"Now this is a fight," Rro laughed. The crew erupted into cheers as the action continued. Rearing the ship a bit to slow the vessel Rogers keep an eye on the sea as he watched the fight. "Common Griffon..."
...But by charging at Skyra, Griffon did exactly what he wanted him to do. Skyra quickly twirled his spear from Griffon's sword, then spun away from his fist, throwing Griffon completely off balance. He then thrust his spear at Griffon's sword hand again and attempted to disarm him once more. He used the other spear to trip his left leg and make it even harder for Griffon to recover without seriously injuring him. "You're forgetting how my vision works," he said. "Since one eye is still covered, you're just whispy, you aren't invisible. I can still see you."
Steady footing quickly put Griffon back on balance. Missing his target, he found his sword being torn against his grip. Griffon knew that if he didn't let go he could break his fingers. Griffon's free hand reached and grabbed onto the spear that had caught his sword, ready to yank it out of his opponent's grip. If his sword was disarmed, at least he would then have a spear. He would have to let go if his sword was disarmed. He left what happened next up to his competitor. "Never thought I was," he stated through gritted teeth.
"Dropping!" Rro called as the ship leaned over the edge of the Aqua void, the bow tipped downward before dropping into the windy abyss bellow them. Crew member hung on for dear life as the battle continued, neither fighter was able to grab something due to the fact that they were locked within each others weapons. The two began floating upward, the gravity on the ship was lost and a moment of weightlessness could be felt as Rro locked his foot into position. He wanted to give the two a second to fight it out in MID-AIR before pulling up and slamming them back on the deck. How would the weightlessness effect the fight?
No matter what Skyra did, Griffon always had a counter move. "No human's prediction skills are that good!" Skyra cried. "Are you a god or something?" Skyra was starting to call shenanigans as it felt like everything Skyra did was countered. Any other person would have lost by now, but Griffon seemed to be stronger than most people. Truth be told, he was really good.
Eventually, Skyra's spear was grabbed onto by Griffon. Skyra knew he couldn't overpower Griffon, but he could still hang on. His fingers were designed to grip small round objects better than humans, like his spears. ...The problem was those fingers were not that great at gripping much else. Still, Skyra held on, refusing to let go.
...And then, Gravity kicked in. Both Skyra and Griffon became airborn. With quick thinking, Skyra climbed down his spear and grabbed onto Griffon's head. "I've never done this before," he said before he latched onto his neck with his legs and started to poke at Griffon with the spear he had control over. "But here goes nothing." There was a good reasong for this: It put him out of his comfort zone. Skyra knew it would be a risky move, but right now he was willing to try it.

((I'm biting my toungue right now. I'll respond to this in a PM. However, it may serve you well to take stock of injuries, and who has dealt what to who. I will reply to the second two paragraphs.))
Griffon was about to be disarmed one moment, but the next he was in the air with a Scrauser climbing down on to him. With his skin repeatedly being pierced lightly by a second spear, Griffon did the only thing he could think of. Gritting his teeth he tore his sword out of the weapon's grasp, slicing the skin open as he reached across. At the same time he let go of te other spear and grabbed the bac of Skyra's neck. Now, with fresh blood floating off into the air and making a ring around his arm and oter injuries, Griffon had a hand behind Skyra's neck and his cutlass pressed against his neck.
"You can stab me harder," he spat, "but I'll slit your throat before I bleed out. Now is the time you surrender. One move and there will be two pieces of you." Griffon lost ever trace of the light hearted character he had been as he faced death. More blood floated out of his sword arm.

To be honest, Rro didn't much give a crap whether Skyra was killed in this fight or not. But not only was Griffon his champion, but was the only one on board who would've helped him. If he brought the ship up now the pigs throat would be slit and Griffon would be impaled. "Hold on point!" He yelled to the crew, unsure of why they weren't just pulling up already. The were plummeting faster now, sails beginning to strain! If they didn't end this stale mate in the next few second Rogers would be forced to pull up anyway killing the two of them and leaving him in an awkward position of who truly won. "Come on Griffon," he whispered undead his breathe. The end of this battle would be decided sooner then expected, possibly fatally.
There wasn't much Skyra could do, but surrender was not in his vocabulary. "Go ahead, kill me, human," Skyra said. "After all, you were the one who wanted to end it earlier anyway." Skyra was wondering if he was really going to do it.
"Just remember what Rro did to Iveth, and how Iveth is nowhere to be found probably thanks to him. I was gonna hand the ship back to Iveth once I found her, but apparently Rro wanted to have a bloodbath. You have no idea what I had to go through ever since I boarded the ship. I forgot why I even boarded the ship of a bunch of simians. And ever since then, I've been the subject of ridicule, bullying, and all these STUPID pig jokes when Scrauser aren't even related to pigs! And all I ever wanted from you stuped hairless apes was respect. I wanted you to know I wasn't just some push-over who lets others shove them around and prove myself as an actual competent warrior. But in this state I have nothing left to live for, if this was truly my last chance to put an end to all I've had to go through."
Skyra then looked a bit sad toward Griffon, maybe that he wasn't sincere about wanting him to kill him. "We Scrauser are not cheaters. We have our rules and codes to live bye, and they don't involve dishonorable death. You have my word I will not attack if you spare me, but don't expect me to just sit here and lose Iveth if you do. So what's it gonna be human. Will you really do it?" Skyra was obviously a proud creature, and admitting defeat was hard for him, but at the same time he didn't dare try anything but talk.

"I didn't want to kill you anyway," he said, releasing his neck and pulling his sword away. He pushed Skyra gently off of him and spun to try and see Rro. "Captain," he called to him, "you've won. The ship is yours now, fair and square." He floated in the air, moving slowly towards the bow of the ship. He had pushed Skyra in the direction of the mast so as not to throw him overboard.
Rro pulled the wheel hard catching the windy updraft and the ship sailed towards the sky resorting the gravity fast. Skyra hit the deck a little harder then Griffon only because he was pushed away. "So crew!" Rro called, "will you follow me or not?" The ship was pulled upward and caught the waves on the edge of the Aqua Void before returning to sea. "If you choose not to abide by the code, you may as well just jump over board now!!!" Some of the men groaned before returning to work. But the majority didnt much seem to care anymore, they exchanged money from debts and returned to work as well. They had bonded a little with their new captain.
Rro used a bit of blood magic on Griffon after the fight to clot his cuts faster making it so it wouldnt get infected. The pirate wouldnt blood bend the bard, not now after he fought for him, "I owe you one Mr. Pardoner..." But now that they were over this the Dagger Gates were straight ahead with undead horrors awaiting our men, they would need team work to battle skeleton men and zombie pirates.
((OOC: Begin the other half of this part with Sam and Iveth and Hiro... We will return to Rro, Skyra, and Griffon after a little while. AAABBBAAABBB, a pattern like that to describe the Navy stuff and the Dagger Gate adventure!))

A hard floor wasn't the nest thing to wakr up too or on, leaving her shoulder aching along with her knees. Maybe she had fallen on them? Iveth's brows furrowed deeply as she pushed herself to regain her senses faster. To her dismay it took a few minutes before she could force her eyes open and even more so to move. It took her face pressing hard against the ground for her to shift herself to get in position to sit up.
Once she was up straight her eyes darted to Hiro in a cell across from her. Looks that in the end he was chained down just as they wanted, but still, she needed to come through with her plan if they didn't want to remain within bars. Beginning from the moment she could function again she had put on her act again.
"Hiro, you okay?" she asked him, straining against the rope on her wrists. Of course she wasn't all too concerned, he was fine as long as he didn't panic.

Hiro struggled against his chains constantly, and only stopped when he heard Iveth's voice.
"You awake. That good," he said, finally relaxing. "You smart. You have plan now, yes?" He couldn't hope of break these chains, as this crew seemed to have learned from their previous encounter. He didn't need to be smart enough to solve puzzles or form strategies, but being bound up like that was robbed him of his ability to fight. No one took away his ability to fight.
"Please say you have plan," said Hiro, angry desperation in his voice.

Immediately her head shook viciously and her gaze appeared to scold him. "Don't speak of it," she hissed under her breath as she shifted to lean against the wall. "They'll know," she mouthed, trying to make the words obvious. Since English clearly wasn't the boy's first language she could only hope that he understood.
But to answer him, she nodded harshly: a yes. She did have a plan, and she had many in case one didn't work. The woman could manipulate lies so well that even she would eventually believe that they were the truth. They could stack atop of one another, create a way out even for unexpected hinderances. Surely she can fool the admiral. In this case she had no choice but to do her best.

Hiro grimaced. This was another one of those "shut up and let the smart people do the talking" situations that he loved so much. He didn't fully understand his situation, but when did he ever? All he knew was that he would count the seconds before he had a chance to punch something.
The admiral along with two guards came down and Thorne looked over Iveth's cell, "I'm very sorry about the arrangements my lady," he figured she was a pirate still. But she was a beauty, and he had hopes to wed a woman like her, daring, adventurous, but less.... likely to be diseased. The key to the boys chains were around his neck and he slipped them bellow his shirt as he entered her cell. "Men, get these bindings off her. And escort her up stairs to meet with me in my chambers for dinner."
Iveth was a bit relieved when they had entered which meant no one else had been present before to witness anything said about a plan. As they were making their way down she kept her eyes solely on Hiro, as though trying to read his expression. She could see that unyielding urge of his to move. He clearly couldn't handle being still for so long.
An apology as vain as the admiral's didn't deserve an answer and she scoffed inwardly. Though her eyes were on his face she did take note of the keys he had around his neck before they disappeared under the fabric of his shirt. As of now she'd have to begin to devise a plan on how to get her hands on it. With his guards around it would be difficult for her to even get near... Or perhaps with time she wouldn't need the keys.
His next command only agitated her further. If she had the ability to kill with her eyes he'd surely be dead because her glare was astoundingly piercing. Dinner? Did he think this was funny? That thought didn't stay long when that had also gave way to the time of the day. Must've been late afternoon which made her wonder how long Hiro had been up.. The boy had probably suffered through no breakfast while her body was still getting rid of whatever toxins she breathed in. Was the admiral really that shallow as to make a boy starve?
"Aren't you a bit too old for tea parties?" she mocked, eyeing the guards as they peeled her from the wall to have access to the bindings.

Hiro's eyes bounced from one guard to the other. Hrio fantasized about how he would collapse the lower rips of one of them and then tenderize the solar-plexus of the other. His eyes then landed on the admiral. He would take time to break his bones to particularly small pieces. He would not stop until he was a broken pile of meat with bone shards poking.
He felt his body tighten against the chains. He had read stories about men who could break such chains by merely flexing hard enough. He also remembered the man who new how to make others move against their will. That trick would have been particularly useful right then.

Thorne had ignored the woman's comment upon exiting the room, maybe because she hadn't heard it, or perhaps because he just chose not to indulge her rudeness after he had been so gracious to offer her food. It had been almost two days since they had gotten on the ship, and frankly the captain didn't care of the small rageful attack child starved a bit longer. He had injured seven members of the crew, two of which almost died!
To be honest Thorne was saving the boys life, many of the men had been talking about cutting the boys throat for hurting their crew mates but the captain forbid it. It wasn't a morality thing, it was a message thing. He would keep the kid alive until the woman like him more, or he decided she was just too wild. Then he would have the kid hung. Pirate's death for a pirate child, if that was even what he was.

Clove didn't know what the admiral had in mind for Hiro therefore she wasn't that reluctant to be guided away from the cells by the guards though she did glance back to him just to measure how long he could handle being in the weight of the chains. Unfortunately, she couldn't read him all too well either because she didn't know him long enough or he was simply had on a pensive expression at the moment. She'd have to shift her attention for the time being to this dinner, figure out how she'd play along with it. Not so much of her plan, but more so of how she'd act it out. If she came out to fierce then it'd prove to be problematic.
Hiro begen to squirm under his chains. He would not stop until the chains were off. Sadly, this was not going to happen any time soon, not without a proper plan. He needed to focus on something. Anything.
He began singing to himself.
"Ore wa ne kamome ni oreta tasogare oyaji. Ore wa ne kamome ni oreta tasogare oyaji" On and on he sang, slowly increasing his volume over time. "Aoi umi o nagameta wa naki. Aoi minato wa tamome koishikuteeee--" And he repeated back to the beginning.
