site for any character in any type of RP. It's primarily for those used online, such as in chat and play-by-post setups, but I see no reason why you couldn't use it for LARP characters as well. I imagine some already to, at least in part.
As for your primary question, you said you already have the gadgets/widgets figured out, so I assume you know how to place them on the page and edit them. You can actually put any kind of info in the "Text" widget. However, I think you're talking about the "Basic Info" widget, which allows a simple list of traits. If you're not sure what they all were listed here.
