his eyes go wide and he looks at her as if at first in disbelieve, he then realized it was her, its why she looked so familiar! he just stares at her, he does not run to hug her because he thought she hated him, he just broke down on the flood and cries, on his knees looking down "I...I am so...so...so sorry!" he whimpers crying and sobbing

She looked at him, despite how kinda pissed, upset, and a few other things she felt inside, seeing he was her best friend- and only friend still, she couldn't stand to see him like this. She got up and walked over to him, and despite him still wearing his armor, she hugged him. She didn't hate him. Just alittle of everything but. She was happy it was him, yet confused. She was pissed that they had been apart so long, sad/upset they may get separated again, and so forth.

he sobs more and hugs her close "I wont leave you...ever again I swear to god..." he says and holds her close, now he did not want to goto bed... he wanted to catch up with her! he wanted to be with her again! most of all... wanted to get out of there alive with her, and live like they use to.

So many emotions flowed through her, negative, and positive ones, it was alittle overwhelming and she too now had tears going down her cheeks. She didn't release him from her hug, despite her negative emotions, she tried to make them positive. "Friends Forever, right?" she asked, just like she had as a child.

he nods and takes her hand "forever and ever and ever" he says and rests his head on her shoulder gripping her close and rubs the back of her head "y-you can come back with me! M-my mom is a lot nicer now... she says work was just stressing her before! we can make a water slide! another tree house! we...we can go back...to the way things were" he says taking her hand tightly and sobs

She smiled a little at him, a shy smile, a happy smile at the same time. Though she looked down, and her smile faded, "sadly...things will never be the way they used to be. It's been 7 years, a lot can change in 7 years...." she said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear. They weren't kids anymore. They could play with toys and all that stuff. Tree-house was possible though, but that was besides the point. The sucky reality point.

he looks at her "I know... but we can be together again like old times like...Like I always dreamed of" he says and it looks like he had circles under his eyes like hers at this point and he lets go of her and smiles "s-shall we get some sleep and continue on about this tomorrow?" he asks tilting his head rubbing her head

"You can.." she said quietly. Over the years her little sleeping problem had got worse, so she had a even harder time falling asleep..But she didn't want him staying up with her just because of that. She didn't like keeping him awake just because she couldn't sleep, just as she had as a child.

he looks at her "why dont you lay down with me? Maybe that will get you to fall asleep...?" he asks tilting his head removing his other armor pieces and he giggles "I mean I can be pretty boring sometimes" he says jokingly and giggles more yawning

"Doubt it" she said. Though his little joke about being boring did get a giggle out of her. She was tired, yes, could she fall asleep, no. That was the part that stunk about that. She was tired and couldn't sleep. She looked towards the doorway seeing she left the tape on the floor, and she went and picked it up. It was still playing to.

he thinks for a moment and then takes out a little needle "I could give you a shot of this to help you sleep?" he asks tilting his head "Because I cannot sleep unless you do too" he says and smiles brightly and motions for her to come lay down next to him happily

She shook her head, glaring at the needle. Maybe she shouldn't have watched him get all those shots as a child. She sat on one of the beds, seeing there was two of those. She looked down at the video, "how did you sleep...when I wasn't around?" she asked

he sighs and looks at her "horrible..." he says and falls backwards on the bed "I just... kept dreaming at you... nightmares.... or I had good dreams that I did not want to wake up from, and when I got so upset...I just never wanted to sleep" he says and holds his pillow close and looks at her "you sure you dont want a shot?" he asks tilting his head

"oh," she said in response to that, not sure what else to say. She didn't seem like much of a talker. The things she'd do for her friend. She couldn't believe she was going to say this, but she did. "I'll take the needle" she said. How bad could it be? It was only one temporary needle..One teeny tiny needle..

he smiles and looks at her shoulder, and he looks at her "dont worry, My needles only hurt because of the stuff it was pumping in... this will not hurt" he says and pushes the needle in and then takes it out and rubs the a tiny drop of blood off her shoulder

She looked down at her shoulder, watching as he gave her the shot. "how long until it works?" she asked him curiously. The last thing she needed was to fall asleep at a bad time.

"about five minutes, and its not like it will knock you into a deep sleep, I just set it so you will be in a normal dream state" he says happily and he walks back to his bed and snuggles into the covers "night~!" he giggles and he closes his eyes

She nodded an okay, and looked down at the tape, before turning it off, and setting it under her bed so it wouldn't get broken or lost. She layed down and all, and looked over at REQUIEM, "goodnight," she said in return, before closing her eyes. Around 5 minutes later, she was quietly asleep..

he yawns the next day and smiles sleeping well, he looks over and sees Amery and smiles brightly and had to hold back his tears "so...yesterday was not a dream" he said happily and sat in his bed waiting for her to awaken

She slept until morning for the first time in her life, thanks to drugged needle, but still! It was nice for a change to not wake up all night long. She just lay there on her side asleep.


She awoke shortly after he had, maye by a few minutes give or take, and she opened her eyes and the first thing she noticed was Requiem.
