"O.M.G. That's coool!!!!" Jessebelle clapped her hands, accidentally turning off the lights. Turning the lights on again, she turned the music down so they could hear each other better. "Your turn."

"What would you like to do tomorrow?" Neil asked.

"Well, we could go see a movie?" She offered, remembering a new movie that she had wanted to see.

Neil nodded a yes. "We could do that." He agreed.

"Awesome!" Jessebelle smiled, raising her torso back up so her head was above water.

Neil sighed and faced her. "So are there any more questions you have for me?" Neil asked since they were on the subject.

"Hm..... What is your favorite book?" She resorted to the basics, unable to think of anything deep.

neil tried to think of one and then after a while shrugged. "I'm not sure. I haven't read any normal books since childhood."

"For real?" She asked, surprised by his answer. She would have thought he read at least some books.

Embarrassed, Neil nodded a yes and sunk into the water. "The only books I've read are magic tomes and notes on alchemy recently. But if you have any books you recommend I'll read them."

"Wasn't allowed to wander far from the orphanage. Plus, If I brought back a book the other kids would have torn it to shreds...." She admitted, sinking into the water as well.

Neil bolted up when he heard the last part. "Thats it! I'm tired of hearing about how you were mistreated, mistress! I'm gonna go teach them a lesson about hurting the people I must protect!" Neil stood up and moved to get out of the hot tub, obviously passionate about the subject. Oh, if he was allowed to reach them it wouldn't be pleasant, not one bit.

"Neil, don't go hurting people! You can only cause them porblems like giving them pimples and bad luck." She laughed at the last part, unable to keep it in. Even when she knew they deserved it, she didn't want anyone seriously harmed.

Neil turned and looked at her with a childish pouting face. "So I can't hurt them just a little bit?" He asked her as he put the foot he had already taken out back in.

"Maybe.... No, you can't harm them." Jessebelle said sternly, crossing her arms in a no-nonsense way.

"I'm gonna give them pimples and stuff though. Or I could scare them. Maybe summon a ghost into the orphanage, one that enjoys haunting places, and let it roam free." Neil said wiith a smile. He enjoyed making plans like these when he couldn't hurt people in the name of those that had been wronged.

"Don't tell me what you're going to do, I don't want to be on the recoil list." Jessebelle laughed, sinking a little in the water. "What time is it?"

Neil's index fingertip began to glow orange and he drew a square in the air with it which remained floating in the air. Numbers appeared in the box that looked like a clock. "In the physical world it is 3:30 pm. Why do you ask?" He asked her as he ran his hand over the clock causing it to disappear.

"Just wondering, because there is literally no way of telling time here except magik." She pouted, looking over at the stereo. "Hey guys, do you think my father will let me go to a concert?" She asked, a thought running through her head.

Neil put a finger to his chin in thought. "I'm pretty sure he'd let you. The real question is who is gonna have to pay for the tickets?" He said, wondering what she was thinking.
